Christa (apologies if this isn't the way you spell it !) was super friendly, honestly and communicative. I sold her my car after I rear-ended someone, :( but she made what I thought was going to be a stress process extremely simple. She determined my car was totaled (the collision bent my car's frame) but was still willing to take it off my hands. Towing is provided and they come to you ! great experience :)
