I called QUICK TOW LLC early in the morning, around 6:17 AM, using their 24-hour number. The person who answered sounded like he was half asleep. I even asked if I should call back later, but he said, “No.” I explained clearly that I needed a tow for my car and specifically did NOT want a flatbed, as I’ve towed this car before and know it requires a dolly to be towed safely.
He told me the driver wouldn’t be in until around 6:30 or so, but assured me they’ve hauled Ferraris and other exotic cars before and knew what to do. So, I trusted him and waited.
At about 7:15 AM, I received a text saying they were 15 minutes away, and true to their word, they showed up on time — with a flatbed. The driver himself was very professional and polite. I explained my concerns again and told him I’ve had this exact issue before where flatbeds couldn’t tow the car without damage.
The driver worked to line up the car, but after checking, he came over and said the spoiler would definitely hit. At that point, I asked him not to tow it. He was understanding, apologized, and even suggested a few other companies that might be able to help.
The frustrating part is that the driver wasn’t told that I needed a dolly. When he called the office, the same gentleman — now fully awake — admitted they don’t even have trucks with dollies.
This was a complete waste of time and easily avoidable. If the person who answered my call had actually listened when I explained my needs, we wouldn’t have gone through this whole mess.
The driver gets five stars for professionalism, but the communication and dispatch side of QUICK TOW LLC really dropped the ball here.
Really great towing company in every way. Reliable, reasonable, patient, and very thoughtful. That’s not common. Our son broke down four states away in an old beater that we were trying to get to last just a little bit longer, but it decided to start coughing up its soul, and stranded him about a mile from his house in some store’s parking lot. Alex was very responsive to every call I made to him asking for advice and help, patient beyond belief with my sporadic changing of my mind every five minutes, and his guy Mark arrived to where my son was really quick. When we decided to not tow and instead just junk the car, they only charged $50 for the trip to us. And Mark was kind enough to suggest to my son to try and jump the battery to see if my son could get it home so that it could at least sit in the driveway until we arranged for a junkyard to get it - instead of leaving the car in some random store’s lot. And THEN he was thoughtful enough to follow him to make sure the battery didn’t die again. I can’t tell you how much it means to a mom to have such thoughtful and considerate people taking care of my son and looking out for him in a time of need rather than taking advantage of him.
Fantastic company. This is who you call for your towing needs. Honest, good people. I love Texas.

If you ever have the misfortune of crossing paths with Chops Lopez at Quick Towing in Austin, turn the other way and run—preferably faster than his rusty tow truck can catch you. This man has the professionalism of a soggy napkin. He showed up late, reeking of bad decisions, and acted like he was doing me a favor just for showing up.
Don’t get me started on his attitude—talks like he’s the king of towing, but couldn’t even hook the car right without scratching it. Maybe it’s the stress of raising three wild kids who probably run on soda and chaos, or maybe it’s his mean-mugging wife glaring at him from the passenger seat like she lost a bet marrying him.
Bottom line: if Quick Towing is the only option and Chops is the driver, just leave your car and start a new life somewhere else. You’ll be better off.
I am very disappointed in Quick Towing. I will never call or refer anyone to them. They are so unprofessional and ask stupid questions. I am in Buda stuck and depending on a tow service . They want to charge me $260 which is unreal to tow my dad’s car 4.6 miles. They advertise that they are the fastest service. No they are not. i called another service and they only charged me $150 and got here in less than 30 minutes. Call Commercial not Quick Tow. They are a joke and Not good at all. The dispatchers are horrible and not knowledgeable about giving customers a good experience. They need more training and or a new job.
I had a blowout on my commercial truck in the middle of the Austin traffic. I was blocking the right lane and traffic was backing up. Quick Tow driver Jacob showed up and quickly and expertly hooked up my truck. I was quickly being towed out of traffic and to a repair shop. Jacob was friendly and professional. Jacob is an experienced tow truck driver who will safely get you to your destination.
The best service I've received from a tow company. It is really easy to get a tow, and the customer service is fantastic. The first tow I needed, they showed up in 15 minutes. I had to get a second tow and they quoted me 1 to 1 1/2 hours. They showed up in 45 minutes, which was great! I highly recommend them.
So grateful for Quick Tow. My car died on a Sunday night which was also a holiday and they showed up within the hour. Clearly very professional and experienced. Mando was the best and I’d recommended this company to anyone who needs a tow.
Got myself locked out of my car while in the middle of no where at a state park. They got there within 30 minutes and had the car unlocked and opened within 10 minutes!! Very convenient and relieved so much stress. The gentleman who came was SO nice and helpful, very friendly and accommodating. If you’re stuck, this is the place to call!!!
Mando went out of his way after hours to assist with getting one of our work vans safely off the road. We were scrambling to find tow truck drivers in the area along with police because the intersection was starting to get backed up with 5:30PM traffic and the scene was getting more hectic and unsafe by the minute.
Mando and Quick Tow not only took care of the van, but also ensured that all other people and individuals were safe around the scene also.

They did good job. Helped us to lift up the trailer from the ditch. However, he told me different price first time. But then charged for different price. So be careful, when you will request service from them. Clarify everything and then request the service
Quick Tow were fast to pick up my parents very old car that sat in the driveway at their house. This vehicle was very sentimental for the family and was a difficult decision for all in the family. Eric with Quick Tow helped me out with a really difficult situation. My vehicle was backed into my garage, would not start or shift into neutral and could not be moved. It needed to be towed to the dealership to be repaired. He patiently listened to me explain the situation and actually listened to what I said. He arrive promptly and well prepared. Ultimately he was able to do what two other towing companies had failed to do, mostly because he was committed to getting it done and not looking for an excuse not to have to deal with a challenging situation. He was very professional and respectful of my property. I highly recommend Quick Tow based on my extremely positive experience.

Quick Tow was the most seamless experience picking up a damsel in distress within 15 minutes on a hot summer day. Mando got me over to the auto repair shop quickly and was super friendly throughout this unexpected adventure. All around great customer service experience.
I have been dealing with Alex and Nick with Quick Tow for a few years now. I feel bad that I’ve never left a Google review, but they helped me out tonight for probably the seventh time over the years and I felt compelled. It was time to give them a shout out. These guys are great! Alex always answered my calls and got me taken care of within an hour and Nick is absolutely a standup guy who keeps his trucks in great running condition looking good and there’s a reason we at Covert Cadillac West use these guys and trust them with our customers go and rescue them whenever they’re in need, please make sure to use quick tow for any of your towing needs.
We waited over 3 hours for a tow with our roadside service company and they were still an hour away after changing to a second company after 2 hours of waiting. We finally found Quick Tow in our area and they said they could get to us in 30 minutes. We canx with our roadside service company. Mando with Quick Tow was here in less than 30 minutes. He was so quick and efficient in getting our car up on his truck and took it directly to our dealership. So easy to work with. I have put them in my phone contacts and we will only use them if we ever need one again. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Quick Tow! I scheduled a tow to take my car to my mechanic the night before I needed them. Mando is courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. He called ahead of time to let me know his ETA, was quick to get my car strapped in and even checked under the hood and took pictures to point out what was wrong with my car. He also called me once he dropped my car off at the mechanic! I would definitely use Quick Tow again in the unfortunate event I ever need to. They’re reliable, trustworthy and charge a fair price.
Very professional and reliable business. These guys helped me out when I needed my RV towed after AAA failed to secure a wrecker for me. And they backed up and set it down on a difficult spot with a tight turn radius when we reached the destination. A+
I was in need of a tow to my local mechanic here in Austin. I had never used Quick Tow LLC before but after reviewing their site I decided to give them a try. I made an appointment over the phone for the following morning. The next day Armando (Driver) gave me a call when he was about 10 minutes away. He arrived within the appointment window that I had schedule the previous day. Armando was extremely professional, fast & careful with the car throughout the process. Not too long after, Armando gave me a call to confirm that the car had been successfully dropped off at the shop. Overall, this was a great experience and I will definitely give them a call again if I ever need a tow in/around Austin Texas. Big Thanks again to Armando for all the help with car and tow.

My experience with Quick tow far exceeded that of any other tow service. The customer service, from my initial phone call to the tow, was outstanding. The driver, Ricky, took great care when loading my truck, then offered me a ride to the shop. He was very personable and a pleasure to talk to. Fantastic job all around.
These guys were true professionals! Needed a tow today (on a holiday weekend) and Nick was very helpful and patient with me, scheduled my tow for the same afternoon without hesitation. Firstly, I called at least 6 towing companies to tow my motorcycle, which had already been parked in its spot for 9 days. This company was the Only one who would do it, not to mention for just $275. Secondly, Billie (my tow driver) expertly maneuvered my bike, without scratching it While it was locked!! To top it off, he was friendly, kind, and was at our tow location within 10 minutes. He also took photos to make sure no damage was done to my bike. He rocked it. 5 stars in my book, and a future customer earned.
Use them, use them, use them! I cannot say this enough. I was in a near fatal car accident in Spicewood and from the moment they arrived on scene, the customer service was top notch! Very friendly and professional and they even gave me a lift home in the tow truck because my wife was home for the night with our sleeping baby. They handled my BMW with extreme care and were so nice that they actually helped the other 2 tow companies with the other two cars (that were totaled). So, good first impression, but it didn't stop there. Alex was always available anytime I called and was upfront and honest about the process. When it got close to 30 days in the impound, he indicated that as long as we were in communication, he would delay sale at auction. He stayed true to his word and even protected my vehicle for me when the repo company came knocking. I was able to come down immediately to sign the release and my car was towed to my house in less than 2 hours! Billy delivered my car and he was just as nice as Alex. He took care handling my car and made sure it was where I wanted before he left. Bottom line, Quick Tow is like dealing with (the good kind of) family and I would recommend them to anyone and will use them in a heartbeat the next time I have towing needs. Do yourself a favor and deal with an honest, customer driven company. You're welcome!
