Very bad customer service, I went there looking for wiper blades and they had no customers to help at the moment, so I went to front desk and they never said I will be right with you or something like that, I was completely ignored and what it seems to be the manager just kept on walking back and forward doing nothing so I had to leave.

This is the third time I been at this store and they always Try to sell you the highest price on any part I checked on line for a air filter it was 43 usd I sow up to the store and he said all I have is this one for $65 wen I ask the counter man you sowed one for 43 he responded no don’t have that one . You can order on line he said if I wanted to do that I could get it for like $20 dollars but I needed today. bad business try to push the higher prices to customers this place don’t give position like.Oreylli or autozone

The parts personal are experienced and very helpful you name from washer fluid to electric relays then to do magic to find and order overnight a OEM part in dealership package for me to say yes sir no B.S. it's a real auto part store

I went in to buy a battery for my lawnmower, thinking that's what I needed. Turns out it wasn't and I went to return the battery in under 30 minutes or so. When I brought it back the manager was the one that helped me. He looked at the battery and looked me in the eye and asked did I strip the battery, at first I thought he was joking but I saw that he dead serious. I told him no and explained that I didn't need the battery, he told me that he could not take the battery back because I hooked it up. Mind you that there were no scratches or scrapes on the battery. We went back and forth for a minute and I walked out of the store with the battery, then I came back in and asked for the area manager phone number then all of a sudden he wanted to take the battery back. He did and I received my money. This was my first time ever shopping with Advance Auto, also my last time. I work hard for my money I don't like the fact that I was accused of a crime, that I didn't commit... I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH YOU GUYS AGAIN!!! You don't get a second chance to make a first impression... I will use your competitors, never ever again... The worst service, and to come from a manager, unacceptable..

Very neat store and organized! You go in and out almost never a long line or waiting! Very helpful staff especially a bilingual man he's great he knows what's he's doing. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to cars !!! 10/10

Juan and Floyd are the best , but don’t come on a Sunday… me and my son sat outside in the cold at 8:58 and they wouldn’t let us in , even though they opened at 9:00… only for them to open later then that

Get the right person they are awesome helping you find the right part for your vehicle. Get the wrong person you are better off using their website to locate the part. Overall they are my go to place for parts for many needs.

I Ordered a part and made my way up there to pay in person because they had to order it and I was told it would be delivered the following day at 12pm Friday. They had me calling every 3 hours to check up on status because it wasn’t there yet. & know I was told it wouldn’t be delivered until Monday. Made me waist my time when I could of got it somewhere else faster. Now I have to go for a refund. Another waist of time!

Very bad service...just yesterday I ordered one part and I asked to the lady in the desk front service twice I have to pay in advance ??? And she said not.you pay tomorrow when you came back..I said ok ...but today is at different history...I can't believe...she doesn't order my part... very dissatisfied Whit this store....I don't really recommend this store....

Bought ~$600 worth of parts to rebuild the front suspension of my truck. Got home and found that the parts that were in the box were not what they were marked as. Took them back. Guy at the counter took my receipt then didn't say anything after I explained what happened. He hands me a new papers and says sign it. Tosses me another receipt and says that's, next customer. No offer to get me correct parts. Took my money to O'Reilly instead.

The experience was excellent. Was just browsing and came across a couple of things I needed to purchase. When I got to counter sales associate inform me of discounts and sales. Even showed the before and after price with Discount applied. Great place great price great customer service.. think I found my new auto parts and accessories supplier. Seriously a great place to shop at
