The clutch went out on my car during rush hour traffic in the center lane of a very busy street. The towing company my roadside assistance contracts with was an hour away from anywhere near helping me. I did a quick search and found Big Dawg who was able to come right away. Because safety for everyone was priority, Austin Police Dept. Called their people for assistance as well. I didn't have my vehicle towed by Big Dawg, but I had the best, most caring and attentive customer service anyone could hope for. Their guy was caught up with a collision on his way to my car and got held up in traffic. The guys at Big dawg kept me informed of their status and checked with me to see if I was safe even though I ended up not using their services. I will definitely call them for my next emergency and refer them to all my friends, family and mechanic. Thank you for your help and for being such kind and caring people!
I had a great expierence with Evan. He was very professional and made sure everything went smoothly and successfully with the transition of towing my car across the street. Making sure my vehicle was not damaged any further was very important to him and made sure I was good with every aspect of it before he touched it and did his job.
