I had a delivery appointment, and the people there were very nice. They unloaded me even faster than the appointment time.

Flatbed delivery. Coils receiving is the first entrance where visitors parking is located. Had an appointment 8 am, showed on time, 1 truck ahead of me. Ben Cole, very professional guy, unloaded 2 trucks with multiple coils in 40 minutes. In 8 am Out 8 40 am I wish every receiver was organized like this.

This place is a joke from a truck driver and delivery stand point. After both myself and my dispatcher calling, emailing, leaving voice mails to get an appt all day I finally had to call the sales department and tell them that nobody was working with us and I was going to show up tomorrow morning appt or not. Someone did call right away but if they would have answered in the first place it would to have gotten to that Beyond that the directions are wrong if you have a coil, you have to come in different entrance. It is almost 30 past this “appt” they wanted for me and I have not seen anyone yet. Have straps off and waiting. I have been sitting here about 40 minutes so far waiting.

Any chance L&W could help with making parts for respirators to keep your people working through this time?
