We came in for a simple antifreeze leak repair. The shop never contacted us for approval before performing the work. They later claimed that the driver authorized the repair, which is not true.
We were charged $1,700 for a repair that should reasonably cost no more than $500 at most shops. This feels excessive and unjustified.
Very disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency. I would recommend looking for another shop

We spoke on the phone and agreed he would go to the location in Bulverde to check the engine starting and charging system. However, he never showed up. I called and texted him many times, but got no response. The yard guy waited over 4 hours, and the mechanic only sent a single picture without doing any diagnostic work we agreed on. This was very unprofessional and dishonest. Avoid this business — complete scam experience.

The truck is was driving broke down, I was able to call Dale after hours, and he met me at the shop with the tow truck man. We placed the truck in the shop, he afford to take me to a hotel and picked me up the next day back to the shop. He's a great honest guy and the mechanics and awesome and very great guy. I strongly recommend this shop. 👍

Amazing overheating problem they figured checked everything else i am very satisfied. Bob is really good guy he is the owner and main mechanic here. Really clean & maintained workshop . They have Ac waiting area for drivers & offer cold water & coffee. Also have clean restrooms. He drop off me to my motel really a helping ppl 💯 Highly recommend to all the semi trucks .

Superb service I broke down over Easter weekend my air pressure would not build anymore. He did a thorough diagnostics and he was able to replace my air compressor and everything else that needed it with all OEM parts he brought me to the side of my truck and showed me how he was diagnosing my issues step-by-step.
He didn’t keep me blind. He kept me involved and after he was finished repairing everything he gave me a free break adjustment and AC charge..

I have been to 2 shops both said compressor this guy looked at my truck looked at me strongly and asked 1 question 2 hrs later I was done ac blowing 46 at the vents. Great job Apex. I am impressed. Quick Honest and professional help...Great job
