They were 1 1/2 hrs. late appt. time was for 8am & showed up alittle before 10am. Truck driver kept talking about this that and nothing about our vehicle being towed, making me even later to work. Alot of the blame game going on between the driver and the dispatcher. Very poor service.
They took forever to get to me so when I called back to explain that I found someone else to tow my car, the lady gave me an attitude and hung up on me. Do not recommend.
Hate I had to get my car towed but the lady who answered the phone was patient and super sweet. Daniel, the gentleman who picked my car up & brought it home was very professional and kind. I’m very appreciative to Lads for their A1 customer service and quick response. It didn’t break the bank to have my car brought home either. Thank you guys, so much!!!
