Staff are very nice and friendly the work that was done on my truck was excellent, it looks like it did when it came from the factory or better. They keep you up to date and informed on the progress of the work. I have no complaints whatsoever great job.
We have unfortunately had to bring our truck here 3 times due to getting hit, but each time we’ve had phenomenal customer service and work. We’ve worked with Chris in the past and Chandler this time, and they have gone above and beyond for us with great communication. Our truck has come back perfect every time. This is definitely our go to body shop!
I was rear ended about a month ago in my new car. The whole process of filing with the other driver’s insurance and dealing with the car rental company was a pain, but S&W was very helpful. Everyone at the front desk was welcoming and Kevin was very personable and knowledgeable. They texted or called with updates constantly, letting me know where they were in the repair process. I got her back good as new, and they even cleaned the inside and had it smelling great! Would recommend to anyone needing collision repair.

For almost $8000 I thought they would repair everything but no. They repaired the 2 passenger side doors. I still have a dent in rear bumper and the reflector right under it is broke. They also didn’t replace the cracked passenger side mirror light it’s still cracked. The fog light and wheel tub on the driver side is still all broke. That’s just the body work. As I was driving my car home it sounds like something clanking under the hood and it looks like it might be a motor mount and this is the first time I’ve ever heard this so I assume it was caused by the accident which I thought they was supposed to repair? Over all the work they did looks good but they completely overlooked everything but the doors.
The communication was wonderful, and we were kept updated throughout the process. We were beyond pleased with Mr. Rivenbark's professionalism and courtesy.
I called and talked to Patrick about getting my Toyota Tacoma repaired. He was very friendly and did it on a timely manner. If I ever need a dent repaired again I will use S&W Expert Collision Repair.
Ryan would not return calls. He kept misleading me about the progress of my car. It took seven weeks to get my car. It took four weeks to get a loaner. The work on thecar was good.

Had my front bumper repaired. Great service, the staff was friendly, explained my options, I could leave my car their until the part came in or I could bring it back once the parts arrived. My car was repaired within a couple of weeks. Staff called me and gave me weekly updates and would leave a detailed message with their name when I was not available to talk. The work they did is high quality professional work. No complaints 100% satisfied. Special shout out to Kevin Evans!
Our family was involved in an accident and chose to have S&W complete the repairs. Upon completion, S&W collected payment, oddly only $500, which we questioned - but were assured was the correct amount.
This morning the vehicle involved was towed due to an unpaid balance, from the hospital as one of our family member was receiving Cancer treatments.
The attempts to collect, according to S&W were “unsigned for / undelivered” letters and “voicemails” which they assure were left. We can confirm that when we were finally contacted (nearly 6 months after the work had been completed,) a very rude and unprofessional clerk threatened to take the issue “to the next level” if the balance was not settled - again any unpaid balance was a result of S&Ws error and was never contested on our part. There was no need for a threat, that was extremely unprofessional.
In speaking to S&W moments ago, I attempted to provide all of the details, including our focus on Cancer treatment for a family member and absolutely no intent on not paying - again we were the ones who questioned the amount initally collected. It was however made crytal clear that it was our responsibility ensure correct amount had been charged and the fact that the vehicle was towed from the hospital was not their concern and the owner of S&W could not be expected to “eat the cost” of the towing fee - we however, a local working family - could.
I reiterate, the unpaid balance was never contested and it was also not communicated via a confirmed communication, when finally communicated it was done so via a threat eventhough the mistake was initially S&Ws.
Please think twice when choosing where to send your business. Not all local businesses operate in an ethical manner nor are concerned about the effect of their mistakes/actions on the community in which they prospered from.
EDIT: We’ve now happily settled the oustanding initial balance and VERY reluctantly paid the towing fee - the vehicle is needed for transport to/from cancer treatments and work and S&W did not seem at all moved to even compromise on the amount. I was also told that while my story was factual, if I did not remove / change my comments that they may be forced to respond. I assume they meant respond to my post, but you can never be too safe so I’ve slightly modified my post and paid the balance.
Be aware of where you spend your hard earned $….
Cue Pre-programmed vague response glossing over all S&W errors and attempting to paint a picture of non-payment when Customer questioned initial payment as too low….
Just had my truck repaired. I have to say Chris Frye handled the insurance side like a pro. They fixed my truck in a timely fashion! Gave me updates every week to let me know the process. Truck was ready and I was out of town in MO. He handled the return of my rental and even met me on his day off to deliver my truck! I would recommend this shop of pros and Chris Frye. I hope no one hit me again. If they do, I will be calling Chris! Thanks!

Trustworthy and more than reliable on every front; communication, service, repairs. Chris Frye handled my case seamlessly from start to finish without a single hiccup. He quickly took care of everything and consistently kept me posted. I didn’t worry about a thing. When my car was ready, I told him I was on my way to pick it up just had to call the rental car company. He said, “Don’t worry about it. We will take care of it. Come straight here.” When I got there they went above and beyond my expectations. They even buffed the yellow out of my headlights. I felt like I was driving away in a brand new car again. I was so happy. Overall, it was a worry-free, dependable, and reliable experience. They took care of me like I was family.
Update- A couple months later, I called Sonia Concha there to see if they knew any mechanics in town. I knew I could trust their suggestions. Well, lo and behold if Chris doesn’t call me right back. I tell him what the issue is and all he says is, “Let me make a couple phone calls.” A couple hours later he calls me and after apologizing for not getting back to me sooner (like, dude, you’re doing me a favor) he tells me to call Hyundai Lufkin. He tells me he thinks he’s figured out that my issue may be a recall and they may be able to take care of it under a lifetime extended warranty. Well, lo and behold! He was right! My daughter is getting a new engine basically thanks to Chris. I cannot recommend these people enough!! If you want excellent customer service and quality care this is where you will go.
S&W did a fantastic job on my Jeep hardtop! The painting job is perfection, several folks helped install it, and Stephanie did a fantastic job keeping us updated on the progress. More than excellent customer service. I highly recommend!

I've dealt with them twice they seem reputable very busy maybe even a little small for the amount of traffic they see I can't really judge the quality of their work though because both cars I had go in there got totaled so I've never seen their repairs but on this last one I left some things in the vehicle that were left outside by the fence line and got rained on I'm not sure how I feel about that considering it needed to be returned in cracked up water logged boxes with dirt and sand all over them. All the people seemed nice enough on the phone and in person very respectful and knowledgeable even offering advice on dealing with insurance. Id really like to rate 3.5 but google doesn't do half stars
S&W Collision is amazing! They did a wonderful job on my aluminum F-150. They even found damage that we didn't see & went overboard to correct it before I picked it up. Kudos to Chris & the S & W team that took care of everything and followed up completely. If your vehicle needs repair, they return it to you looking New!

Had a wonderful experience here! The girls are the front desk are very friendly and helpful. I was helped immediately by Kevin, and Israel did an incredible job on my headlights!
