Beware of this company. They will tack on $250 for some ridiculous rotation fee. I checked with other towing companies in this area and none of them charge this stupid fee.
Mr fuller, this is what the tdlr sent me about the guidelines of what you're allowed to charge. They also recommended that I file a complaint with the tdlr and submit at the Justice of the Peace.
Tanner Crump may be contacting you or During your next rotation meeting they will discuss the unethical charge of $250.
Others on this rotation list dont charge this fee.
They are crooked. Dont use them.

The driver was very accommodating. He picked up my truck with my husband and his friend very quickly. He knew what he was doing as to hooking the truck up and delivery. I would highly recommend Fuller's Towing to anybody.

We found these folks through AT&T roadside. After the first service canceled without telling us, leaving us on the side of the road. These awesome folks showed up 10 minutes earlier than they said they would, and fixed our flat for us. If there was more than five stars, they would get them!

Cliff and the Tracy were both amazing. Great customer service. Had a hard time with AAA finding a tow company and Fullers Towing really came to my rescue. Great conversation with Tracy on my way home. Friendly, polite and very helpful. Tracy even asked if I was hungry, thirsty or needed anything when he picked me up.
There are still good people out there! Service was above and beyond.
Had to wait around for 2 hrs. There was only one person on duty and he was out on a call. Kind of ridiculous. I even called ahead before I made the hour and a half drive, and was told someone would be there until 5.
I wish i could rate more than 5 stars one of the drivers is a literal life saver. I was in a wreck on interstate and no one stopped to help they just kept going. The tow truck driver took it upon himself to come from the service road without being called and stop traffic so i wouldnt get hit. Called 911 and ended up towing my car away if it wasnt for him i could have been hit on my dtivers side and possibly dead. Thank you.
Fast, friendly, but to charge almost 400 dollars for a tire change, that's what I call a ripoff. I've been even charged for a service that it didn't happen, "hook up"... There was no hook up, the guy only replaced the damaged wheel with my spare one... if you are in need for a road assistance, ask them first how much they will charge you...
Really helped me out after my crash which my car had also flipped 4 times and called that week day and was able to get things by that weekend really couldn't can't any better because they're not even open on weekends????
They really saved me at 3am when I let my battery run too long and couldn't start my car. I'm not from the area and no one else could help but these guys. Even my insurance company told me they couldn't help in that area and good luck lol.
The service was impeccable and fast I was sitting on the side of the interstate with a blown tire. David was fast and very friendly and had me at an awesome tire shop in no time at all.
For a simple pull I got over charged , $450, when their rates are 150hr clock starts that instant you place call , whole time toke no more than 2 hrs that would've been $300 , the man I spoke to must have been having a bad day, he didn't want the business , saw an opportunity to over charge . to me that's theft , timely fashion was great I was 22 miles out of their location, got there in 30 mins the pull time no more than 20 mins , and I still had to pay $450 I would understand if the tow was a hard tow but it wasn't , bad business ethic shame on them , be careful out there people , wolf's like these are everywhere,
18 Wheeler blew a fuel line. Call for a tow. Before the truck even got to me. They had me lined up at a local shop to make the Repairs immediately. Tow price was cheaper than I expected and they even help me work a deal with the repair shop. Both the guy I talked to and the tow truck driver were very professional helpful and friendly. Would recommend this service for anybody with an 18 Wheeler in the sulfur Springs area.
Service was good, the price made me feel like I had been taken advantage of due to the weather conditions. Had I known what they were going to charge in advance, I would have called a friend and paid him a day's wages to pull me from the mud.

My van had broke down. Fuller's Towing and recovery services were called. They brought a flat bed and got my van almost half way up at a 45 degree angle and over the flat bed when there cable snapped and my van slammed on the tail of the flat bed then rolled forward and slamming to the ground. They towed my van to the yard for them to look at the damages and took us home. The next day I did hear from the owner ( Jay) and he apologized and wanted me to explain how it happened. He then called his tow driver a liar in so many ways. Said they are on a commission base and for me not to worry about anything and he would pay for the damages and make things right. That was the ONLY time he made any effort in contacting me. I had to call and call . He told me he didn't want to go through his insurance because it would jump his payments through the roof. Jay told me to go have it looked at and give him an estimate of the damages. So I did, I went to the Chevy body shop and they evaluated the undercarriage and put the damages about $4,200. Bet you can guess what happened next... He back peddled and said he could have " his guy " come look at it. I asked him again for his insurance information to no avail . So now I have to take him to civil court. I called in to make a police report. They all sounded concerned and wanted to help until it was time to do the right thing. I will NEVER use them again at either location. Sulpher Springs or the Canton one!!! ****You have been warned*****
Andrew and Billy were nothing but professional. Broke down in the 3 am they arrived in 10 minutes. Towed me to the yard and made sure all of my needs were met. Safe haven and shelter. Got me to the dealer first thing the next morning. I recommend you call them first for any tow large or small.
