My sister and I went into today just to look around and salesman Chris was very very helpful into getting the right car for my sister! Anytime we had a question he was able to be honest and give us a clear explanation on our questions! We had a great experience and will definitely be going back to buy future cars from them! Just wanted to add an update on my experience here with Chris. He sold me and my wife a used Ford Bronco last year in November and made a terrific deal on it! Only one thing was that it only had 1 set of keys. Chris told us he’ll do his best to get us another set of keys for our bronco. Excellent customer service, allows you to sit down and work on your price together, was not offended when you lowball at first and was able to actually help you get to where you wanted to get. I recommend this place for anybody coming to look for a new used vehicle.

From Gary to Justin, Beverly, Rick, etc. Everything was as smooth as it could be. They went above and beyond to get me all the information I needed to make the best decision. The details were pretty much all worked out over the phone, the had the new Traverse ready when we got to the dealership. We literally test drove it, and signed the papers that were already ready. Definitely was a positive experience, and they will be the first I call the next time I am looking for a vehicle.

LC Container LLC purchases all its trucks and vehicles here. Great service starts at the top and Justin Rudd does a great job at taking care of customers no matter who you are. Joey, the service manager is awesome and always takes care of everything you need when you bring your car in for serviceknowledgeable service technicians can fix any problem as well as diagnose any issue. The sales staff is amazing as well as the managers we have been customers of the Chevy and Cadillac stores and are extremely happy and buy all our vehicles here definitely give them a shot.

I’ve taken my vehicle in a couple different times recently for service on a couple different things - I’ve worked with Kenny each time and he was always professional, informative, and helpful. I had to leave my car at the dealership for some work and Kenny called me with updates several times, so I was never left wondering what was going on with my car. I truly appreciate the effort he put in to make sure satisfaction was received on my end. You have a good one at that dealership!

Bought this vehicle one week ago today. Vehicle had brand new wheels and tires. Wheels were not properly checked for correct offset. The dealership failed to disclose tie rod ends make contact with wheels creating damage to inside diameter of wheels. Notified dealership but their response was “you bought it as is therefor there’s nothing we can do for you”. All in all this could have been avoided if it would have been seen by the so called inspector when the vehicle came onto their lot. No certified inspection would have let this pass. My sales man was great but his management is poor. Do not do business with this place. Because now I’m stuck with a problem that I will be forced to put more money into.

I’ve never had issues with Platinum Ford, CJDR & Chevrolet but this was the first time purchasing from Chevrolet. Out of the 3 dealers, this is the one dealer that gives you the hometown “see ya when we see ya” feeling. Zero pressure from sales to purchase.. zero pressure to run your credit.. and they don’t ask the stupid question, “what brings you in today”. 😂 Mrs. Beverly was my sales professional and Mr. Shane was my sales manager. Shane makes “sh!t” happen! Gave me a killer deal on my “new to me” Z06 and excellent values on my 2 trade in vehicles. Turns out that Shane and Beverly are both “motor heads” and love fast cars & track days. These are my kind of people. Never thought I’d build this kind of rapport with 2 people who work for a dealer. So, take your rear end down there and ask for Beverly! Remember, Platinum is a Gilchrist Automotive dealership so they can pull any used inventory over from the other dealerships within their network if they don’t have it there on the lot. Tell them (Chris Wilkins) sent you.. it doesn’t get me any deals if you do but it’ll put a smile on her face.

I’m late on this one but purchased my Tahoe 4 weeks ago from Jesse and Justin (sales manager). These guys went above and beyond to meet my needs! Jesse our salesman was great found the vehicle we wanted with the options requested quickly. Definitely a company man that guy treats that place like it’s his own business! Justin was very patient during the negotiation process and we reached a number that both of us were comfortable with. No hidden fees or pressure sales tactics. My wife and I literally stopped by after lunch after shopping all over Dallas for 3 weeks and these guys made everything happen in under an hour. I will be sending all my friends and family this way! First time at this dealership to get serviced and David was an amazing help. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and insightful when It came to packages/services. I trusted him with servicing my car because he actually took pictures of my vehicle, plates, and verified who I was!! In this day and age we need checks and balances and he did GREAT! I will be returning to Platinum Chevy Dealership.

The whole experience was great! Joey was ready when I got there and we jumped right into looking at the car I was interested in and going for a test drive. I went in looking at a certified pre owned XT4 and walked out with a brand new XT4! The finance department was fast and worked with me to come very close so what I was looking for payment wise. We were done in about 3 hours and that was just because I couldn’t decide which one I wanted ! I will be going back to Platinum for both of my Cadillacs!!!
