They're willingness to help me navigate my way through an overwhelming move to a new and unfamiliar place has become a part of my story that I will never forget. Not only has Kristy been kind, she has been professional and prompt. She and Rick have gone above and beyond to work with my extended warranty company, making sure that my 2020 Keystone Raptor Toy Hauler is in tip top shape. I have never worked with such an unprofessional group of people. They had my Fifth Wheel from May 29, 2024, until October 28th, 2024. They needed to replace an axle with brake assembly, put a new Wheel and tire on that axle, repair a rear stabilizer jack, repair both Grey and black tanks that were damaged in wreck, replace fender wells, and fenders, and repair tail light. When we arrived, we found they had NOT replaced the wheel and tire, replaced the jack, replaced the tanks, or repaired the tail light. We told them about all they had not replaced. So they replaced the jack and miraculously found the wheel and tire in their shop. We were told the light was not on the work order nor the tanks. We were so upset at this point that we just left. As soon as we pulled out of the place, we tried the braking system. Guess what! You got it! NO brakes. I will never use this business again. They never called me about any issues. I called them several times, only to be told they could not find the parts. So I located the parts that were needed and then called them back so they could order them. They did not call me to tell me it was done either. There is more, but I'm sure you get my drift What a total mess!!!!

The best customer service I have ever had! Thank you Rick for taking care of our RV air conditioning so quickly. Rick answered the phone and took the time to answer our questions and help us determine the best solution. Repairs were made within 24 hours. I highly recommend Bestway RV!

We have four campers (recently sold the fifth!) and they’ve worked on all of them! Kristie in the office is a delight and always manages to get me help quickly when I need it. Edgar can fix anything and Jose is great as well! We won’t use anyone else!

Christy in the office has been amazing. She is helpful and will dig deep to find the parts you need. She has gone way beyond her duties to help us with insurance and warranty problems. They have worked on our rv multiple times including fixing our slide outs and roof that were dominant a storm. I cannot say enough about this company. If u want honest,helpful, wonderful people to work on your rv this is the place to go. I want to add ... eager has come out on many occasions to fix or replace items such as hot water heater and water pump. He does an amazing job! He is very pleasant and respectful. I'm not always comfortable with strangers coming into my rv but this man is trustworthy and goes out of his way to make sure the job is done correctly. Thank you best way rv.

Professional and friendly. Listens to customer. I had a high wattage inverter replaced on my motorhome. They obtained a replacement part quickly and performed a fast overnight service. Work was thorough and great quality. They completed an electrical inspection as part of the procedure and proactively replaced a GFCI outlet that was found defective. They met and went above customer expectations. I would definitely use this business again for repairs!

We were passing through and noticed on of our RV tire had a missing tread. We called at 6 pm on Weds and by Thursday morning Jose came to our rescue! Jose saw our “leaf spring” had broken. This was major. Within hours Jose and team not only procured the part for replacement, he also lubbed all of our 6 wheels. We are so impressed! Not only did he fix our problem, we had no delays in our trip. Left on time at 2:30 on Thursday.

UPDATE TO 5 STARS DUE TO REFUND Owners contacted me thoroughly apologetic and refunded me any expenses spent at this shop. Don't judge them based off one techs mistakes. I believe they're a company that makes things right! Huge scammers! Wish I could give 0 stars. Best way lied about two GFI outlets needing replaced which were confirmed fully functional, and tried to replace a 30 amp outlet that WORKS. We spent $230 instead of the THOUSANDS Best way RV was charging, and everything is running great now. USE SOMEONE ELSE!

I am so impressed by Bestway RV! From the customer service calls to the office, prompt service and great communication, to the timely technician and how knowledgeable and quickly they diagnose and repair. I wish every company still ran as well as Bestway. Good customer service is hard to find. Kristy in the office handled the insurance claim and ordered repair parts, and Edgar showed up on a date sooner than originally expected. Five stars for this great company (because 10 is not an option) :) I wouldn’t call anyone else for future repairs.

These folks have been amazing with one of my friends. They have had sooo many issues with the brand new RV they bought a bit over a year ago. That place would not help them at all after making the sell. BESTWAY has consistently gone above and beyond with the multitude of repairs on that RV. They kept in communication with her, advocated alot with the insurance company and warranty company, and worked with them within their budget to get it all done. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Bestway to anyone needing RV work done. Huge shout out to Christy. Thank you for taking such good care of my dear friend.

I can't say enough good things about this business. After trying for over a month to get our Dometic water heater diagnosed and repaired, I had no success. I tried multiple local businesses with little to no response, but Bestway RV had my problem fixed within a few days. I wish I had called them first but my lesson is learned and they will be the only people I call if I need service in the future!

Bestway RV came out to fix my refrigerator in my RV. There technicians Steve and Steven were very polite and professional and did an outstanding job. The team at Bestway RV went above and beyond with the repair of my truck when Allstate’s preferred vendors failed horribly with the handling of my claim and addressing the issues of my truck in a timely manner. The degree of professionalism, customer service and communication was top notch. They went the extra mile over and over when they didn’t have to. This customer is satisfied across the board and I highly recommend this company to handle your vehicle needs in any scenario.

Taylor came out and installed a tankless water heater as well as my water pump. He did an awesome job and made sure everything was working correctly and that I was ready for my trip this weekend. He well definitely be the one I call to service my RV.

We had an emergency repair just before our trip. Delaney located a technician for next day service and Brad handled the repair flawlessly. He verified all was working correctly. Could not ask for more. Great job. Highly recommend.

Taylor Smith is honest and professional. I was in a big pinch. We were passing through when our AC unit went out, everyday it was over 95 degrees. He came out immediately determined that our unit was bad. Our RV was only 6 months old. He went above and beyond by going out and purchasing an AC unit and getting me taken care of, as well as processed all the warranty paperwork. Taylor and his team are honest, fair priced and cares about his customers, don't waste your time or money on anyone else.

I was setting up to camp in my vintage shasta compact travel trailer when I discovered my hot water heater was toast from the last freeze. My previous mobile repair guy couldn’t get to it for two weeks! I called Bestway and spoke with Taylor, and he couldn’t have been more helpful! He listened carefully to my issues and concerns, was able to get the replacement hot water heater within a couple of days and then came out to my site to install it in under 2 hours! Taylor was professional, polite, kept me informed, and answered all of my questions. He single-handedly saved my trip and I’ve found my go to repair guy for any future issues :-)

Very impressed with Bestway RV. I needed my trailers roof repaired and awning installed. I brought my trailer to them given the size of the job. Wonderful experience. Delaney in the front office is on top of the details of the work, parts, and planned schedule. She kept me posted along the way as parts were being ordered and delivered. Longer process these days given the country's supply situation. Really appreciated her communication and coordination. Robert, the Technician who completed the work ( with help from Mary Francis) was thorough, kind and really made sure the job was done right AND that I understood what had done. Both Delaney and Robert took the time to ensure I was satisfied and everything was completed to my satisfaction. It is so wonderful to deal with a business who demonstrates "caring" and "quality". A little harder to find these days in many business. I plan to use Bestway RV for all my future RV service and repair needs.

Bestway RV repair did an amazing job on my RV. Taylor the main guy I talked to kept me informed all along the repair process of replacing some siding and the complete roof. We went in for just some siding that came off however when he showed me damage to my roof I went ahead and fixed it also. It was a tight timeline to get me done so we could make a trip that was planned months in advance and they made it happen. Very good team here and will do other upgrades on my RV this next spring. Just spent time with Brandon and he was completely awesome! He walked though everything with me. Turns out my RV is in better shape than I thought. Just need some work on the refrigerator. Also, looking into a tankless water heater. Bestway is also going to arrange an oil change for me and new steering tires. Brandon understood that I am on a tight budget because I am a non-working student and this RV is my home. He did not try to nickel and dime me, or recommend unneeded stuff. He even gave me some pointers. I will definitely use Bestway again because of Brandon.

Had an issue when traveling in our 5th wheel. Called Bestway RV and they were so professional and helpful. Rick was awesome and worked hard to get someone to us a soon as possible even though they were very busy. Donna was amazing to work with and she went the extra mile to make sure our repair was covered by our warranty. We really appreciate this team and would highly recommend to anyone in the area!

We needed a roof replaced on the RV. Our neighbor at the RV park was having some work done on theirs, so I asked them who the company was and did they recommend them, and they said yes. I called and arranged for them to come look at our RV and they gave me a quote and I turned it over to my insurance to handle with them. The whole process was easy, they dealt with my insurance company and I went to work, and they replaced our RV roof, very knowledgeable and professional. I recommend totally!

Rick came out to my RV on a Saturday which was his day off and he was so professional. I instantly liked him and knew he would do me right. They had to take my RV in because the septic tank was leaking. Once they got in he also found hail damage on my roof! They put a new roof on, fixed my septic tank all in one week. He was very good in keeping me updated through out the process. When they brought back my RV for some reason my front AC wasn't working so he put me a new one in.. I was so thankful for that! He told me he would take care of me and he did! I am very happy with the work they did and I would recommend them to anybody that needs their RV worked on. Thank you so much Bestway RV/ Rick

Wow!!! What a relief.... we are newbies with RVing. On our way back from Oakdale Park, in Glen Rose, Tx... to Slagle, La....we pulled into Buc-ee’s off of I-20 in Terrell, Tx. Oops... one of our slides was protruding about 6!” Waaaa! Oh no! Out came the thick multi owner manual and books. Out came out cells to google video help! A call was made to an RV buddy. Finally we became sensible. Call in a PROFESSIONAL.... well worth it! This was Sunday... and we were able to get up with RICK at Bestway RV..., and they certainly were the BEST WAY. He fine tuned the problem- located it- replaced those well hidden fuses that were burned out. Checked our toilet that had a hose leakage. Thank you, thank you, thank you Rick! I tried to find how to do a second review on another repair encounter- could not- so I am adding, a post script. We were meeting Rick this morning on the installation of our new toilet. Driving from Louisiana - we stopped in Shreveport. Our ABS signal light and alarm suddenly sounded the alert. We texted Rick, May 30, 2019, about this concern- he said he would check it out. We will be on the road shortly, Rick evaluated the braking system, and is repairing it. My husband had him review the A/C and the overall exterior body...we were given a 👍! Thank you once again Rick & your team. The exhaust literally fell off my motorhome and I tried every exhaust shop within my area without any success. Then I called Best Way RV, asked Rick Cruise if he does exhaust systems and he said he had outsource people he would contact. He sent 2 guys out to my house and they repaired my exhaust system getting me out of a bind. I'm selling this RV, so I needed to have it repaired. They did an excellent job. The following day I drove it to the inspection station and had it inspected. All is well. Thank you Rick Cruise and his outsource people.
