Rebecca is a top notch dispatcher. My truck broke down last thur 10pm. They were contacted by AAA. I was worried about 2 person in tow truck, but due to bigger truck got me and 2 sons dropped off at hotel. The driver I can't remember his name, was courteous, put my truck on flatbed and got us to hotel, and then dropped my truck at dealer to be fixed the next day. Again THANK YOU SO MUCH TO BOTH OF YOU. Fast, friendly, efficient and professional!! Very easy payment system. Everyone was so thoughtful caring from the dispatcher to the driver. Extremely clean equipment & took very good care loading & unloading our vehicle when it broke down.

I am writing a review on Shane from Greenville. He preformed a call to our home in Sulphur Springs for a tow on 2002 Corvette on 7/24/23. I would like to say his level of professionalism and courtesy exceeded my expectations. His friendliness was a welcome bonus! 5 plus stars all they.

Very profession. They pulled out our stuck motor home with NO damage. They are little pricey, but worth the cost as fast response (less than 30 mins onsite) and very good service. You get quality service.

We're new to the Sulphur Springs area, and our battery decided that it had been around long enough parked in front of WalMart. The Kia rang out about 5 "dings and everything shut down. ALL the dash WARNING lights were on but FLASHING. Looked like we had LOW TIRE PRESSURE, HEADING DOWN HILL, ENGINE LIGHT ENGAGED but when I turned the key, they all went off. Wouldn't start. So I suspected the battery. OR, some kind of fuse or electrical problem. So to be SURE, I called AAA and they dispatched Dakota from BENSON BROTHERS WRECKER SERVICE. He was AWESOME! He put a booster on the battery and it started right up! He concurred that since the battery was seven years old it was DEFINITELY time for a new one. Instead of him trying to sell me a MUCH higher priced battery and having him install it, he suggested driving around to the automotive dept. and having THEM install a decent priced one! Which we did! Have to commend him for his promptness, courtesy AND his integrity! If, God forbid, we EVER need any kind of roadside assistance again, we WILL NOT hesitate to call BENSON BROTHERS WRECKER SERVICE! Great company to call for trying times!

My truck broke down on a County Road and it was towed to this place. By the time I located my truck the fees for towing and storage was over $700 it was paid in full and on top of that robbery someone stole my console that I kept in the middle of my seat!

They got to me and my vehicle quickly! The driver even made sure I had someone coming to get me and didn’t want to leave me waiting alone! If I could give 10 stars I definitely would! I never give a full 5 stars but this company did better than above and beyond for their customer!

Huge thank you to Dakota at Benson Brothers! We had to have my husband's truck towed to the shop and the service was fast and friendly. Dakota was very nice and did his job effortlessly.

Amazing company! Today is the 2nd unfortunate time I've had to use a wrecker recently and I chose Bensen Brothers. After my first amazing experience where the driver went out of his way to help us and give us feedback I chose them again. Today a different driver gave us friendly service. They were quick to get there. Friendly on the phone. Just an overall GREAT company. I would recommend them above any other local tow company.
