Have always had good service here. Very personable and really care. Gave me a really good deal when they knew I couldn't afford the regular price of things I HAD TO HAVE!! They do their best to find parts I need. I sing their praises. I even use the towing service. MM
I haven't used their towing service but after dealing with them for a part, I would look elsewhere. I called them looking for a part and was informed that yes they had the part if not a few of them. I called to make sure they were open and that I could come by and pick it up. Drove all the way out there and they tell me that they can't find it and the ONE guy that can is at lunch and no one knows when he will be back. So I try again the following day, just calling this time, and they tell me they can't find it. Clearly not dealing with people that have business sense or people skills. Not worth the hassle.
Need vehicle troubles fixed? Then this company should be a strong consideration for repairs and other needs. Amazing service with a smile and an honest hand shake. I called J.R. Towing - late Sunday evening because my car was stranded. J.R Towing was the first company to answer the phone, they sent out a master mechanice who was able to help out, he took a look under the hood and was able to give me a guess-estimation of the possible reasons. Then towed it to his garage and gave me a call the next day with an estimate of what was needed for repairs. I would use this company again and tell all my friends to as well.
