When I think ol Reileys I think of the good days when parts lasted and if you had a problem it is fixed now not a chance let me tell the story of how this is going so far after a couple of attempts to say something to the store finally broke down got ahold of the district manager and he is helping lots but I bought I brand new part and it went bad in 100 miles now they are the middle man in me getting my truck fixed because of a part that they sold me I need a drive shaft my trans needs to be pulled apart and fixed and my pinion seal is leaking so now I had to buy another carrier bearing first one is on warranty won’t get that money back for a while and then I have to wait six to eight weeks for my truck to be fixed right all because the part they sold me was faulty if they are going to buy from someone who sells bad parts why can’t they reimburse me the mechanic fees why are they the middle man I’ve started a new account a eagle auto in winnsboro hope to make good strong business connections with them and hopefully their parts last more then 100 miles and hopefully if they don’t I won’t be on the interstate doing 75 when it decides to have a come apart so quick recap 120 in a 60 dollar bearing both with warranty won’t be able to get the money back off the second one until the company who manufactures the bearing says weather or not they are at fault in six to eight weeks and the only way I really have to
Make money the most reliable truck I own is just sitting because I don’t want to tear it up more save your money and go else wear hopefully this helps someone out I’ve been a loyal customer with ol Reileys for many years I understand stuff happens but they don’t understand the truck being down is costing me money the shop fees and storage fees are costing me money the mechanic fees cost money and they may want another mechanics opinion then I will have to
Pay to have it hauled where is the bearing you may ask why would something full of grease leave no grease and only metal shaving probably because they aren’t doing their job in insuring parts are right for the customers who depend on them the only grease on the thing is from it sitting against the ball in the bed of my truck since it is a flatbed I just tossed it in the trough
Had a windshield wiper issue and needed to buy 2 wiper blades and remove the bad wiper unit so it wouldn't demolish the working one. They went out of their way to help us get back on the road to DFW in the rainy weather!
I call to get a part for my truck. First I had to tell him 4 or 5 times what truck. Then he told me that my truck didn't come with that motor. He acts like a woman doesn't know anything about cars. Then I asked for the manager and he said he is the manager.
My daughter locked my keys in my car while it was running, and Angel was so kind and helpful, came out in the heat to help me get it open and kept a smile on his face the entire time! Absolutely won all my automotive business going forward! Thanks so much Angel!!!
So I work at the local Atwoods across the street from O’Reilly and pulled into work today with an oil leak (new what the problem was just needed the parts) so on my lunch break walk across the street to o’reilly’s to snag the parts and be on my merry way. Well they needed to order the parts no biggie right he says they’ll be there by 4pm and he’ll order them so I don’t have to worry about problem solved right? WRONG!!! That jerk forgot to order the parts and blames me cause I didn’t pay for the parts before he ordered them!!! Proceeded to be rude and disrespectful I think damn I’m screwed but wait what the shining figure on google maps it’s AUTOZONE I dial the number and an angel of the gas guzzling gods answers they have the parts I need and still have my warranty for my valve cover gasket then I ask if they would pick me up to snag the parts since my car is currently in pieces he’s like “yeah bro no sweat” 5mins later he arrives but not to pick me up but then why show you might ask well TO DROP THE PART OFF FOR ME AFTER HE HAD JUST CLOCKED OUT and so I ask for the name of my humble savior he replies respectfully and gracefully “My name? Well it’s Heath” thank you Autozone and thank you heath keep it up yall guys are the best
I was in the rain struggling to figure out which of 3 attachments fit my vehicle on the wiper blades I just bought and 1 of the employees I believe was coming g back from a break walking I to the store stopped and helped me figure it out.

I came here around 7:40pm today and I am extremely disappointed. This employee named Eric was swearing at another coworker and told them to go home after coming off their break. This behavior is embarrassing
I come to this specific store every time based on customer service and just overall by far the best one iv been to and iv been to many in many towns! Huge shout out to clay he’s more than helpful evrytime and honestly the reason I keep coming back ! He always goes out of his way to help me and everyone I see him dealing with when I come here ! By far best employee this location has but there all helpful ! Clay keep up the good work !
We needed a headlight bulb for our Impala as it unexpectedly went out when we down to see my mom who had been ill. They promptly provided excellent customer service and my husband was able to install and we were finished in less than ten minutes.
We were thankful they were opened as other parts stores were already closed in the mid afternoon on a Saturday.
Needed a quick in and out visit and that's just what I got. Employees were ready and willing to wait on me with a quickness and kindness. I recommend this business
The five stars are for the older lady working here I do not remember her name but she went above and beyond to help me. Over all rating is a 3 due to being understaffed, forcing everyone working on these days to be over worked.
Had to make a quick fix stop as we always use O'Reilly's. Got exactly what we needed and wouldn't you know it the boyfriend forgot to bring tools, no problem he went back in and asked and they provided one he could use... Great customer service thanks guys.
The staff at this location is and has always been excellent and helpful. If ever they are busy, they make time. This visit they helped me pick out the best brake pads for me and gave me tips for install. Can't ask for more.
Angel, one of the customer service reps, helped out my husband greatly! If you want a great experience with good customer service go up there and ask for him! You will not be disappointed.
Absolutely love this experience I asked one of the people behind the counter if they could help me put a new battery in the jeep and not only did he help me put a battery in but he help me understand my car a bit better I will be returning to the store 100%
I buy all my automotive needs here. A lot of new faces but seem knowledgeable. I came in twice with a very vague idea of what I needed and left with the exact part I needed but also "insider" tips on the correct way to install. The tip actually ended up saving me a second trip to the store and several dollars. Thank you Mr cashier guy!!
I travel all over. The guys were awesome after I experienced a breakdown, limped to their lot, they got part same day for me. Was hot as heck, they kept checking up on me, letting me come in cool off get water etc. Let me fix in lot out back which took pretty much whole day. If orielly gives customer service awards the hole store deserves one. Part was like $200 buy time getting everything I needed to replace it from tools to antifreeze to bucket by end I spent like 500 but saved me about $1500 having someone else do it. Thanks again guys
All of the staff here are very friendly and will go above and beyond to ensure that your problem is fixed. I was especially pleased with Paul. Paul was very kind and his work ethic was excellent!
Wish I could give these guys a better score. Typically this is my go to store, as George is usually working up there and is a great guy and knows his stuff. As with my review on autozone down the street, I came in looking for trim tools and there was a general lack of knowledge about what was on the shelves and once the associate I was speaking with determined that they didn't have exactly what I needed he just kinda wandered off instead of at least asking if there was anything else or if maybe would could find an alternative. Of course I will admit that this was just one of "those days" and I don't blame them. I would still recommend these guys over autozone any day and I will most definitely be back as well.
George was awesome! Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. I've been to O'Reilly's in Denton before and did not get the service or knowledge as I did here in Sulphur Springs. Thanks y'all !!
If you're not from there they'll let you know. Expect George he was the nicest guy to talk to and took care of what I needed without the attitude the rest carry. JUST ASK FOR GEORGE WHEN YOU GO, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED

O'Reilly's in Sulphur Springs is a good store to order parts that could be overnighted things like that, but the counter help up there our rude. I don't like to walk into a place to spend my money there can you ask a question is somebody at the counter and they just act like you are not there and whenever they finally look at you it's a dirty look like they want to just be puffy and mad because you were there to make them work. From time to time I'll go there but I park but I won't stay in there just to shop around. I wish management would do something to inspire there counter help to show a little bit more courtesy at work.
