Came into the yard and Annabelle was a Good helper she was very knowledgeable and the customer service was top level she knew actually what I needed and the location of it some just give me a paper and say good luck but she did not next time I come I'll be asking for her people lose there customer service and she didn't im glad Wrench a part has good employees like her definitely she needs a raise if one has not already give to her they also have cokes and drinks if you want to purchase them walking the yard Aspen was a great customer service rep
I’ve been here twice. They send texts about upcoming sales. Their last text was vague about their wheelbarrow sale being today for premium and standard tomorrow. It sounded like standard was today. Nope. I’m stationed somewhere 100 miles away in the middle of nowhere. I tried asking the manager to help me out, but they won’t have grace for you. The worker said it’s happened to several people as well. Bad customer service.
Pretty awesome place, it's always cheaper than you'd expect. I've gone in expecting to pay double what I actually do, pretty much every time. Ashley was pretty awesome too, really nice and helpful. Great customer service, always a good experience getting what you need here.
