Told me one price and gave another. They leave 10 minutes before they say they take lunch with out letting anyone know and get back 10 to 15 after they say they will be back. Thought it might have changed since last time. This place is getting worse.

Showed up before lunch time waited about 20 minutes for them to check out 2 different people. Then they go to lunch without letting us know anything... about 40 minutes in I call to find out they took off to lunch! Sad if u ask me
I recently moved to Lufkin and have had cause to go to CMC twice already. The men at the scale and the drop off location, as well as the office personnel, have been extremely helpful and friendly. Will definitely continue to visit CMC when the need arises.
Decent enough place but make sure you get there plenty of time before lunch. Lady will 100% ignore everyone (3 vehicles in line) 10-15 mins before her break before walking off leaving everyone hanging were also late coming back to shift.

Prices are competitive , and their scales are honest . Love the new facility and the way it's set up . Easy , quick , and understandible on where to go with which recyclable items . The guys in the yard do their job fine but the ladies in the office are brusque and rude. They act as though they are being imposed upon for doing their job. Traffic in and out is horrible with trucks pulling in and out and waiting to get on scale. Without more space they certainly need someone to manage traffic during busy times.
