I want to thank everyone involved in my service on12/29/25 at 3:30pm. I was having my Honda Pilot inspected. This was a highly unusual request for that late in the evening. Not to mention any names, but I greatly appreciate the consideration given to my situation as a Corrections Officer and working me in to the schedule on such short notice.
Blue Ridge helped me out with a popped tire and quickly got me on my way.... the price was so unbelievably affordable and all the staff were extremely friendly. I am not local to this shop but will likely make the journey to bring my vehicles here.
Being new residents in Virginia, Chris was kind enough to inspect both of our vehicles despite how busy they were.

Staff very pleasant. Cost: so reasonable, I was in shock compared to Charlottesville. To my surprise, tire rotation was included in oil change! Back to my car to find it backed into space, seat in my position and seat warmer on. It was 23 degrees out when I was there. Needless to say, I am a return customer for life. Thank you so much!
This is the best shop around I don’t care when I call them they always have time i drive 30 minutes out my way to go to them. I called and brandy told me to bring it in so see if they could fix the issue I get there one of the technician stopped what he was doing to look at my car long story short they fixed the problem even left out with a new inspection sticker didn’t plan on getting an inspection they even took care of what i needed to pass the guys are great thank you very much
Had a pretty significant acceleration issue with my car and Blue Ridge Auto was able to track it down to the transmission. They presented two options to pursue, one under $500 and one over $6k. They advised giving the easier and less expensive option a try and it worked perfectly. I greatly appreciated their transparency and will use them for any future work.
I've worked on cars since I was 13, going 45 years now. Warren and the team are my go-to for repairs I can't (won't) do myself. Trust me when I say it is hard finding competent mechanics you can trust, and I now trust them. Fair prices, too.
I had a battery issue early in my cross country road trip this summer. Fortunately, I had the issue within a few miles of Blue Ridge, a rare find for an auto shop with a 5 star rating. I was grateful they saw me immediately and the quote for the fix was reasonable and fair. I was back on the road within the hour. I was so grateful for the staff there. Very professional and courteous.
Best auto center around! Having resided in the area for almost 20yrs – we’ve tried most of the local shops. After being referred to Blue Ridge Auto Pros by a local mechanic (which IMO speaks volumes), we gave them a shot – and couldn’t be happier!! So far, we’ve taken three vehicles to them for various tasks from small to more involved – all of which we’re completed without issue, quickly, and for a remarkably fair price. Honest, Professional, Timely, and Friendly – can’t say enough good things!
Some lady driving a black 4runner with their company logo tried to hit me and run me out the road today in ruckersville even tho I had the right of way! I'm green making turn. Your red so you turn after you stop AND make sure nobody is coming. Learn the rules of the road and learn how to drive. Especially when in a company car. SMH.
These people are FABULOUS!!
First, I took my 1991 Chevy Cavalier to them for my annual inspection, They did that quickly and efficiently and - not only that - they WASHED my car! FIRST time this has ever happened during an inspection!
Next, my 2000 Prism seemed to be leading fluid/ Since squirrels had recently chewed through my gas line - three times (!) - and I had those lines totally covered, I was worried about the tubes for the brake fluid. I took the car to Blue Ridge - with NO appointment - and Warren stopped what he was doing, came right out and checked under the hood to assure me the brake fluid was totally full - what a relief! (Update: the leaking was from windshield washer fluid).
Finally, the tailgate on our 2001 Toyota truck was jammed - couldn't open it. Again without an appointment. my husband took the truck to Blue Ridge (of course). They had to keep it, but he had no way to get home. Guess what? Brandy in the office just drove him home (12 miles each way)! Two days later, they had ordered and installed a brand new lock, fixed the problem, and the truck is now good as new.
Owner Sarah in the office waited on us and was just as sweet as pie and very good t explaining things.
Now THAT is what WE call SERVICE - and all with a SMILE!

This place is the absolute best. Honest, fair, and things get done in a timely manner. I have taken both my 2018 Toyota Corolla and my 2004 Nissan 350Z here and have absolutely no complaints. The mechanics never made me feel swindled, always explained everything in detail so I could understand exactly what and why everything was being done. I won't take my cars anywhere else. Fair pricing, awesome service, trustworthy people. What more could you want from a shop?
We took my son's car to have a second opinion and i'm so glad we did. We had gone to the Volkswagen dealership in Stafford county and was told and given a ledger with the repairs costing $4,000 to repair. Needless to say seeing that made my stress level beyond high. My son's friend told him about Blue Ridge auto and I'm SO thankful she did. Not only is the car driving amazing, but they did the diagnostic, repairs and parts all UNDER $400.00 Amazing that they were able to fix it and not to mention saved us $3600.00 I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great place to have your vehicle worked on. Knowledgeable staff, gets you in real quick for appts. Great lady at the front desk. I am so glad I take my vehicles there to have them serviced because a woman seems to get ripped off everywhere else. They always go into detail of what they will be doingto your car. I came in to get a tire patched that was leaking and was ready to leave in 20 min with a fixed tire! I am really pleased with the work and customer service! The office has a small town, friendly feel but they do good work! This repair shop was recommended to me by my mechanic uncle. Thanks!
I just returned from a vehicle inspection, decided to have my oil changed and my ac worked on when I was there. Kevin's wife Sarah is the receptionist and the life of the office while the guys are working hard in the shop. Good folk. Family owned business. Quality work at good prices. I highly recommend them.

In town for a visit from about 2 hours away. I was fueling up and noticed the rear wheel was hot.... Brake caliper locked up, and me without my shop...

Called on Tuesday, got the truck back Wednesday around 2pm.
they did the work as stated and requested. No "up sale" tactics, just honest thorough work, and a warranty to cover the new parts.
I'd drive the 2 hours just to have them work on my vehicle again.
I've been here twice after losing my confidence in a few other local places I used to go to. They've been fair, prompt, and courteous both times. My daughter had a punch list of things on her car to get sorted to pass inspection and they took care of the exhaust, fuel line, and whatever else (brake adjust) it needed. They promptly and creatively solved the problems in an economical way and got her car back in service.
Most recently, I took my own car to them for an annual inspection. No big deal. But I knew I was going to get a genuine inspection in that they would give me guidance on things the car needed or would need imminently. I also trusted they weren't going to invent things that the car needed.
They've (Kevin/Sarah) been honest, fair, and reasonable to me and I will return at some point with my panel truck. I continue to recommend them to friends and family in the area.
They are amazing and are working quickly to get my boyfriends car fixed. We came here for a quick trip before an interview and we ended up getting stranded in Virginia. However the auto place answered us in the morning and said they would have a quote by 11-12 and they did. Then said they would be able to complete the large repair by this evening. Best car repair center I have gone too while on a trip. Highly recommend. The staff is kind and honest. And finished the repair by the time they closed!
