Overall service was good. Only issue is the Driver's do not speak English so communication is complicated

They unnecessarily blocked the entire road. And then the guy was vindictive and drove like a jerk to try and prove a point. I was simply driving a Shuttle and he was causing a scene.

Towing company stole my car out my parking spot at my apartment. Had to pay 400 dollar to get it out. Parking spot i pay for. Got extorted for cash. Shady place. Place started to swarm like ants doing some intimidation tactic. Sad to see having people and it's business act the way they did.

This company refuses to release the car for no reason making excuses that the dmv needs to release the car , when the impound release says hold it for the owner means there’s no dmv involve. ? He just refuses to release the vehicles and takes advantage of the storage fee, hopefully the right department take a look of this business bad practice.

THANK YOU FOR SAVING US. Can't thank VB towing enough. We were stranded in a area with pretty much no cell service. Belt on the truck was destroyed. We were able to get enough signal to make the emergency call. Couldn't believe how fast they arrived and how they went the extra mile to get us home safely. We will be calling them anytime we need a tow. Blessing to VB. 🙏🏼 😇

Adam was rude confrontational and aggressive. He refused to release my items unless I paid cash then tried to keep my boat and have it titled to him even after I provided bill of sale and described contents inside and provided photos showing it was my boat. Also boat and truck were taken attached from out in front of my driveway at my home. I spent the entire day from 9 am until 6 pm trying to get my boat back. It wasn’t until he drove my boat from Heber to slc to try and get a vin that he was stopped. Thank you to the tax commission and u dot for stepping in.

Adan was super friendly, communicative and quick to provide us service. Great price as well, would definitely call them again for future necessities.

Adam represented the company so poorly I am going to investigate their entity, structure, and contracts with local coyote ridge HOA. They towed my car from my own home at 10:00 while my garage was open and lights were on because I was pared on the street. Unfortunate that business owners hire employees that don't represent their dreams vision and goals. They are closed on the weekend and I don't think they'll be open for much longer after this.

Towed me while moving in. Parked out of the way. No one called Adam, he did it while we were unloading. With a pass in windshield with unit number. He didn't check. Then charged $750 for truck and small trailer. Said if I went and got cash he'd only charge $350. Then asked me to sign damage liability form

NO STARS This is the worst tow company I’ve ever dealt with! The driver/supervisor was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Around 8 p.m., we realized my sister’s car was missing. We had only been at my friend’s house for about two and a half hours. It turns out the tow company had been in the neighborhood the night before, which is how we figured out who towed the car. They towed my sister’s car from our friend’s driveway, claiming it was parked in the street, even though it was clearly on private property. Meanwhile, there were at least 7-8 other cars actually parked on the street that they left untouched. When we called to confirm they had her car, the person on the phone was dismissive and even hung up on us. When we called back to ask if she could retrieve her belongings from the car, he gave us a hard time and said it would cost money just to get her things. This included essential items like her work laptop, inhaler, wallet, and other personal belongings she couldn’t wait for. After some back-and-forth, he finally agreed to let her retrieve her items because they included money and medicine—without charging her. When we arrived at the tow yard, we called again, and he rudely told us we would have to wait because "they have lives too." Once they finally showed up, my sister said she wanted to take the car home. He then demanded $400 in cash to release it. He also insisted on taking her car keys and asked to see her ID. At this point, I got out of the car because I felt the situation was escalating and my sister needed backup. As I walked toward her, he told me I wasn’t allowed back there. There was no way I was letting my sister go into a dark tow yard alone with a man who had treated her so poorly. After some heated words, he finally agreed to let me accompany her, as long as I showed my ID. When we got to the car, he suddenly demanded to see her registration, which had never been mentioned before. He kept adding new requirements, making the process even more stressful. My sister sarcastically asked if he also wanted to see her social security card, and to our shock, he responded, "Well, do you have it?!" ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I should report them just right there for identity theft. As she tried to grab simple items like her sunglasses and her backpack—which included her laptop, wallet, and inhaler—he told her, "No, not those," as if she wasn’t allowed to take them. Eventually, we were able to leave, but the entire experience was completely unacceptable. This company is completely unethical and predatory. Towing cars just to squeeze money out of people is wrong and should not be allowed. I’ve contacted the HOA that employed them, the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and the City of Heber regarding their business license. I have also filed a complaint with the Utah Department of Transportation’s Motor Carrier Division.

The Wasatch County cops called these guys when my motorcycle slid in Wasatch Mountain State Park. I had no choice since the paramedics were checking me out. I got charged over $800 to pick up a bike and hold it for 3 days until I could collect it. This is not at all reasonable and I know I got totally screwed. Towing companies are like buzzards that prey on us anytime they can.

This company towed ours and another trailer with a boat on it, without authorization. They claimed they miss read a map. (When asked they wouldn’t produce this map) When we reported our trailer stolen, our property manager said he just happened to see their truck driving down the road the day before. We called them and gave the vin number and they lied and said they had put a notice on it (There was no notice! And they couldn’t produce a picture of a notice. We check our trailer every day. Second, they had no authorization from management to tow anything from the property so were trespassing, and towing without authorization.) We made them tow it back to us after they asked if we could pick it up ourselves. (Seriously?!) If our property manager hadn’t been lucky enough to see them driving around, we still would be listed as stolen (which technically it was), because these companies don’t have to report to the police when they tow, so we would never have found it.

Adan went above and beyond on August 17th. The best experience I had with any tow service. Call VB towing if your in Evanston, Wyoming to Salt Lake City. 6 towing services did not respond to my call. Adan is the best!!

The entire experience to get a tow was a pain with this company. Our company vehicle went down and we called our insurance to pick up the vehicle at a hotel and transport it to a dealership. We were assigned this towing company and they proceed to tell us he couldn't find it in the parking lot and didn't take it. He then said the vehicle was "too large" for his tow truck and we needed a larger tow. We called our insurance and they changed the tow capacity to a medium size truck haul and guess who we got assigned to have tow it? You are right, VB Towing -- so he had the capacity to do it the first time but didn't. Finally, 4 hours later, the tow showed up to the dealership. Had he just done it the first time we could have cut out half that time. He would call us and hang up whenever he was done with the conversation. Extremally rude on the phone and text. Wouldn't follow simple instructions. Absolute terrible experience. We would our insurance to drop them as a tow as they are not worth any of that experience.

This should be a zero rating. My insurance scheduled and then, due to timing conflicts, canceled Adam's service to change my tire at my home. He showed up anyway and harassed, yelled at, argued with and quite honestly SCARED my two teenage daughters while I was gone. And then, when asked to leave, he insisted they pay him $150 to pay for his gas. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

If I could rate with 0 stars i would. Our truck broke down while camping, not even a mile off of the highway. He showed up being very unprofessional and complaining about the road which wasn’t even that bad. Then because they didn’t ask any questions before coming to know what to expect he couldn’t even haul our truck because he didn’t have the right tow truck. All he worried about was the money he was going to need for going more than 100ft off of the highway. So if you want to wait for a tow truck in the heat with two kids (one being an infant) then still be stranded, call VB towing. I would highly recommend you don’t waste your time calling these guys and just go straight to calling Heber Valley Towing!

We got a flat tire east of Evanston and our car doesn't have a spare that comes with it. He drove all the way from Heber to get my car and was extremely quick, it was also 9 at night and was still willing to help. He was extremely nice and I definitely recommend.

I would just like to say my wife and I blew out a tire on our our RV on I 70 west of Green River, as I pulled over out of traffic and started searching for a jack to change put on my spare Adam pulled up behind me and him and his son jumped out pulled out of Jack and had the spare on in 10 minutes. I was very fortunate that day he was behind us. Anyway great guy, got us out of a jam and back on the road and I can’t recommend him enough!

I had a bad night after my Audi blew out a tire on the highway. My insurance was a pain to deal with and I was irritated to say the least. As a soon as Adam arrived I felt so relieved and he took such good care of me. He waited for my Uber to show up before taking the Audi because it was cold out and then made sure he had the right adress to drop it off at and even called and sent me photos of where he put my keys and my car. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. No one wants to face being towed, ever. However, Adam of VB Towing made a bad experience endurable due to his extreme vehicle care, patience and commitment to helping others. Not only was he able to get a difficult tow job done, he also had a local mechanic recommendation that also turned out to be quick and professional and put me back on the road the same day. I highly recommend VB Towing.

Our truck broken down while towing an RV out by Jordanelle reservoir. We took whatever our insurance sent us to get us on our way and we were glad this guy came. He came quickly and happily helped us get the truck and trailer all the way home to Eagle Mountain. He was happy to lend us tools for other problems we had. We had our dogs with us so he had his wife take us and our dogs in her car from where we broke down to where family could take us from there. He set the truck and trailer wherever we wanted at home and made sure we were well taken care of.

The driver took extra care and extra time to make sure my truck was not damaged any further being towed. My tow control arms top and bottom on the front driver side wheel basically broken. He drove all the way to Northern Davis County to pick up my vehicle. He was very polite.

Adam went above and beyond and was great to work with — personable, professional, and communicative. His price was fair and he made good time. I highly recommend VB Towing when you’re in the Heber area. He towed my car from Kamas to Orem.

My boyfriend and I were on our way back to the lake and the car overheated. Adam was driving on the other side of the freeway and he came all the way around to ask if we needed a tow. He was very polite and kind. Very amazing service. I will be calling him if I ever need a tow again. Thanks Adam.

VB Towing was very professional and was able to get my vehicle about 20 miles outside of Kamas, Utah from the side of the highway and towed my vehicle to my car dealership in downtown Salt Lake. He was very kind, professional and so willing to be of service. He even texted me a photo of my car dropped off at the dealership after delivery. Thank you so much!

I recently needed a tow on the highway after my car broke down. I called VB Towing after receiving their business card and was very thankful to have their service. Adam, VB Towing's owner, was quick, responsive, helpful, kind, friendly, and efficient, everything you could ask for when you may be stressed over car issues. He was also extremely affordable and reasonably priced. VB Towing took my car right where I asked them and even sent a confirmation photo to my phone after delivering my vehicle. VB Towing saved us. Literally and actually saved my wife and I and our dog from the horror and uncertainty of being broke down on the side of the congested and extremely dangerous north bound I-15 corridor. We were almost 60 miles from home and were desperately unlucky in getting help from our own insurance company as well as family members. When out of the blue, as if the Lord himself had sent us an angel, Adam, the owner of VB Towing honked and waved at us from the southbound lane of I-15. What seemed was the beginning of an awful memory turned into a revitalization of the spirit as Adam not only offered to take our vehicle home but also my wife and my dog. The conversation was very pleasant and after the trip we felt we had made a new friend. It is people like Adam and his incredible commitment to helping others that has reminded us of the great and good in our fellow man. As far as we are concerned there are no other towing companies.
