When to pick a nurse up that had slid in her driveway and off her driveway and called towing service and between getting there to the time they loaded and ready to leave was 30 mins and was told 2200 hundred pretty steep price

Owning a 33 yr old sports car and attempting to drive every once in a while - finally caught up to me on 4th of July. Luckily this roadside assistance picked up the call and within 35 minutes had me loaded and in route to my location to drop off the vehicle. All others turned down the call in the area. Understandable - but these guys showed up. They also do repairs - so - I's sure they will find out why the engine was stalling. Very professional!
They arrived promptly and in the rain.
The driver explained everything after I expressed my concerns with my vehicle being low to the ground with a body kit.
He and I both took pictures after the hookup. He took great care not to damage or mar the paint which i really appreciated. Very professional .

Nothing but a crook took my dad's good transmission out of his truck and put a bad one probably put the good one in the Ford that he owned. Was the wiring harness the whole time. Go to court and he still hasn't paid the judgment. I would give him zero stars if I could. Steer clear of Bills scam shop.
A Huge thanks for repairs and dealing with the warranty company. Replaced the starter on my 2015 Tundra, and that's one hard job! Great communication and very reasonable rates.
We were on a out of state trip when our ride broke big time. They were able to tow our Transit 350 on a Saturday evening. It stayed with them for the next 7months as they diligently worked on it. We understand it is not a usual/common vehicle. Just changing the battery is a major pain. It had a lot of work that needed to be done. Bill had always remained in communication and make sure our vehicle was ready for the long drive home. The fees was astronomical only because of the damage but it was very reasonable! Thank you Bill!
I took my car to have diagnostics and repair on it I dropped it off on a Tuesday had to call Monday the following week to see what was going on no phone calls no updates nothing told me they hadn’t triggered lights yet to hook a code reader to it ( which isn’t true) I told them I was coming to get it when I got my car it had dog hair all in it where they let their dog in my car and had a strong odor from the dog stil having trouble getting it out! They also put quite a bit of miles of my car over 200 miles I’m assuming they take customers vehicles for joy rides! NEVER take your vehicle to them if you want it to actually be repaired or unless you want your vehicle to smell like wet dog and have more miles out on it for their benefit! Super unprofessional and very disappointing not sure how you can still have a business!
If you want something done right don't go to bills because it ain't gonna happen

My husband hit a deer and his car was towed to Bill’s for repair. After waiting more than 5 months to get the car back with the date continually moving, we finally got it back to find it has no coolant, no oil, no battery tie down, it needed a software reset (the windows would not open), it needs an alignment, and someone has been smoking in the car. After 5 months and nearly $13K, I don’t think it’s unfair to be extremely disappointed. The coolant and oil issues could have permanently damaged the car and who knows if we’ll be able to get the smoke smell out. We’re concerned it’s not safe and have to spend additional money and time without a main source of transportation to have another mechanic look everything over. I assume all of the 5 star reviews are for towing services – we have no complaints on that front.
One of the best shops in Central Virginia. Very easy to work with and most importantly, honest! Fair pricing. You'll likely make him your go to mechanic.
