This 5 star review is particularly for the dumpster rental portion of the business, they are quick to deliver have fair prices and great customer service.
Every time I go I end up with nails in my tires , horrible customer service , expect to wait 30 minutes for someone to unload your trailer. The employees walk around and notice you are waiting for help, and keep doing various tasks that don’t even matter, while customers are waiting.
I will never come back again. The weighing machine is configured for their benefit, and the difference is absurd. A total failure, I lost a lot of money.
Just tried to cash a check they gave me.. which is such a waste of my time.. I took the check to two different places and none of the places can read the check numbers..
Took in pure aluminum.. the metal was graded as breakage.. $10 for 73 lbs of pure aluminum..I specifically told the man if I need to take the small sockets and trash out I would he told me no it's fine.. and still called it breakage..that's why the stuff was in there
Went up there with what I believed was clean copper but was told it actually wasn't copper then told I only had simple 9 cents a lb scrap, not even dirty copper and then followed out to my vehicle asking me/trying to convince me to sell it as scrap. At vehicle with a magnet I discovered that what I had was actually 90 percent clean copper with a single non copper wire mixed in that looked like copper but was not. So I spent a few minutes in their parking lot removing the wire that didn't belong and sold it 3.10 a lb. They tried to get me thinking I would just accept what I was told but I'm smarter than they are.
Very unorganized business. No directions on weighing, unloading location, and departure. Business wanted to lump aluminum and scrap together. It wasn’t until we were pulling out to leave that a man helped my husband. He pulled the aluminum off trailer and weighed on a separate scale. He was very helpful. Otherwise the scale reader is broken. There are no advertised prices. This a rip off establishment.
