Probably the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with.. driver can't speak a lick of English. Was impossible to find out where my vehicle was going or even get a phone number. Vehicle got impounded Saturday morning and was taken to Heber (I live in Springville) upon arrival Monday morning I was told I needed to wait an extra 2 hrs or possibly come back the next day (sign says open) so I called dispatch and they had him come in and realeas my vehicle next I tried to pay with my wife's debit card and he absolutely refused to take payment so the police showed up and they excepted my payment. What a complete waist of not only my time but local police officers as well. These guys are predator towing at its finest please be aware and have a great day
They are very rude and don't know the laws when it comes to someone's personal belongings in their vehicle. They only like to deal in cash which I found to be odd and shady. I feel bad for anyone who has their vehicle towed by 3DL Towing.
Some how things Magically disappear from your truck. Between when I came to check out the truck my wife was hit by a Semi Truck crash and after I released it to Copart. Tailgate was stolen, Center console, wives glasses, headphones, weathertec floor mats, New spare tire, etc. Everyone thinks that it's Copart auction doing it but I have photos from Copart proving that the tailgate was white when they picked it up. Geez wonder how someone can climb a fence carrying a tailgate, Center console, floor mats, spare tire and other things? It just makes me feel Sick thinking about people taking advantage of you during your most Vulnerable times. And this is after charging my insurance company almost $500 to tow it less than a mile.
Very disappointed. Lot not locked. No one there. No help either. When called, they said it would be 20 minutes before they could get there. He took over 70 minutes. Then said "Life of a tow-truck driver sucks". Owner was incredibly rude. Extremely overpriced. Was told it would be one price and ended up $400 over that. DO NOT USE!
Juan was quick and responsive in helping out my granddaughter when she was in an accident. He took great care of her car and responded quickly when her mom and I reached to him about retrieving her car to get it fixed. I would 100% recommend this company!
I had an amazing experience. Juan came out to Ridleys here in Midway and removed a vehicle that had been sitting here for who knows how long. I just became the Manager here and he helped me take care of this problem within 1 hour of calling him. He is fantastic and I recomend him to any business who needs a vehicle removed and or towed for impounding. Thanks Juan.
