Store 1543 in Duncanville, Texas. I came in one evening after my kids baseball game and my headlight was out. Preston helped me get a replacement bulb and put it in, and during the process discovered that the connector from my lightbulb to the car was broken And told me exactly what I needed to tell my mechanic to get it replaced. He made sure I had a receipt for the bulb and an explanation in case I was pulled over. But he was very kind concerned about my safety. And very, very helpful.
Helpful staff! Went in a couple days ago, Payton was super helpful on guiding me on what filters i needed. She had an awesome attitude! Definitely will be back.

When I got in the store dunkinville Texas, the young lady by the name Payton, she did an awesome job, she answered me at every question that I had she also checked, I had check engine light on. She also came outside and checked my car and she also gave me a printout and explained to me what I needed to be down to my car and she also gave me a printout of the parts that I needed. Awesome, excellent.
I was needing to get my battery checked to see if it's charged and I called the store to ask if they provide the service. The guy that answered the phone sound extremely irritated to the point of being rude just to answer my question. This was before 10:00 a.m. I expect rudeness after a full shift I understand that but the start of business OMG will not go there for anything...
I was assisted by Preston and I received outstanding service prompt very courteous he helped me out he went the extra mile for me and I'm very much appreciate it I will refer anyone to go to this particular AutoZone

I’m never coming to this AutoZone again. I took a battery up there to see if it was good Or bad I left it up there so they can charge it. I came back up there and they said it was good. I went back home and put it on my car and having the same results won’t start so I took it to O’Reilly. Let it up there and they told me the Battery is no good.
Angel was such a huge help! He was patient with me while we searched for my vehicle info to get the correct battery. He then went above and beyond in doing the battery installation as my battery was difficult to swap out. Some others might have given up, but he said he was up for the challenge and he delivered! The store is not outfitted for commercial sales. The employees are borderline proficient. All are proficient in Spanish. Manager is less than gracious to say the least. A better store is on Irving Blvd about 5 miles away. There are some things better left unsaid, I would say find out for yourself
I always wait a couple of visits to see if there is consistency in service. I can truly say that 'Taylor' is consistently professional, kind, and has a super cool personality. Also, very knowledgeable about auto products. This store will be my spot now, as long as Taylor is there! 💯
Stopped by to get my battery checked out. Met Watson who ended up replacing my battery and he was nice, patient, and educated me along the way. Great customer service! Highly recommended!
