If I could give more stars, I would! I came in right before the ice storm hit for a battery and I was taken care of right away! I was turned away at another auto store because of the rain, but not here! They were able to install my battery for me so I wasn't left in the cold (literally). The staff was so nice and helpful. I'm an O'Reily girl from now on! Thank you so much for taking great care of your customers!

You can tell the attendant didnt have full knowledge on what was asked. Almost missed up on some money thinking they didnt have the part I needed.

I'm a do-it-yourself kind of guy that's what I like about O'Reilly's. I have several whips that I that are older that I have to keep in shape. I don't care if they're old but I care how they drive I want them to drive like the day that I bought them and that's why I go to O'Reilly's to get those hard to find parts.

This store is usually stocked with what I need and the staff is nice and helpful. I would recommend this over Auto Zone any day.

This specific location in Duncanville off Wheatland is AMAZING‼️‼️‼️ Issac a.m. is 🔥🔥🔥🔥💣💣💣💣 this man loves what he does‼️‼️‼️ Me being the "typical SAH wife" walked in clueless lol (my husband is in MD) and the car started acting up on me and our children so I explained to him what it was doing right away he knew exactly what I needed‼️ He is definitely a life saver‼️Thank you so much Issac for being exactly what we need‼️💪🏾

I like coming to this location cause of The Customer service the days that I have gone it has been friendly staff. One staff member here her name is Amanda she has the best attitude always helpful that is why I come here.

Very Professional, Friendly, and Knowledgeable is their product, they show a willingness to help you with your questions and concerns. Everytime I've gone there I have been met with professionalism at the door. I will continue to go to the location in Duncanville TX on Wheatland off of Cedar Ridge. It's not in my area so I travel to Duncanville just for the service.

I can’t even thank Amanda enough on how much knowledge, and information she’s given me with my vehicle. Came here for my low oil pressure sensor going off, not knowing the dealership didn’t change my oil, and drove around with barely any oil in my car for months. It could’ve been worse. Great customer service there, Thanks again Amanda!

Went in today for an auto item. Upon entering another lady and the O'Reilly employee (tall caucasian female with glasses) were in discussion. I waited in the designated area for assistance, no problem. Mind you, there were no other customers in line, nor employees at the counter. I continued to wait after about eight minutes. After realizing that the two ladies were just "conversating" I then glanced and saw two guys in the back working. After no assistance or acknowledgement , I finally began towards the door to exit,, then the female employee stated, "Sweetheart I can help you." I proceeded out the store. One thing I don't tolerate is being ignored and the term "Sweetheart" is dam disrespectful. . Execs of O'Reilly, PLEASE train your employees-because ignorance is an illness. Last time I will ever go to the Wheatland location.

They are friendly, knowledgeable, and they always have the part I need in stock, unlike Auto Zone and the others. And you don't stand in line or waiting for help for two hours! We won't go anywhere else.

Ordered a Dorman window regulator and picked it up. Ended up not using it when I went to return it they said it was not from Oreillys since the motor on the regulator was a Bosch and they don't sell Bosch. I told them that it was bought there the same day and I even had a receipt with the Dorman packaging, but the woman there said there's nothing she can do. After going back and forth they said they will not do a refund. The customer service at this location is terrible been going for years and this is the worse it has ever been. They made it seem like I swapped the part when i simply wanted my $156 back for a part I did not need. At the end I ended going to the Cedar Hill location and got a refund with no issue. I don't recommended this location, but if you must make sure they don't screw you over with the incorrect part brands cause you might end up losing your money.

Alex was a great help. battery had died and I live close so got a jump and headed over. they sold me a new one and even pulled and replaced for me. I always head to this location for auto needs. thanks again Alex!

The guy who sales it's so rude it's the 3rd time I comes and it's no profesional. Also my mom speak Spanish and the guys it's a Latino he spoke Spanish with somebody else front on my . My mom says something in Spanish the guy said 'Nobody Spanish speaking at the store'. The most unprofessional way 2 weeks ago . Now I came I will request if somebody can check up my battery I was parking for 30 minutes and the guy saw me and attend other person he arrives later than me. I was served some years ago in customer service now QA for me it's bad for the store I always loved make my purchase ovethere

Hats off to Jose! Thank you for all your help. Shopping around for auto parts isn't easy and love it that they can price match on certain items. Yes the lines are long, but if O'Reilly would schedule or hire more employees, that wouldn't be an issue. This is going to be my go to store for all my auto maintenance.

I want to give a big "THANK YOU" to the great staff at O Reilly in the Seagoville and Duncanville Stores.. Mr. Henry Coolen, Dist. Mgr. and his awesome secretary Mrs. Debra were the two most enjoyable people I ever spoken to on a initial phone-call. I called asking for a donation to my Nonprofit, Warriors-Hope And Compassion Event, called, "THANK "U" 4 YOUR SERVICE" for the Duncanville Police and Fire Dept. Wed. Apr-10, at 1130 am- 1:30 pm. Location- 1530 S. Main St. Duncanville Fire Dept. Admin. Bldg. The public is welcomed!! I want to give a personal note to Mrs. Debra and Mr. Coolen for extending an olive branch to a "BIG MOUTHED DREAMER". Like I explained to them how hard it's been trying to "SUCCEED AGAINST THE ODDS". They immediately came on board as a few other great companies have supported this great and honorable event. Great service! The guy even went out to my car and installed my new windshield wipers for me! Good thing too since my old ones were shredded and it rained a lot right after I left there.

Fantastic experience every time I go there... Which is pretty much every day. Everyone very helpful manager knows how to run to store assistant manager knows how to keep the employees going. And that Chris Thomas he deserves a raise. Above and beyond helping. But all the guys they're good team and know what they're doing. My home base.

Great place love em. They actually know their stuff unlike autozone. Always take great care for me warrantys always fast and quick. Great at assisting with diagnosing and improvising solutions. Never given wrong part which was a constant problem at autozone then employee would blankly stare at you and argue that it was the right part even if had old part infront of them and didnt match

I see a couple bad reviews. I don't understand. I have traded at this Reilly's for more than 15 years and never had a problem with service. Fact is they often go beyond my expectations looking for odd ball parts I need. Just today Both Steve, the manager and Jayson looked up and found parts for my 1975 GMC Motor Home I couldn't find at Napa, Advance Auto, or Auto zone. Great service.
