Staff is very friendly, professional, informative, and knowledgeable about my service needs. Wait time was quick-I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and that was them even washing my truck.

Subject: Service Feedback - Case #95495276 As a lifetime RAM owner, I’m disappointed in the service for my 2022 Limited. My truck sat for 8 days for a simple eTorque computer update. My advisor, Justin, never provided updates; I had to call repeatedly just to get info. Between a $200 repair for a known technical fault and $300 in towing/Uber fees due to the 8-day delay, this cost me $500 out of pocket. I opened Case #95495276 to discuss reimbursement but have received no follow-up. This experience has significantly impacted my loyalty to the brand. I hope Stellantis reviews this case to reach a fair resolution.

At first, the advisor they had working on my jeep wasn't communicating with me about me car when they said give us 24 to 48 to get you a diagnosis and that never happened then I called on the 3rd day of doing my car off just to be told they would have it ready by the end of the day still without a diagnosis. I even asked if it would longer because if so, I'll get a rental but no he said I wouldn't need one because it'll be ready for pickup later that day. The next day I called back to check in with the status of my car just to get told multiple times that the advisor was busy and he'll call back. So I never got an answer. So on the 5th day I called to check status of my car just to get told that he wasn't coming in on that day at all. So I asked if I could talk to someone else about me jeep because I had no answers as to what was wrong with my car and why I hadn't received a diagnosis. Then they said I could talk to Justin. Later that same day he got me a diagnosis and estimate of cost. And kept me informed about me car. I don't recommend Jared to work on my jeep, but I do recommend Justin. Thank you Justin!!

I took my SUV in to replace two of the psi tire sensors, an oil change w/ tire rotation and two factory recalls. Everything went well, except during the tire rotation things got mixed up and somehow they replaced the wrong psi tire sensors. They accidentally replaced the two good ones that I had just replace a few months prior at another place. When they couldn’t get all four to program, they felt the sensors I purchased from another location were not able to be programmed with their equipment. When I went back to the other place, they couldn’t program them either. When they open the tire up we discovered the issue with them replacing the wrong ones. It was the end of the day at both places so I just had two more new sensors installed to get this over with. When I mentioned this to the dealership on the follow Monday, they listened to the misfortune and after working with management they refunded me the original purchase to make this right. I’m glad they did the right thing and I will continue to use their service department on future repairs.

Making the appointment and getting in was easy. The service rep that checked me in was very nice. It was great to have a nice an very clean area to work while I waited. They have a wonderful coffee/tea machine and I appreciated the cleaning woman who helped me use it without me asking for help. The car was serviced in a timely manner and was completed without issue. I’d hug my recommend Platinum Jeep in Terrell.

My first two attempts to even reach the service dept, resulted in a flip answer by the receptionist (male). Threw me twice into voicemail so I then drove to the service center and there were three service people at their desks. I was given an appointment for the 31st, I arrived on time and no one came out to greet me, I had to go in and seek someone to check in my car. After waiting 1 hour for a simple oil change, I walked into the service desk area and I saw my car completed out of the Bay Area and had to have a rep find my keys and I went out to my car and they hadn’t even washed it. What is happening to to this dealership???

Service was scheduled fast and easy online, appointment was same day. Staf was exceptional, service rep was professional, friendly, and listened to my concerns. Service time was very reasonable and when completed the rep was detailed in reviewing work tested and completed. My jeep was also washed. Dry please with my experience today.

Overall no issues. Car wasn’t ready on time but didn’t impact anything for us so no major issue. They were efficient at handling the service aspect and overall will be happy to use them again.

The people were great and fast. Definitely appreciate that, however the battery cost almost 500. Seems a bit excessive but everything else was a 10 of 10.

Had an 11:00 o’clock appointment. My vehicle wasn’t completed until 2:30. Was told it would be ready at 1. The person I was dealing with left for lunch at 1:30 without giving me an update. I asked another service member to check on my car. In about 20 minutes, the wrong car was brought to me. I got my vehicle at 2:30.

I brought my husband Jeep in, BEST service ever. It was super easy and a very nice waiting area with deli items and drinks not just chips, for purchase . They did not just leave me sitting there, they checked in every 10 min with the detailed status.. Oil change and tire rotation under 30 mins from the time I drroe in and out the door. We even got a new duck for the Jeep....beep ...beep! Full care wash included. Definitely coming back! Plus the service packages are a great deal and setting up the service appointment was easy! Do OVER! ❤️💯

Terrible service from the mechanic who changed the oil on my truck. He damaged the air filter housing and blew air out of both rear tires. The windshield washer fluid reservoir was leaking. It was a complete mess with this person who calls himself a mechanic. They didn't use an original oil filter, and I don't even know if it's synthetic oil. I'm very disappointed with this service.

You make an appointment, and they completely ignore it, let you wait for days. When you object, they say sheepishly, “Yeah, everyone says that.” Then after charging you outrageous sums for labor, they stick you with a 3% up charge on your credit card (which is a lot, on a 3K+ bill). When you complain that no one warned you in advance about this, they say sheepishly, “Yeah, everyone says that.” It’s their company line. But they keep DOING it. Well, they won’t treat me that way ever again. I’m done with them, AND with the JEEP brand.

Bought a 2024 Ram 3500 Big Horn and after 2600 miles the truck crapped out on me and I was given a new truck. Was put into a 2025 Laramie 3500 and after just turning 5000 miles it is now officially classified as a lemon. I’ve had 4 incidents with a speed sensor that lights up my dash like a Christmas tree telling me basically everything is inoperable. Ram trucks I’ve been an absolute nightmare for me since the beginning of this year. I would strongly advise anyone to stay as far away from these vehicles as possible. They are nothing but major problems.

The service was excellent! Bert always takes wonderful care of any needs related to my car. Johnathan was prepare and got started immediately. He even took the time to arrange for a tech specialist to be on site that day. He called me throughout the repair to give me updates on the progress. I was very happy and will definitely take my car back there for service.

Very disappointing!! Felt very much like bait and switch tactics…website listed one price for 75K mile service, was charge almost twice that at dealership. When asked about it, service writer stated “oh the website is just labor price, not parts.” But there is NOTHING anywhere on website stating that. Will not go back and will find some place else to have my Ram serviced.

Told me it would be 2/3 days for them to diagnose. Ended up taking a full week and when they finally texted me about it that morning, the guy that was handling my car tried to play me about the amount I would be paying for them to fix my b car even though my warranty paid for what needed to be fixed… So I had my text messages to back up my situation which dropped the charges lower but then he proceeds to make up some bs charge talking about disposable fee. Which in then stated to him that I’ve been there numerous of times and never got charged for what you’re telling me… Ended up only paying my deductible but this experience was horrible. I don’t plan on bringing my car back.

I finally decided after three months to replace a part that wasn’t put back on when my vehicle was serviced. I called the Parts Dept to order this part, once the rep heard what had happened, he immediately reported the incident to his Supervisor. When I came in to pay and pick up this item, I was informed, it was free! They also attached the part to my engine cover, and sent me on my merry way! The Parts and Service Dept were professional, courteous and extremely helpful!

The worst service I ever could have asked. A three day fix took over three weeks with ZERO communication. It took making multiple calls a day for two days to get anything completed. Apparently they knew how to fix it and simply didn’t until they were asked. Several people I talked with were rude and uninformed. This place lacks communication skills and common decency. We will NEVER go back.

Serviced my Wagoneer with an oil change and tire rotation. Friendly techs in the service department and one of the salesman even revved up a charger and talked cars with my 9 year old for about 15 minutes. Top notch service, but service also includes timeliness. Giving four stars because my appointment was at 9:30 and I didn’t pull out of there until 11:50. My previous appointments booked at 7 or 7:30 am were complete in about half hour, so I won’t be booking appointments later than that time again as there is a timeliness issue. Highly recommend based on friendliness of staff, but recommend booking your appointment as early as possible in the morning unless you have a ride and don’t have to wait (it was Saturday so no shuttle).

Service was okay. Was trying to explain to my service advisor that I need my windshield fluids checked. Before I could get it all out he interrupted me saying it all apart of multipoint inspection. I should had double checked before I left but my windshield fluid was still out. I do appreciate the fact that the guy at the parts desk was quick about changing my key fob battery but would appreciate it more if my advisor would listen whether than reaction first.

Excellent Experience. The service and sales department rock! The service department was able to schedule my Jeep quickly for an inspection, other dealerships were 3 to 4 days out and then I was told I had to wait 3 to 4 days after I drop the vehicle off.That was not the case at Platinum Chrysler Jeep Dodge. The service department was so efficient and friendly, we ended up purchasing a new Jeep. Our sales person Deaton was very easy to deal with and the sales manager Zach was awesome. No pressure, easy to work with, great experience. I highly recommend Platinum Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Terrell, Texas
