The blonde at the front desk with big lashes and AirPods stuck in her ears was extremely rude. I think her name was Amber, I've seen past reviews on her attitude. Acted like I was inconveniencing them for walking in their business. I was very polite when I walked in and she immediately had a nasty attitude. Interrupted me when I was asking her a question. The man who came in was very polite and helped me more than she did. The actual workers there seem to be knowledgeable and efficient. They need a new front desk lady.

My transmission went out on my way home from work one evening. I called Due's and he showed up what felt like in minutes. It was quick and he came from 69S out to Hwy 59N on the other side of the river. He was very professional, quick and cared for my truck. He loaded it up and took it to my house. The price was much less than I anticipated. I will use them again if needed and will be recommending them to everyone.

Tyler was very helpful and prompt. Was able to tow my 3/4 ton truck with no issue.

Today we were hauling a gooseneck cattle trailer on our f350 when our f350 had an issue. They responded fast, got us off the road , and towed 1.5 hours , and a second truck assist . These guys were so nice and respectful. 5 stars

We had a problem with our Jeep; it wouldn't start. An employee from Due's Wrecker Service came with a large tow truck. As soon as he put the car in neutral, the Jeep started again. The employee has magic hands. And then he didn't even want to pay for the trip. Thank you so much for your help.

Probably the quickest and most efficient tow I’ve ever seen, they got to me quickly and on our way to the shop in no time. Great pricing, this is NOT a predatory tow company for big rigs, driver was very safe with my truck. Will definitely be using their services again if needed

My husband and I encountered muddy terrain while camping over Christmas holiday, driving a 4WD Tundra and pulling a 20' travel trailer. We were several tens of feet away from the gravel road (will not make that mistake again, ever) in attempt to turn around. Despite being out in the middle of nowhere and in muddy conditions (it rained for hours the day prior), Due's came to the rescue where many other towing services in the area politely refused. And though Due's had the same concerns, that being their trucks are heavy 2WD vehicles and equally at risk of becoming stuck, I was simply asked for patience while they made some calls, leaving me with the prospect of hope. Soon after, I received a text letting me know help was on the way! Lufkin was a 45 minute drive, it took less than that before our tow and it's operater, Owen, arrived. He was very professional, both in dress and demeanor, keeping an open line of communication while quickly devising a plan to pull us back to safety. In situations where the customer is often in a state of panic, it was such a relief to see him work with confidence and calm. Owen also handled our truck and trailer with absolute care, neither took any damage through the process. At the end of it all, Owen stayed the extra time to make sure our needs were met before moving on and the charge was 100% reasonable. We are so thankful for Due's Towing and especially Owen!

Great people. They came to Trinity and carried my jeep to Lufkin for repair. They did a great job and were reasonably priced. I highly recommend Due's and will call them first if I ever need a tow.

Excellent experience!!! Which can not often be said of most impound lots. Sydney,(I hope I spelled it right) was kind, courteous and extremely helpful. Thank you sooo much. Sometimes we get in bad spots by our own volition. The treatment I received made it possible for me to get home after a lot of calamities. I called Due's Wrecker Service this morning (May 20, 2023) and spoke to a very helpful man. He promptly called one of the owners (Owen) who also promptly called me back and scheduled a time to pull a tractor of mine out that was stuck in deep mud. The tractor was stuck in very difficult location, however, Owen backed his wrecker down a long dirt road to get to it and in a matter of a few minutes he pulled it out onto a dry place where I could then drive it away. Owen was very courteous and professional. Dues Wrecker Service is the only one I will call when I need towing services again. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing their services. You will be handled promptly and professionally.

I called Due’s Wrecker Services to have my truck towed to a local auto repair shop today. The tow truck arrived 22 minutes after my call. That’s fast service! I received friendly, professional service from the lady who took my call and from the tow truck driver! I highly recommend Due’s Wrecker Services and will use them again if I’m ever in need of a tow again.

The deserve 10 stars. Boat trailer hub blew, in middle of nowhere on a Friday night. They were out within an hour and towed boat and trailer on flatbed 27 miles back to the house. No damage at all, couldn’t have gone any smoother.

I was stuck on the side of the road for several hours and Cody was there within minutes once my husband called them for me.. 10/10 for sure!! Most professional people I have ever dealt with and by far the BEST customer service. Great pricing and all around wonderful business. I will DEFINITELY be using again if needed from here on out. Matt at Due’s Wrecker Service was fantastic when I hit a deer and my vehicle was not drivable. He arrived timely after our call. Matt was very professional and even helped pick up parts of my vehicle from the road and roadside. We have used Due’s several times over the years and will continue to be customers when the need arises! Friendly, compassionate and professional what more can you ask for in times like that?

I have used this wrecker service twice - once for a wreck and once because my car broke down. The drivers were both super helpful and polite. The equipment was clean and well-maintained and the fee was reasonable. Due’s is the only wrecker service I use and the only one I recommend.

My DIL had car trouble last night DPS called a wrecker for her it was Due's they were awesome. Was able to pay with credit card right there an side of the road and the guy was super nice. And reasonable priced will remember to use if in ever in need .

They are not friendly at all. This was my second time using them. I thought well maybethe guys were having a rough day. Guy was not friendly at all. I’m a very friendly person. He was not nice at all. I asked him to park my car in a certain spot he parked it in the bushes dang near hit the tree. Yes I’m very upset. I won’t use them again. I think I figured it out

Very impressed with this company. Yesterday my car broke down and needed to be towed to dealership. Due's was loading my car up within 30 minutes of call. The guy was very nice ( wish I had gotten his name) and really careful with my vehicle. So thanks for the GREAT service! I highly recommend this company!
