Everyone here was so accommodating and helpful! I’ve never been to a shop that’s so nice especially since we were out of town (6hrs away) they made sure we were safe and had a place to stay for the night! Sheri and Jason were the absolute BEST. It has been a few months since I utilized Ed's Towing, but I meant to leave a review at the time. Between the woman who took my call and scheduled my pickup and Heath the driver, everyone was quick, responsive, and courteous in every way. Price was reasonable too.

In less than two days, we had two of our vehicles to have issues. The guys here got us towed twice and explained how bad my first car issues were. They were quick, on time, and very helpful. When you are trying to figure out your next move is, the last thing you need is a bad shop get over on you. These guys went above and beyond what they had to to help us. Will be sure to use again.

Ed's auto repair and towing was the towing company used by my insurance to help me when my battery went out back in January. My experience with them was great, there were some unexpected delay in getting a driver out to me and the general manager went out of his way to drive to my location to make sure my battery was jumped and restarted. I was out and my mom was home, and he was very patient with the both of us and got everything up and running. As someone who works in customer service, I think it is a great testament to the business's values that they were willing to use all resources available to get to us. They could have cancelled and i wouldn't have been really that mad, frustrated yes, but I understood that it was an extenuating set of circumstances beyond their control, however, that the GM was willing do this was left a great impression.

I cant even review there work I can only review what I have experienced with this shop friendly to take your car to for service but when does service happen i took my car up there on Thursday have called and went by there the mechanic has talked to me but the man that excepted the job is nowhere my car has not been even looked at yet and I was told it would be done by Friday thats today and not looking that way if my car is fixed today I will update review

Our work truck had a brake issue and we found the closest place that we could drive to. Thank god it was them. Great service and quality work. It was 6:30 AM when we called and we got seen about ASAP. Garrett did an excellent job fixing what others could not.

I wish I could give these guys more stars. My husband and I had the misfortune of both of our cars breaking down on the same day few days before Thanksgiving. Ed's towed one of the cars to the dealership at a very reasonable price and they worked fast on fixing the other so that our family would not be without a vehicle. You can tell they actually care about people and are not in it just for the $$$. We are forever grateful and they have earned a customer for life. Thank you guys

I drove off the road into a huge ditch on a rainy cold night. I was crying and upset when I called them. The gentleman who arranged my tow calmed me down and talked to me longer than he needed to, ensuring that I was ok. The tow truck driver was so nice and helpful. I will always use them in the future, although I hope I don't need them. They were there quickly and got me taken care of. I really appreciated the kindness they showed me that night.

Got excellent and speedy service. David answered the phone after the usual business hours after my car had broke down near exit 239 on I 40. Got me back on the road the next day for a fair price. Everyone there was as nice as could be. Would recommend to anybody.

Really excellent service from my operator Brett, and Sherry in the office. Sherry was quick, concise, and friendly. Brett showed up in less than 20 minutes to get my disabled vehicle loaded up and on its way for repairs. He went the extra mile to help sort me out at the dealership, and made the whole process look easy. Thank you both for all of your help, I truly appreciate it.

We were stranded on the side of the highway and the whole team at Ed’s Auto repair was the best!!! Towed us at a fair price, gave us rides to and from the hotel, and helped me sell the car… the team went above and beyond to help us out during this bad situation… 10/10 service

We are from out of state and towing rv and family of ten from a conference in Nashville to the Smokey Mountains when our van started having trouble. They went above and beyond towing our van and rv and got us back on the road quickly.

I had my Escalade’s starter die on me while traveling from New York to Dallas, and Ed’s Towing & Repair came through in the best way possible. They responded quickly, towed my car and took care of everything on the spot, and got me back on the road in no time. The team was professional, super friendly, and truly went above and beyond to help a traveler in need. I couldn’t have asked for better service, highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

I broke down on the side of I-24. My tower technician, Heath, was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! He was professional, kind, and did way more than expected! We had a car already that had a flat tire that we couldn’t get off ourselves. Heath offered to help us change the tire, which he did successfully! He was such a bright spot on an unfortunate situation. I cannot thank him enough!!! Please ask for Heath if you can! He will save your car and your troubles!

Ran out of gas on Interstate 40 near Lebanon, right at the end of the 840 off ramp. Sheesh, these folks would not get over, nearly hit multiple times. I honestly forget to get gas because I was just doing too much. Ed's saved the day, both drivers were on other calls, so the boss came out himself with another staff member and brought me gas. Thanks!

These guys saved the day!!! My teenage drive had a flat. We waited 2 hours for a tow we ordered thru insurance that NEVER showed up. We called Ed’s and he had someone out to our location in less than 30 mins!!! SUPER NICE & exceptionally priced. 10/10 highly recommend

At first they seemed really nice and helpful in a time of need. We had a driving trip planned, we'd have to fly to nashville, get a Uber/cab to lebanon, and drive up to a festival. We called multiple times in about a 9- 10 day span to make sure it was going well before buying plane tickets and making sure this schedule is on track! Several days before we needed to get tickets and leave for trip, they let us know its ready to be picked up. We asked 3 times, "so its roadtrip ready, we can buy our tickets and come get it?!" They kept reassuring that it was ready! Awesome!!! Got the tickets, start packing, we are excited!! The morning of the plane ride, ready for this fun adventure, Ed's calls us to let us know, the car is having issues. It's not ready... a little back and forth about the whole I it was ready? Why tell us to get our tickets? What about this trip... whatever, we don't have time to be doing this, our trip is still going on, we just need to find another way to get there. Out hundreds for the plane tickets... They weren't able to get car up in running, (understandable, some shops aren't equipped or have the experience to handle some vehicles, but why not test the vehicle before confirming its ready like they said they did?!) and since we were on a deadline they said they would make this right and bring it to a dealership and HOPEFULLY they'd be able to get this done so we could still use this vehicle as initially planed. Little did we know, they took it, not to the one closest to them, no, not the second one closest, they took it north, like 3 towns over (53 mins away).... expects us to pay for the long drive there and back... didn't ask us which one we'd like it towed to... okay whatever. That'll be a problem for later (so we thought). Get it towed back to the original place of purchase to ask them some questions. As they were dropping it off, the driver literally DROPS the van, rolls into a guardrail... well crud... they want to pay for it out of pocket. Thats no big deal, just take care of the damage that you caused! Attempting to drive it back home (15 hr drive) starting to notice the back doors aren't sealed correctly. They rattle and light is shining through... so i guess there was more damage then was initially thought. (We had some heavy wood in the back, that must have acted as a battering ram...) Eds wants 3 estimates for the damage. Pain in the butt, but I guess we can get this done (will take a while since the initial problem isn't fixed yet, and either need to take to another shop to get fixed or have it towed home (we got it towed)). Got the 3 estimates, email them over, and now being accused of extortion... who do they think we got these from?? The internet?? NO!! 3 estimates from 3 professional auto body shops!! I don't know if they had a problem from us getting the estimates from our home state or what! They think they estimates are TOO high. Same bud, same!!! But we didn't write these ourselves and we have nothing to do with the price! Now he wants additional photos of the damage, and thinks ONLY the bumper was damaged... I wish it were the case... Oh forgot to mention, after the vehicle was dropped, they didn't want to give insurance, they wanted to pay out of pocket. Boyfriend was very adamant that he just wants the insurance for a just in case... he should have just called the police right then and there... lesson learned. Can't trust people... Going on 1 month of this of this whole back and forth of what they should have to pay, and what actual damage was done... We got audio recordings of the verbal deals, how childish these "professionals" are, and all the paperwork they've requested.. do you think this should all be over and done?!?!?! YOU WOULD THINK SO, but alas, no... just more headache and vehicle sitting until it can be further repaired so more damage doesn't come of it... Boyfriend is stressed which is making ME stressed!! I would have liked to give 0 stars for all this nonsense, but you know what? 1 star is actually okay, ONLY because of the first 5 days of politeness!

Our daughter parked on private property while attending the TN state fair tonight and of course her car was towed ( Consequences of her own actions) , We live over an hour away and I wasn't sure if we would have to wait until Monday before she could get her vehicle..I was able to call after hours and speak to someone, I apologize I forgot to write their name down, however, they were so helpful, reassuring, nice and Friendly..I wasn't even upset about having to get our child situated because they were so nice! Lol They were able to verify her vehicle was there and she was able to pick it up tonight!!! They also called back and kept us updated that a driver would meet her with her vehicle. I sincerely appreciate how nice and professional they were..And hopefully our child learns her lesson lol Thank you for being so accommodating for us! Superior Service!

My car was parked at the gas station and this company wanted to tow it, they did not move the car from the place and they charged 125 dollars to remove the connection that linked the tow truck with the car. I attach photos of the receipt, my car, the tow truck license plate. Really They scammed me by asking me for cash and giving me a receipt that is not legal. This will not stay like this. Because I will go to court and denounce these irregularities. In response I tell him: Don't worry. When I have more evidence we will see each other in court. Very good and blessed afternoon. We will know the law.
