Called them to tow my wife's car last night. They told me they were not interested and for me to call someone else. I have heard they are good local service but for me they were not. As a guy who believes in buying local thus I called them first. I called g and g and they were great! Took care of the car and was pleasant to work with.
I have used alyors multiple times and up to this point, have had pleasant experiences. However, this last time, communication was poor. I was never called about an update about my vehicle, then when I called to inquire, I was lied to, saying, "we called and left a message." I said that can't be because I have no voice-mail box set up. Things I asked to have done to my vehicle were not done. Things that weren't told to me were done to my vehicle, and at the end of it all my bill was $150 more than originally quoted. I shared that the bill was more than I was quoted and that I had been lied to, and all I got was sorry.. so I said thank you and left and won't be back, but I'll be sure to share the experience so others know what they can expect. It's unfortunate.
I have always enjoyed calling Aylors. They have been able to fit in towing my vehicle whenever I have asked. I like calling local and keeping it local.
The best towing in the surrounding county's . The young man who towed my wife's car after she was hit by a 18 wheeler was very polite and helpful .aylors garage have been in business for years and they are a great family run business.
Went this morning to get a customers van inspected took the van right in was done in a timely matter never have to wait two to three days like some place in culpeper thanks aylor garage you guys are awesome.
It was quick and easy. The service was great. The mechanic called and let me know what was going on with my car and updated me about everything. He said ballpark figure was around $400 and ended up owing $497 but that's understandable, as there was a lot of work being done. I was still really happy with this place.
