This shop is hands down the best not only in the area but I’d say the state. The staff is very knowledgeable, accommodating and super friendly. My personal experience was a unique one that didn’t start off great but they not only resolved the issue immediately with outstanding communication throughout but they went above and beyond my expectations which is extremely rare these days. Took my push mower to this location for a repair, three weeks later I was still having the same issue. Took it back too the shop. Wanted to charge me too repair the same issue I took it in the frist time.
Don't let the prices daunt you, the products and service are definitely worth it. I have had a few things go wrong with my scag and they just gave me the part to fix it. I have taken my mower here for routine maintenance a few times now and am very pleased with their customer service and their technical work. Will continue to use them for all my yard work needs
These guys are wonderful. The prices are competitive and the staff at work there come to know people on the first name basis. They are very full of knowledge. When I walk in the door with a part in my hand, most of the time they know what it is without even looking it up. They do follow up bye confirming part numbers to ensure I receive the right part. During the summer months, we all have to manicure our lawns. When I leave, I always tell them I will see them next week and I most cases I do. I highly recommend this location

The guys at outdoor power sports are so awesome, they helped me get the exact mower I needed and gave me a veterans discount, you can't get better service. I struggled for a long while on what mower I needed to get for my acreage and I finally settled on a Scag Patriot. I absolutely love it. Outdoor Power products is a great business to work with. Their people are knowledgeable in their mowers and lawn care in general. Jason G is the guy who helped me and he was awesome. He listened to my needs, he offered his thoughts of several options and his opinions of them. He didn't try to upsell me to something that was more expensive. He actually offered some ideas on making my purchase more affordable. I plan to have this mower for a very long time and Jason helped to explain why the Scag mower would last and also how it would be more affordable in the long term as far as maintenance and such. I will definitely be giving them more business over the future.
They fixed my lawnmower but they use a forklift to get it out of the bed of you don't have a trailer, and both times the guy drove the forklift into my tailgate and now it has this huge dent in it, so either bring a trailer or a truck you don't care about

I brought my mower in and was franticnof how much to be repaired. The bill was way less than I had imagined. Everyone was nice and Thank you for covering my mower. Looking forward to doing future business with this company
I am very displeased with how a return was handled. Mr. McQueen charged $400 to return the mower when I felt he had substituted a less expensive mower for the one I paid for. He said he was out those charges from the finance company. After checking in to the transaction, it became apparent he didn't incur those charges. I wrote a letter requesting a refund for all but a restocking fee, but he didn't reply.
I would recommend Outdoor Power to everyone. Ask for Jason or Spencer. Jason went above and beyond to help us get the mower we wanted and needed. Honestly can’t thank them enough for their kindness, generosity and their knowledge of the mowers and products. Also the rep for Scag was there and he was very knowledgeable and helped us with all our questions.
