November 10, 2025 - The guy at the counter, SAVED ME!!!! I went to AutoZone on Ledbetter Dr. in S. Dallas and the lady wouldn't help me figure out which serpentine belt I need for my van after I changed the belt tensioner and the recommended belt was too long. The guy at the counter at NAPA Auto Parts let me buy 3 serpentine belts. I took it home and one of the three fit just right. I brought back the other two belts and was an easy transaction. Buy your auto parts here!!

We drive across town 9/28 to make it before they close and they close and lock up a few minutes early. You should honor your posted hours and not be rude to your customers that call and ask why you close early.

I have visited this location a couple of times, when it comes to customer service, its great! But The last time I did visit it was extremely hot and very uncomfortable. I was informed that the AC as not been working for past month.

My experience was great with the employees 😁 they were outstanding but the quality of the merchandise is very poor I bought brakes and rotors in November 2021 and I'm on my third time replacing them this is costing me to have it done and the company is not rebersing me in no way when I call the company to complain the wanted the receipts just playing games and Mr King the person I spoke to told me I may need to upgrade my brakes and rotors I'm like what tha you no what but I did send him the information and never heard back from him so from now on I'll go to O'Reilly's or Auto Zone or somewhere else

If I could give less I would. I walk into the store can't find anything i need. one guy behind the counter sitting down looking at T.V and a young lady sitting down on her phone. I ask the girl what headlights I get for my car she looks it up and tells me to go to an isle. There i stand lost not knowing what lights I need. I ask her if she can show me she yells at me that there right in the isle clearly napa employees think sitting down is more important than providing good customer service. Guy comes to help me finally I guess a Comercial came up, smelling like he smoked a whole pack of cigarettes and triggering my asthma. Worst napa worst experience ever.

Yesterday was the second consecutive time I have purchased parts at this store location that I couldn't get a simple "thank you" before leaving the building. Do the employees not realize it is the customer revenue that keeps the doors open and the paycheck flowing? In future, I will consider an alternative.

Not happy with my experience with this store this past weekend. - Store blocked me from making a return of a defective part - Store sent me to another store to solve my problem - Item cost 3x the equivalent O'Reilly's on the same part (30 vs 10) - A different Napa store refunded me with no issues Story: Called in asking about a Fuel Line Disconnect tool. Employee some issues locating the part, but it ends up they had it in stock. Went into the store, picked it up, trying using my commercial account, but had no luck. Paid for it and went on my way. Had to repair a stranded vehicle on side of road, so access to fuel line was not great. Wriggled my way in there and the tools plastic snapped during use. The Napa store only had 1 in stock, so I had to run to a local O'Reilly's and buy the same tool again from them. Went through the same rigmarole and problem was solved. Yeah, there was some bending and flexing on the tool, but that is to be expected. The O'Reilly's tool held up. Afterwards, I head back to the Napa store to return the broken tool and they say its "used" and cannot be returned. I explained that is broke during use and it shouldn't have. They said they could warranty it, but I am an out of towner and they didn't have the part in stock. They couldn't ship the replacement part and they suggested I return it to another store more local to me. So, I called my local Napa store in Houston and they said they would warranty it out for me. I got to my local store and gave him the story and they offered to refund it completely as I had already purchased a replacement from O'Reilly's. I don't see why one store could easily solve my problem (refund) and another pretended like there was no solution. I suspect the store manager was just protecting the bottom line instead of providing customer service.

When I walked into the store no acknowledgment two cashier inside one attending to customer while the other guy talking in the back office with co worker’s he saw me standing no activity until when is ready then he came to the counter and asked me what I wanted

I order part online and never get the same day, next day i call and they keep put me on hold. i had to cancel order. i make this order because was $15 dlls cheap then other autoparts, but waiting was more expense. this store located at Duncanville TX bad service I call another store for available and the store located at Irving TX this guy's answer first time and guy Edwin was very friendly and put Part on his hands. I drive there and pick up with no issues, also he try contact the other store and same they put him on hold.

Great place and guys are very nice 👍🏽. John is Great on how he understands each and every one question about whatever they need. The other guys are great as well 👏 and I was a few cents short and John was very nice to let leave..😊,But I returned from the car with the change 😀 Thanks John 👍🏽 This NAPA is a Great place to Shop for your part needs 😀

0 stars, wasn’t greeted when me & my parents walked, there was a dude on the phone at the front desk my dad carried in my battery for me an place it on the desk near the dude on the phone looks at us as if he saying “why are we here” and like he’s busy. A few mins later he wants to tell me his resume history of how long he’s been a mechanic for 45 years an this an that (but works at Napa) when I didn’t ask. All I came in for was a new battery with my warranty! There should be good customer service provided no matter what race you may be. Not sure of her name it may be Norma she is very helpful an knowledgeable she helped me a few days before when I came in the store she must had been off this Sunday afternoon. Long story short I ended up leaving because of his bad energy an poor customer service I see why I have never shopped with Napa till now an I will continue not to. Especially this location.

Been using this location for about a year now and I couldn’t be happier. The store is always squared away, the staff is very friendly and generally knowledgeable. The one younger dude could slow down a bit when being told what part your after but he is young.

This store is not very organized. Not to mention their parts are ridiculously expensive. And the store clerks are not people friendly. NAPA AUTO, you should be ashamed of yourself the way you treat customers. Just know your store is an option, not the only store

Very slow service, even when parts are ordered and supposedly set aside. Counter guy seem clueless and would not try to figure out the order. Do not waste your time at this location.

Wonderful. A special thanks to Mason for his patience. (Had to interrupt him being helpful to someone else to ask his name). But never had bad experience. I'll never go anywhere else. No one ever tries to talk into more expensive anything. Opposite. They seem to want you to get what is best for you. I'm impressed.

I had this really nice lady I believe her name was Leanne order me a Hub assembly online. she found me the part I needed. I was ready to pay, but before Inserted my card. It had Occurred to me to ask to see if I could have expedited shipping, so I asked her. She wasn’t too sure so she asked and found out it was too late since the order was already submitted for processing, me thinking “oh well I guess I have to wait longer”. However I was took back at how generous and patient she was. She went out of her way to call the warehouse to see if it would be possible to have the order expedited. she was talking to different people on the phone trying to figure this out for me. it’s this type of customer service that needs to be recognized and rewarded. I just wish there were more people that cared about their job and was as knowledgeable as her. Thank you Leanne for going above and beyond to help a fellow customer! I will definitely be coming here for any of my car needs.

Needed some hoses for coolant lines. Went in with a video they guy wouldn't even look at the video he just flat out stated "we don't have hoses here I would need you to take them off". So much for expertise

I was from out of town celebrating our wedding anniversary at a nearby state park and had to come into the Napa located at 730 S Cockrell Hill Rd Duncanville, TX 75137 to replace the batteries on my 3/4 ton p/u. I was assisted by Mason who went above and beyond by making sure I had everything I needed including a hand truck to wheel the old batteries in. I replaced the batteries while there on site and he even told me happy anniversary. Real professional and courteous!

The Ladies are in the part house👠. They oversee this place, like big bosses🕴. The are very professional and knowledgeable about what's going on in the auto world. If they don't know they will say so and began the research. Friendly, courteous, honest, helpful, respectful team.👏👠👠

Describe my experience? ZERO STARS!!! Didn't really get to experience anything! They were closed at 6:50 pm on a Monday even though the sign on the door said 7:00. September 28, 2020. Check your camera's That was me at the door. The tall black guy. Not sure why, but all I had to do was pick up a part I ordered the previous day. I usually get off work at 6:30 but asked to get off early to pick up a part I really needed. So much for that! Maybe there whole employee staff needed time off early to take care of some important business too. Oh! I know! I bet it was break time......yeah right. Avoid this location if you need any parts 10 minutes before 7:00pm on a Monday!

An employee actually helped me out of a bind, my car start dieing out on me and he helped replace my battery for free. He hunted down my warranty to another store and had them fax it over to finish the process. Great customer service!
