I don’t make it a habit to call tow trucks but yesterday in Austin shit happens and needed a tow. I called 4-5 other tow companies (just to go 28 miles) and they all wanted $300-$320, my heart was slowly being crushed but I made that 1 final call that said (I probably shouldn’t say the exact price) $200, I said come get this car please!! Lol there is still good ppl out there and Fadhil is 1 of them. Thank you sooooo much for the tow and NOT breaking my bank acct
I wanted to leave a great review for this amazing company, that had a wonderfully skilled & safe driver! He had amazing customer service! He went out of his way to help me, while I was having technical difficulties… involving my banking transactions & debit card prohibitions at the time of purchase. They dropped me off at my bank to allow me to pick up & pay in cash due to debit card faults with my bank. I was able to solve the issues at the bank at the same time so thanks to A & H for the amazing tow & service was a HUGE help.
Noor saved my LIFE! My car wouldn't start in the parking lot of the gym and someone tried jumping it to no avail so I called A&H towing to take my car home and Noor not only got me home but also fixed my car! I don't know what he did but I'd recommend A&H 100 times out of 10!

Not in a million years. Called for some pricing. Wanted 175.00 for a five mile tow for a motorcycle. Person was abrupt and spoke down to me. As if better things to do. I'd pay someone but not be ripped off for a five mile tow.
This was probably one of the worst experiences with roadside service I’ve ever had. Allstate roadside used them and I’m advising them to remove them off their list. I am an aquatics director for a lifeguard company. I was at Cedar Ridge highschool going to a job fair to help Highschoolers with job opportunities. I accidentally locked my keys in my car (unfortunately I do not have the fob). Luckily I have roadside assistance. One the tow guy got to the school. He gave me about 2 seconds to get on the phone or come find him before he left. I then learned he was extremely rude and rushed with the front desk who was helping me. As my cell was in my car. We called the tow company receptionist and he was an Indian man who did his best to do bare minimum, and not provide me with a way to connect with the next tow guy directly or figure it out, when I made him accountable to figure it out and do his job, he didn’t know what to do and hung up. I called back. Not expecting to reach him and confronted him on how rude he was with me and the front desk. He was forced to get me connected to my next tow guy but he refused to apologize (something he made a point to say) when I wasn’t even forcing him. I had many school faculty and parents there listening to me and reinforced how I was handling the situation well and this man was not. I promised him a bad review and here it is. I’m warning others not to use this company to prevent headaches.
Original quoted price was notably different than what they told me right before towing. Driver was also late and dropped my car (thankfully it did not fall into the ditch). Driver was very nice and knew how to fix it, but overall experience wasn’t great.
I was concerned about how long I would be stranded when my car broke down on the side of the road. Thankfully, A&H Towing service was prompt and courteous. The driver was friendly and did a fantastic job of looking after my car.
I want to take time to recognize this towing company. I usually don't do reviews but I have to this time. We had an emergency situation with a family members vehicle that had a seized engine. I made several calls, (I am in Alabama) to have the vehicle towed from an Austin repair shop, to the dealership in Killeen for inspection. All of the others I contacted tried to elevate the price to super expensive rates for a 60 mile tow. A&H was beyond amazing. Great price(fair), awesome contact, and same day service. Our vehicle has been inspected already, and the claims process is moving forward. If you need a trustworthy and efficient company, please reach out this company.

Got into an accident on Howard lane. A&H send a very professional well experienced driver that showed up at the accident scene in a less than 10 min. I would recommend this roadside service 10/10.
