Wow I brought my car there for exhaust he gave me that I don't want to work on it price of 650 dollars for 3ft of 2in pipe a muffler and a turn down had it done in mesquite for 155 and he had the nerve to say have a blessed day as I was walking out son ya better get right with God before ya throw them words toout

These people are AMAZING & AWESOME!!! Truck overheated while traveling and these guys came and rescued me, towed me to their shop and within 2 hours replaced my radiator and had me on my way!!! Honest, Fair, & very reasonable price!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! I could not be HAPPIER!!!

Got to their shop and the man was very fair and very quick. He jumped right on my truck and got it taken care of and I really appreciate it. I would definitely recommend this shop to other people due to the customer service

I recently moved and one concern was finding a shop that dosent over sell or try ripping me off by selling me stuff I know I replaced myself. These guys are great . They know there stuff help you do what is needed and definitely make it a good experience.. I was a tad nervous, the first time I went. Cause of all the issues with other shops so many have serious issues. They did what they said did it well and was very fair on pricing. So I've found a new shop in my area.. will definitely be back and recommending them. Nice to have a place that meets proper business code and honest and reliable.. thanks again for the help. 10/10 most definitely would recommend them and reasonable. Dropped my car off at 10am for a wheel bearing replacement and received it back by 5pm, car drives better than before. Thank you all for the help.

Good, honest and hard working! Very reasonably priced. Did a great job to recharge my a/c system. I had asked other shops for this service and no one could beat their price. They took good care of me and went out of the way to also replace burnt fuses at no extra cost.

Called up there Friday spoke with jay about my exhaust had great recommendations for me, showed up Saturday morning we went over everything and made sure exhaust was exactly what I wanted before finishing up! Truck sounds great no more rattle and a lot more roar! Thanks Terrell muffler I’ll definitely recommend!

Went in this morning as soon as they opened due to an engine alert on my car. Jorge at the front was very kind and friendly. They got my car in right away and kept me up to date throughout the day. Took one of my cars in. (Dodge Avenger)They were very Professional, detailed about what was being fixed and explained to me , because I am auto mechanic challenged. Outstanding affordable price. I recommend their shop to anyone who what good old fashioned fairness with fast service.

The place was fully packed when I got there for inspection but they have good quality service. The guy told me to wait for 10mins and he did what he says. Quality, accuracy, professionalism and courtesy. I definitely go back next time for my car service. Thank you for the service. You guys are awesome.

Fantastic and professional service! Welds looked great and were well burned in so they should hold for as long as I have the car. They rebuilt a portion of my exhaust that was crudely thrown together from the previous owner which eventually cracked(straight piped back from cats). Car sounds fantastic again!

I had them install my borla muffler and delete the exhaust flapper valve along with the exhaust screens in my GMC truck. Very reasonably priced and very nice. Welds were good and complete all the way around the pipe. He took his time and put in the quality work. Highly recommend.

I broke down on my way home to Lubbock on a Sunday night. These guys could've taken me for a ride, I had no idea what the problem could be and had to rent a car to get the rest of the way. They fixed the car for like 362$, it's nice to deal with an honest mechanic that knows their stuff, very rare. If I lived around here or move to Dallas, thos is the shop I'd use. Thank you so much!

I'm very satisfied with the work that was done to my car. These guys are very Honest and Humble and do everything they can to help you fix your car and get it up and running. I went to a different repair shop who wanted to tell me there was something else wrong with my car and try and charge me 5X to fix my car. My dad uses these guys to repair his vehicles and he told me to go here and have them check my vehicle. They did some tests on my car and called me back within a few hrs to let me know what the issue was with my car and it was way less than what I expected to pay. Got my car back them same day. Now its running great like it should be. I will for sure recommend this place to other people who need work done on their vehicles! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I cant say enough good things about this place. Finding a good diesel shop is hard enough but one that is reliable and fair priced is nearly impossible. I had a rare and catastrophic failure on my diesel truck where a pump basically broke apart internally and sent metal chunks of different sizes through the high pressure oil system. They were able to flush the metal particles out of the engine and pretty much bring the truck back to life AT A FAIR PRICE when I thought the only fix was going to be dropping an entirely new engine in it. I HIGHLY recommend this shop and will be using their services in the future for my diesel truck service!

We blew our motor leaving dfw headed to Shreveport. Fortunately this is where we ended up. They towed our car and put a part we had already bought on for us for an extremely low price. They realized we blew the motor and we decided to stay at a hotel but we were completely without cash and the hotel refused our card. One of the guys drove us to a hotel even tho his shift was over, and used his card to book a room for us. They kept our car over night for no extra charge and helped us load it into a trailer the next day. This is hands down the most amazing mechanic shop I have ever used and will recommend them a million times over to everyone. Not only because of their work but because of their hearts. I am so thankful for everything that these men did for us when we were completely screwed. Thank you so much!

I gave a 5 star rating because Terrell Muffler & Auto Repair is the only place I will bring my vehicles to be repaired. I refer them to all my family and friends. For those who are looking for a reputable mechanic shop this is it! They are a very honest and courteous business. They do not sell you anything you do not need. Their prices are VERY REASONABLE not like other places. This is the place to come when you have car issues!

This place did an amazing job!! Fixed both mine and my girlfriends car in the same day we dropped it off. He shows you the parts that needed replacing so you know he’s doing honest work. He lets you know when things don’t need to be replaced and helps you save your dollar. Way cheaper than I thought it was going to be! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for mechanic work.
