Horrible service , I reached out to roadside assistance and they dispatched this towing company.It took an hour for them to arrive which is fine since I was on the other side of dfw. I verified via roadside the amount that would be due upon arrival . The driver was very rude and said he wouldn’t be towing my car since I didn’t want to pay $65 more and drove off . They are money hungry and will leave you stranded. Do NOT trust them !

I’d give a 0 star if I could, the driver Duce is just completely arrogant and irresponsible, doesn’t use any safety hazard lights, no towing signs just nothing when “loading up”, according to him, parks and does the “loading” at the employee parking even where there’s an area of “TOWING ONLY”. He was sitting in the driver side of the towing truck while employees are trying to get out of the parking area where he was blocking for more than an hour.

The tow driver arrived and smoked in my face. Said he could do my tow unless I paid more. When I start to call my roadside service to verify the extra cost he sped off.
