Never get your car towed here because their drivers don’t know how to drive a car and stalled my car 5 times trying to get it onto the truck then when i go to get stuff out of my car at their lot their forklift driver put a hole in my car with their forklift and we’re just plain rude the whole time i’ve talked to any of their workers i wish i could give it zero stars but 1 is the lowest it will go.
The only reason they are getting 1 star is because I want this to be seen. It’s 42 degrees and we called to tow my car. I have a child with me. At 6:30 pm Chubbs said they would arrive in an hour. I got an update at 7:15 that they would arrive at 7:36. I called at 7:45 for a verbal update and was told they could not tow the vehicle tonight. I WAITED AN HOUR WITH MY CHILD FOR A TOW THAT WASN’T GOING TO HAPPEN!! Chubbs didn’t even have the decency to update ME. I had to call to get an update only to find they wouldn’t tow it tonight. How long would I have sat there had I not called??? Terrell is a small town - I called a friend to take us home and passed Chubbs on the way. The parking lot was full of available trucks. This is absolutely the WORST towing company ever!!
I have Triple A roadside assistance membership. Literally the BEST investment I have made my ENTIRE LIFE!!! Anyways, they must be contracted with Chubs Towing because that’s who they always send. I have used service multiple times and every time it’s been excellent service, great communication, very friendly drivers. I highly recommend.
Tim came to our rescue and was prompt and professional. Loaded our broken down vehicle and gave us a ride back. His truck was clean and I was very comfortable. Could have asked for better service. We call Chubbs every time!
Service was great. Didn’t get the drivers name but he was very professional. He was very careful loading my car on the roll back and carrying us home. He was very helpful getting to senior ladies in the cab of his truck.

Fantastic experience. I was broken down in my own driveway. 🤦🏼♀️ I guess my module is wonky, because my fuel indicator showed my tank was full for at least 80 miles. He got me running in no time! Professional, very courteous, and nice.
The service that we received from Chub's Towing was excellent. Nick (the tow truck driver) was very courteous and thorough and my interactions with the dispatchers were great. I highly recommend Chub's towing.
He came quickly, loaded it up, and was gone. He was very friendly and we had conversation. I would 100% call them again. I had no reason to take pictures, so no pictures. They're awesome.

The driver that showed up to help me was very polite and professional. He did very thing he could to help me get my truck home. He arrived very quick. As I had sat in the heat for a few hours before calling him to help. When he arrived he told me that I was welcome to sit in the tow truck to cool off while he looked at my truck. I will definitely use this company again if needed and I recommend them to everyone! Thank you so much.
Chub's did great helping me out today. Malik, the driver was very awesome and was easy to talk to. I had to ride inside the tow truck and it was very clean. Definitely recommend!
Driver was on time completely friendly and helpful. Did everything he can to help keep both of us safe and get us off the freeway. Driver also followed me to the shop to make sure I did not need any further assistance. Would highly recommend this company.

I forgot the Drivers name but he was A++.. towed me from Kemp to Duncanville. Arrived promptly and took care of my ol truck. Would definitely recommend these fine folks
Dave was great! He easily found my location although I was in the middle of nowhere with 2 flat passenger side tires after hitting a totally stealth but 2 ft deep pothole inside the right side white line on a rather newly paved looking FM 36 7 miles away from the lake.
Tripple a sent a guy finally got here at 430 said he came from a hour half drive then he helped a cop while in route to my place , got here and has nothing no jumping cables said he couldn't tow the car cause he had no clue how to hook it up and could get to it cause it's in a rain puddle and couldn't get his ramp wet ? WTH they were told it was a tow due to a tornado hitting a tree that fell through my front window so NO EXCUSES VERY BAD LAZY SERVICE IM GOING through FEMA ECT I dnt need added stress cause some fat boy don't want to get his hands dirty oh he also said he didn't know how to jump a battery also so dnt know how he has this job
Best towing service I've had. My daddy was a tow truck driver for 15+ years, so my expectations were high! Lee was the driver and was excellent, thorough, and quick. I was told it would be 90 minutes before someone would be at my house but was delightfully surprised when he arrived in less than 30 minutes! I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.
Picked me and my car up less than 20 min after I called them. The driver was courteous, friendly, and very careful loading up my car. Hopefully I don't need their services again, but I would certainly use them again if needed!
My car had a flat on 20. Even though I had to wait over an hour for assistance, my driver was extremely nice and helpful. Since I was traveling to Mineola area, he suggested I go to Discount Tires to have them check out tire. Not sure that he intended on going the same way I was but he ended up driving behind me to discount tires to make sure I got there safely! I appreciated that since I had to drive slowly on 20. Thanks!! Sorry, I didn’t catch his name!
