Extremely unprofessional driver picked up a family member’s vehicle.
I was at the scene & tried to assist with getting family members belongings out, while they went to the hospital.
Driver refused access to the vehicle & mocked my family member. He needs some lessons in basic respect.
Whoever answers the phone & coordinates vehicle release, is extremely obnoxious & disrespectful. Very corrupt system. This company needs help.
I don't typically leave middling reviews. I had my auto insurer get my vehicle towed a few days ago and they used this company. I wasn't with the car because it was towed from a mechanic to a dealership due to far more intensive work being needed than originally thought. At no point did I receive any kind of communication from the company or driver that they: were on the way, had picked up my vehicle, or had dropped it off at its destination. When I called to ask about an update the woman who answered was a bit rude and short with me, even going so far as to say they had no obligation to notify me when they picked the vehicle up and dropped it off. Frankly, that's just poor customer service. If you have an issue with a customer merely wanting an update on their multi-thousand dollar property that you're in charge of transporting, you probably shouldn't be running a business involving customer service. I'm giving three stars because, I'm assuming, the vehicle was not damaged during transport and I can confirm it made it to its destination. However, I haven't seen the vehicle since approximately an hour prior to L & W picking it up.
Ugh... I knew my water pump was going out but I thought, I can go a couple more day before it gives up and I'll take it in the shop.But noooooooo. It died just as I was pulling into a local park to run this morning at 6AM. After finishing my run and being picked up by my wife (leaving my truck at the park) I got some work done, then was ready to return to have my car towed to a local shop. My roadside assistance app, provided by my insurance company, said they could get my truck towed tomorrow morning. Not happy to have it sitting in the parking lot all night, I did a Google search for Auto Towing Service Near Me. One of the top listings was L&W Wrecker. With strong reviews, and located near the repair shop I wanted to go to, they answered on the first ring, give me an affordable quote and said he could meet me at the park in 30 minutes. He arrived exactly on time. Was quick, polite and professional. He unloaded the car at the repair shop, provided a receipt and took my payment. Recommend 5 stars, 100%.
My vehicle was in an accident. The owner was super nice. Arrived at the scene really fast. I went to the yard to clean out my vehicle, he was helpful, patient and genuinely a really nice person. 10/10 highly recommend
Owner met me at the yard so that we could remove my daughters personal items from the wrecked car. Very nice gentleman and I appreciated him giving up part of his weekend day off to take care of us. I'll definitely use his services whenever needed.
L&W WREAKER WAS VERY HELPFUL, AFYER OUR VEHIVLE GOT PANCAKED IN A 3 CAR ACCIDENT. WHILE TRYING TO GET OUR PROPERTY OUT OF THE VEHICLE, THE GENTLEMAN HELPED GET THE DOORS OPEN BEING THE FRAME WSS BENT.

I’ve not dealt with many wreckers in my time, nor do I hope to deal with many, but L&W was so professional, quick, and (most of all) kind. They helped me out within 20 minutes and even recommended a mechanic. They were patient and nice and I cannot thank them enough!
My daughter locked her keys in her car on a stormy, lightening night and Wayne came to our home. He was fast, personal and very friendly. Absolutely the BEST in town.
Wayne is the best! My daughter who is in college 400 miles from home was in a late night accident and fortunately Wayne was the tow truck driver on the scene. He drove her to a safe location and stayed with her until friends were nearby. I can’t thank him enough and his kindness will never be forgotten.
Radiator went out on our car and we contacted our insurance carrier, State Farm. They recommended Wayne at L&W Towing in Lebanon. He was prompt in getting to us since temperatures were below freezing. . Wayne was very professional and polite. He hauled us and the car to our home so my husband could start the work to replace of the radiator. Thanks Wayne , we will definitely use his services if we ever become stranded again!
This company came out on a Sunday, was very fast and professional. Secured my 21' boat and trailer (with a bad axle) on his rollback like he has done it a million times. Driver had a lot of respect for my boat and drove very carefully through all my windy back roads to my house. This company was very affordable considering it was mid-day Sunday and I would recommend their services to anyone!
