I’ve used Oakleys towing more times than I would like . My bad luck with vehicles. They have towed local an across states for me . Each time has been great . Came an dropped exactly when they said , fair priced a professional. I will continue to use Jordan and his crew for my personal towing needs a share with everyone I know .

These guys were amazing!!! We were towing a fifth wheel thru TN when our truck broke down. They showed up very quickly and went way above the call of duty to get us moving, including going to the parts store for us. I think most towing services would have just showed up and towed us somewhere. These guys saved us from having to tow the RV somewhere and the truck somewhere else.
Can’t recommend Oakley’s Towing enough! Had to have our traverse towed after the car broke down because of a bad alternator and battery. (Double whammy!?) The driver Phillip was awesome! Got there quickly, was extremely professional, super friendly! Thanks for your help Oakley’s! Saved the night once again! Our first call!
Very highly recommend. I never post reviews but this time it is important to me to point out what a great experience and huge helping hand it was. I was stuck in a deep ditch after a snowfall. It took an hour to pull the truck out and throughout the entire time we had a phone call going on so i could direct the wheel right and left and other adjustments along the way. We could have called it a day and waited for better conditions. But after much hard work and multiple attempts it finally got out without a scratch. Anytime you are looking for roadside help and/or towing definitely call. My family will for sure.
How do I start with this place. First my fiancé called and the guy that answered the phone told him to call back between 9-10 am. He called several times at the time he was instructed to call but no answer. 2 hours later I called and he finally answered the phone and at the time didn't even want to give his location of where the towing company was located. After calling back again around 1 pm we were given the location of the company but as he was giving the location he was very rude and stated that he wouldn't be there all day waiting on us to get there. When we got there he stated that he only took cash and 5 had 5 minutes to get back or else we could wait until Tuesday to get the truck back and this was Saturday. I pray that this is not the owner of this establishment because he is very rude and even argued with me as we got the truck out of the impound. Regardless of what a customer should never be treated like this because without customers you wouldn't have a company. He charged $280 to get a truck out of impound for 1 day and would only take cash I feel like it was a rip off hopefully he will treat other customers better than he treated us.
I ordered a delivery to Oakley’s towing and when they delivered my motor home they were broken both windshields and also they make a huge hole in front bumper. Driver said he damaged the front bumper and he didn’t accept the damage on both windshield. We take few pictures before pick up that proves there was none damage to either windshield or front bumper. I feel sorry for the people who trust this company to tow their cars. They are the most dishonest and irresponsible people I ever met in my entire life. Please protect yourself and don’t trust this people.
Where do I start…after such a long day and many struggles I am beyond happy I called Oakley’s Towing. If I had not called them I would be heading back to GA after a blank trip to TN. They are responsive, professional, QUICK, and they truly go over and beyond for their customers. We had a rather unique situation and the vehicle was messed up really bad. The owner sent a second truck to assist and even came out himself to assist. From there they took us to a safe, empty lot to do what we needed to do. The whole time the owner stayed near to facilitate and make sure his employees and client were ok. Please know your team speaks very highly of you. I 100% recommend them for any needs you have. The rate was also very appropriate for the job. Can’t thank them enough for not giving up. If you’re looking for a honest, fair tow company please check them out. They have different equipment for different jobs.

Independence towing and recovery tried to say I couldn’t recover my vehicle from a family member although the vehicle was paid for and the title was in my name. So I called Oakleys and not only did they recover my vehicle but it was recovered almost immediately. Highly recommend them. Thanks guys.

Update:This was a miscommunication between the driver and the company. They got caught in a traffic jam because of a wreck. They apologized for not communicating with me of the situation. They have picked up my car and delivered it to the dealer ship as promised. After a good talk with the owner, I have decided to give them a 5 star review instead. Thank you for being honest and picking up my car. Which is out of their normal routes.
They were so nice and friendly. He was on point in his time quoted for arrival. The cost was extremely reasonable. I couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you for restoring my faith in excellent customer service. I will definitely use again in the future if I ever have a need and will recommend to others.
Friend was charged $210 for being wrongfully towed at his own apartment complex. The owner of the tow company even told him he didn’t bother to get out of the truck to check the parking sticker on the dash. Still charged him.
Oakley responded very fast and they got my equipment out of the mud. Jordon and crew were super concerned about safety and not damaging the equipment or property. Very happy with the results!
Went past Nashville to pick up a truck coming from Harrogate Tennessee and broke down they saved my day being the only place around that could tow me all the way home 200+ miles back. Tim the guy that got me back home good friendly guy. Life savers highly recommended
Called on sunday after Thanksgiving for a tow of 125 miles and they were able to get it done when AAA was unable to get it done. Not a good feeling being broke down 2hrs from home, Oakley towing was able to help, would recommend to anyone. Top knotch.

Our Camaro got flooded in a recent storm, so we got stuck. We called in a roadside ticket through our Direct Auto policy. Well, after over 2 hours and no update, i called back and was informed everyone was busy; it would be the next day before anyone could get the car towed. We didn't have until the next day or the business where the car was stuck was going to have it towed themselves. The agent promised to keep trying to find us a driver. After another hour went by, I had lost all hope. And then, FINALLY, the agent calls back and tells me that she found someone. Thank you, Jordan! I know Jordan was busy, but he still agreed to get to us that same day. Although it took him a while to get to us- he had a couple of tows prior to us- he kept in constant communication via calls and texts. We own a local company and often need cars towed from our shop at fair time since people block our shop gate; we will call Oakley's towing from now on. He was gentle on the car and hooked it up in the correct part, unlike a different company we've used in the past that has ruined one of our vehicle's for good. Thanks for coming out late, Jordan, and saving us a fee had the company had our car towed!

They'll tow any car even if someone wasn't notified about a parking policy and still make you pay even if it hasnt been put on the truck yet, just to grab some extra money during a pandemic. Pretty sick if you ask me.
Really bad service. Lying about when there going to come here. Waited 12 hours for anyone from there to come and called them like 30 times and no one answered. I was 3 miles away from Oakley. DO NOT WORK WITH OAKLEY
