I got into an accident and needed an estimate on damages for insurance, so I had my vehicle towed here and it was the worst mistake I could have made. They DO NOT answer the phone. After calling all day I caught somebody right before they closed and they took my information down and said that it will be done the next day. The next day it was the same thing I couldn’t get ahold of anybody all day and then I was told the same thing and my information was taken again. The day after that I called again all day and couldn’t get ahold of anybody so I went up there and they took my information again and I was told the same thing that I will call you today it should be done tomorrow. They called and said it was okay to pickup, right before they closed like a couple minutes and said I could pick it up the next day. I wasn’t able to make it in that day because it was Saturday so they have reduced hours, I waited the weekend and then came in Monday. I stood in the lobby for about 30 minutes until one of the mechanics came in and he was lovely!!! He wasn’t the office person tho so he seemed kind of lost. He found the paperwork and the key and handed it over. The estimate was listed under the wrong person. A person I’ve never heard of, which means it wasn’t able to be used for insurance. He took my information down again… and said the lady would call me…. I never got a call and it’s been over a day… I’ll have to take my car else wear and start over. The only reason it’s a two star is because the mechanic was the nicest person I interacted with while dealing with them, other than that 0 stars!!!
No one answers the phone. Rings until it eventually disconnects, so you can’t leave a voicemail. Website lists no other numbers or any other forms of contact.
These guys are awesome! I’ve had them work on my Lexus, Volkswagen, and Mazda. They can do it all! Best prices around town and super quick. I always recommend this shop to everyone.
Bought a car from them in June 2023. Had problems with it since. The first week was fine, started having issues called no answer, left voicemails, unanswered. STILL HAVING ISSUES now I called again to ask what the hell and FINALLY GOT SOMEONE! And was told 30 days after sale they cannot help me. 30 Days!!! Yes it’s been a year but I’ve been calling them since the problem occurred and now since it’s been a year they will do nothing to help me! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!
Friendly service. Was on vacation from out of town. Heber City is a busy city and all the auto shops were busy.They we're able to diagnose my truck in a timely manner. Better than the initial shop I took it too.
Went in to get an estimate for Front Swaybar Links. Was told the part was cheap ($35) but that the "labor would be a lot" ($420) bc they had to "go underneath a lot of parts to get to it" and that it would take "FOUR HOURS to repair." Two other repair shops said it would take ONE HOUR approximately. YouTube also verified this. I got them replaced at another shop for $210 (parts & labor) w/the parts having a 2-year warranty ($75 for each part + $60 labor as the job was completed in 40 minutes). These guys have been in business for 30 years with over 90% favorable ratings. It's really too bad about this other repair shop in Heber. I had such high hopes. They were very nice but I don't think I was dealt with fairly or honestly. Before you commit to any shop that gives an estimate that seems way high, do your research and get more than one estimate.
AMAZING! This is by far the best body shop experience I’ve ever had! An extremely friendly and professional staff, the prices are amazing and the work is EXCEPTIONAL! I had them do one minor and one major dent repair and repainting and it looks BETTER THAN NEW! The car was washed and spotless when it was ready for pickup and they had it finished a FULL DAY before the date they had committed to ON A RUSH ORDER job!! Two days from drop off to pickup. I hope I don’t have to get more body work done but if I do this is the place, without doubt!
If you live in Park City, Heber Valley or Utah County this is the place to take your car!
Had a cylinder misfire on my way from Wyoming to Colorado had three kids two dogs. They managed to get me in that day and get it fixed for a good price. Much appreciated for the services and help!

On a 6 week cross country trip from Maryland, our 1995 E350 Camper needed a fuel pump. All the big-name shops in the area said they couldn't do it. (Not that they couldn't for weeks, etc, just flat out couldn't do it. When i asked why, i was told they didn't have a lift big enough. Others said they didn't work on RVs.) This auto repair shop had us fixed and back on the road in 2 days. Using the tow truck to lift the RV rear up in the air high enough to drop the fuel tank. It was coming close to quitting time on the 2nd day, and the mechanic stayed late to finish and get us back on the road. Our whole family is grateful for the service, kindness, and speed we received. 5 star all the way.
Coming back from a camping trip, my check engine light was flashing and the truck was lazy. Garage Auto Repair was the only garage open; well, they were officialy closed on Sundays but they decided to help me for the repairs nevertheless. Great professionalism and kind. Garage Auto Repair saved our lives that day!!
Do yourself a favor & go anywhere else. Think of the worst review you can imagine. Now times it by 10. That’s what I would write if these folks were worth the few minutes it would take to write it. They aren’t.

None of the other shops in town were able to work on my skoolie bus brakes. The Garage Auto Repair had the necessary equipment and was able to get me in and out quickly.
