Tow service was extremely fast and professional. They knew exactly how to handle my SUV with a dead alternator.
I should have asked for a price upfront—that's my bad. But it seems a bit shady to not provide a quote beforehand. I had sticker shock when I was hit with a $300 bill when the tow was complete. Another company had quoted me $190, so I assumed it would be about the same.
They do not accept cards, only Zelle and cash, so be prepared.
Kern helped me tow my tesla S sat afternoon. Tall lean gentleman who is very professional and got the job done after 3 other tow guys were scratching their heads. One guy was going to just pull my tesla out of my garage with chains and soapy water to slick the tires like his repos... I bet the tires and drive train would've loved that! Anyways, Kern figured it out safely!

Ford F-150 truck wouldn't start, and we were parked in an overflow lot next to a small restaurant. After a Google search for towing services near me at MoPac & Northland, I called one and had an AI bot that gave a price quote and then had trouble connecting to a dispatcher. Hung up and called Kernhr - so glad I did! Mohammad arrived in under 15 min, was courteous, professional and efficient. Price quote was given after he arrived, and was about the same as the AI quote. In a narrow lot, he got the Ford winched and loaded quickly. Payment is by Zelle, no credit cards.
Towed my car through roadside assistance after one tow truck came and said that my car was too low to fit on the truck and I couldn’t get it into neutral. He showed up and took care of everything no problem and with confidence.

My tire flew off my truck and I was stranded on the road. Tried calling the first towing company that popped up on Google but they didn’t even answer the phone, then I called this towing company and they answered quickly, got the necessary info, and made their way to me quickly. Moe got my truck loaded fast and out of the road. The price was also very affordable compared to other towing companies I’ve used in the past. Highly recommend and will use them in the future if I ever need towing again!
