Great service, friendly environment. Kayla & Deanna were very helpful in making sure that I had everything I needed in order to get my car out of the lot.
Deanna and Kalee were very rude when I came in. I wanted to look at a vehicle not knowing it was past the cut off time, I made a trip coming up here to look at it. I was okay not looking at the vehicle, it was more so the tone they had with me in asking if I could. They both had an attitude, not trying to talk to customers with respect. If you could avoid going to this business, I would recommend it.
Terrible customer service, specifically from Deanna and Kaylee. They were absolutely rude from the second we walked. Deanna was upset about how she was “supposed to leave 16 minutes earlier” even though that wasn’t our fault. Will never give my business to this place.

Had an accident last night at midnight and called J&S /Duncanville towing. The call was fast and efficient. The tow truck driver Alaaeddin was beyond great! He was very knowledgeable about how to load my car without causing more damage. He was kind and efficient. I felt bad that I didn’t have cash to tip him. Thank you for the fast and friendly service!

I had to come get my car from J&S Towing . When I got there Ms. Silema Martinez Was so very helpful and nice and made sure I had everything I needed. She treated me with so much respect and like I was family and that’s something you don’t see now and days. If anyone have any problems and trying to find your vehicle talk to Ms. Silema Martinez She will get you right.
Usually, it’s never a good experience getting your vehicle impounded but shout out to Donna for taking the time to explain the process in how to get it out. I called about 4 times, she was patient, polite and very professional. There was no issues with anything missing, my keys were not locked in my vehicle by accident, and I was in and out in 15 minutes.
Matthew and Ricky BOTH deserve a raise! Very kind, knowledgeable and willing to help! These qualities are VERY rare and admirable! My teenage daughter had her first wreck and keys were locked in her car until these two came along and saved the day! Thank you!!
