Pulled my tractor out of the mud in pasture. Showed up, had zero problems and had it out fast. Also compared to other places I called they were the cheapest! Would definitely use them again!

OK it’s called Fullers recovery towing now and they came after hours like after nine 930 at night it took the driver a minute because he was at home which it was not a long time considering that somebody was calling it late at night on the side of the highway, I could not get Allstate insurance to give me a tow driver, so they made sure that my family and I were saved. The guy came on the side of the road. He left a note on the account that my tire stood was stripped due to the previous put on however they did, or did not do it correctly, but he made sure he got it correct I called to confirm because I got my tire changed here and I needed to know what was going on with my wheel hug I just wanna say thank you also so much for coming out. It is pricey to get a tire change from my tow company at that time of the night because it’s after hours the receptionist explained that to me and I really think her or secretary call after hours call center you know whoever the lady was. She was sweetest pie. She waited on me to call back and, everything is everything thank you so much I called to confirm about my tires so I’ll know where to go to about the mishap on my tire because I’m thinking that the way the tire was put on wrong and the fifth is the reason why they had to come out they explained that and they know whatever is going on with a person in their tire on that account so that way they won’t be liable for anything they didn’t do. I thought that was very professional and excellent thank you all so very much. I appreciate you and my donut still good

I'm so grateful for our heavy-duty tow trucks. They are a vital part of the industry. There's a price to pay, but when you're down and out, they'll get you moving without a doubt. They treated my truck right and transported it safely. #everydayandallnightheroes

I had high expectations of prompt and professional service, but what I encountered was an absolute nightmare. In conclusion, my towing experience in Sulphur Springs, Texas, was nothing short of disastrous. From the unprofessional and disrespectful attitude of the driver to the questionable condition of the tow truck, I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I strongly advise anyone in need of towing services in this area to steer clear of this particular company and find a more reliable and customer-oriented alternative. I hope that my review serves as a warning to others and encourages the towing company to reflect on their practices and strive for significant improvements in the future.

Called immediately and answered immediately. Wasn’t too far away from where we were. 30-40 min. Felt like 25. Claude had excellent service, especially offering us to the nearest hotel near the Discount and Tire shop. Thank you!

We had 2 blowouts and were on our way home from Louisiana to Denton Texas stuck on side of the road in Hideaway Texas. This tow service was great! We didn't have to wait that long and he was friendly and helpful with information.

Very prompt & painless. Great communication as well. Should I ever need another vehicle towed I will be giving them a call.

The driver was awesome! He explained what he was doing and why. He answered all my dumba$$ questions and when I paid cash, he had change. It was an ALL AROUND pleasant experience. I have used Wyatt's in Mineola several times and this has been the same each time. ALWAYS professional and super nice.

Very friendly. Only had less than half a mile to go, but I felt the price was reasonable considering they had to drive from SS to Lake Fork to move my car. I will definately keep this business in my phone.

Spent the last few days trying to get AAA to send someone else out to Mineola for a three mile tow. Waited four hours and nothing. These guys were out here in thirty minutes after a call and got me squared away in no time at all. Highly recommend, absolute life savers!

I had both my Dually truck and tractor buried in mud completely. They evaluated the situation and determined that the area was inaccessible and to muddy. So they used a Kabota Skidsteer to winch my truck and tractor out that were located several hundred feet off the road. All of their people were professional and courteous.

Everyone I spoke with was super nice and professional! Ask for Claude! He went above and beyond to help us and get our truck home safely! Had a great experience!

Overall bad experience I felt like I wasn't wanted around the shop.I left it on a wed and drop from dallas to sulphur springs on a sat only to find out my truck was parked along the fence untouched so I drove it back to dallas in 4th gear.Theres one mechanic who wasn't friendly with me.They lady at the desk was nice and the big guy was cool.I truly felt a racist vibe from those guys.But no matter what at the end of the day my money is green like everyone else
