Extremely untrustworthy, and steal anything they seem to be valuable. My friend had a vehicle here, money, tools, everything, GONE. Shame on this company! Pathetic.
I gave them a bad review because of a misunderstanding with their policies and procedures and what the tow truck driver said I do have the video if you would ever like to watch it I know it any way you can get it I was upset that it was supposed to be taken care of and I was told by him it was on the A list or whatever they call it it has been up for repo for a long time then he changed that statement during the video but after a few miscommunication about me picking it back up I got it back without them borrowing anything and they seem to be nice people for their profession I had a profession where you could not trust anything the other person said but the reason only changed it to a 3 is due to what they say policy and procedures they go by and what was on the video but please be safe there are a lot of bad people in places you have to go and I will be praying for yall
If I could give ZERO stars I would. This company and the people that work for it are sorry. Unfortunately, like the rest of the world we are going through a hard time and our truck got repoed. I talked to the woman at the front desk twice and she seemed so sweet over the phone. When we got there they had all of our belongings thrown in garbage bags. (One small makeup bag of mine containing feminine products and lipgloss) we opened with its contents thrown out. I’m confused to WHY it was opened in the first place? Not only that, they STOLE a $300+ drill out of the truck. We KNOW for a fact they stole it. It was in there. So, I call and was so nice about it.. “Hey, we came earlier to pick up our things and we are missing a Milwaukee drill. “No ma’am” is what I was told. She QUICKLY said it before I could even get out what I was trying to say. Then I proceeded with, “Josh knows his drill was in the” NO MA’AM” clearly she knew something and was quick to defend herself or whomever cleaned our vehicle out. Not only that they asked us if one bag full of clothes was ours, to look through it and see. That’s so unprofessional in my opinion.. if YALL ARE GOING TO CLEAN OUT THE VEHICLES label EVERY BAG with the persons name or vehicle you got it out of. Y'all (a brown headed lady with tattoo sleeves) took my name over the phone a day before we cam to pick up our stuff. Better yet, let people clean out their OWN vehicles and yall have someone stand out there with them to make sure they don’t mess up the vehicle. So, my mom calls since she was so quick to cut me off on the phone and they let it ring over 10 times.. someone else answers the phone. After reading the reviews CLEARLY THEY ARE SORRY LOWDOWN THIEVES. We called our loan company and sadly they aren’t able to do anything since Dixon repo got the vehicle and cleaned it out first.. one thing I know is God DONT LIKE UGLY. He also doesn’t like a thief. Stealing from all of these people for what? It’s truly so sad. Yall are a pathetic low down company & group of people. I hope whoever stole my boyfriend drill enjoys it. It was a gift to him from someone important and yall took that from him. Great job and being AWFUL LOWDOWN PEOPLE.
Went and picked up my things along with my tools that were left in my truck and got home to make sure everything was there and my brand new Milwaukee drill wasn’t with my stuff so we called up there and mentioned that my drill is gone NOT ACCUSING, and the lady was SUPER QUICK to defend there selves about not taking my drill saying that the drill was not in my truck which I know for a fact it was!
Great experience with these men. They are trustworthy. They found my wallet and made sure it was safe and made it back to my hands. Can't be more thankful for them. -Ron
Took my car under a expired repo order when the cerditer forfeit the car to me and now they are driving it racking up miles even tho I have had an investigator with the police department working on the issue and Court filing are in process they are liers and thief's
Towed my car and took the “brain” out thats controls my power . The lady that answer the phone literally told me in 10 second that they didn’t and she was there when it was towed which she wasn’t bc I talk to the tow guy and gave him my keys . Taking to court.
Only gave them 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. They have a contract with my apartment complex. I called them to tow a vehicle that was illegally parked. The vehicle didn't belong to a resident of the complex, wasn't parked in a visitor parking, but in a resident handicap parking space. I informed the lady on the phone of this information. She got smart with me and refused to tow the vehicle. Bad business. Nasty customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
If i could list at 0 stars..i would. A ton of our personal effects were taken, stolen, left, neglected WHATEVER you want to call it, we didn't get all of our belongings back out of our vehicle. I was told that they would go through the vehicle with a "fine tooth comb" & "no vehicle leaves our lot with someone's belongings in it", "we photo log everything in the vehicle". When i picked up what they did have, it was not even half of our stuff. A SOLID $300 worth was missing/ not accounted for. When i inquired as to where everything was, they told me to call the lien holder. THEY WEREN'T THE ONES WHO CLEARED OUT OUR BELONGINGS. Not cool. Special people screw someone over when they are already down on their luck.

Pretty solid repo company I fell behind on payments because I had surgery and was out of work for two months but they treated my vehicle with care and were very helpful and professional when I went to pick it up for being a first time repo I would highly recommend companies to get with them to have vehicles picked up. I was a repo guy for years so I know the business and I would go with these guys if you need them
I do not recommend they came and got our truck didn’t knock on the door or nothing to let us get our stuff we literally have our two kids car seats in the vehicle and then they are expensive as hell just to get the vehicle back $800 they pretty damn crazy ??♀️
Top Notch Repo company...sent in a repo order and had my car within 24 hours. Great communication, super friendly, know their laws for TN repos and helped us get it to auction. we will be doing business with them again.
Gave them a key for repo. Out of the literally 100 times I called answered only several of mostly when calling from a number they did not recognize on caller id. Would leave me on hold and not return back to the phone. For three months of waiting and getting the run around nothing. Would have been better for them to tell me no from the beginning. Just bad business.
Terrible customer service. Receptionist’s mouth was very smart. I sat and waited on help over a hour. When I seen staff outside, she immediately confronted me in a very unprofessional manner. HORRIBLE!
They stole my Car in the middle of the night. When we called the cops the driver sped off with our vehicle and belongings in it. They did an illegal REPO! The finance company GAVE THEM FALSE INFORMATION. You will be sued, and your raggedy website DOES NOT work.
Because this place is only open till 12 noon because they’re out all night towing. It makes it next one possible to get your vehicle back I even called and politely asked if the people would stay long enough for me to drive from an hour away to get it, and offered to pay them to bring my vehicle back to which I was replied. No, you’re telling me you can drive an hour And 15 minutes to go get a vehicle but you can’t drive that far to get it back to the person even after they paid for it I do repos myself and customer service It’s ridiculous.
The other night I noticed a tow truck grabbing my vehicle from the driveway. When I went out to talk to them they were completely upfront and kind about the situation. They explained in detail what the situation was and explained the following processes that I would have to go through to obtain my belongings and who I needed to contact to ask about the vehicle itself. They allowed me to secure the vehicle and make sure it was locked so that all my stuff was safe and even made sure the vehicle was on hold so that I'd have plenty of time to get my things. When I went to retrieve my personal belongings the woman at the desk was also kind and more than willing to help me get my things and even helped me get the stuff together. Lots of bad reviews on these guys but the three people I dealt with were fantastic. If there's a "good" repossession experience to be had then this was it lol.
Getting your car towed may not be the best experience, but their customer service was great. They were considerate and did everything they could to get my car and belongings back.
I accidentally parked illegally. When I got to my car, I had a flat. They changed it for me. I was even more shocked to find that my cash was still in the console. Thank you!
They wrongfully towed my friend car at my apartment complex even tho she did park in the visitor park, it was a misunderstanding with my apartment complex and Dixon Recovery about what was visitor parking, but my friend got her car and they got their money wich is why they have contracts with apartment complexes so they can go fishing
Stole money and personal belongings. Refused to even investigate what I was saying. Was rude and hateful. Shame on you for kicking someone who is already down. My items can be replaced. Your lack of professionalism and integrity is a whole problem and should be addressed. I don’t know how you rest at night knowing that you are stealing from people who are already in a bad situation. I am praying for you.
man if you can avoid dealing with them, youd be better off.. they stole things out of the car, it had 2 new dents .. they left the window down and it rained..
Amazing Service. We didn't expect to find the vehicle. They took what little information we gave them and found the truck. Thank you! They were also kind over the phone and in person; answered any questions my staff had. If I could give them more stars I would!
Horrible , if i could give this place no stars. i would first off , i was visiting an Relative coming back from work to get my daughter. I decided to stay for two hours came approximately around 1:00 am and stay till 2:50Am and I’ve noticed my car was missing . i parked where there was a green line On the right which indicated for visitors and where there was a white line On the left at Hartland place located for the people that stayed in the apartment complex. After leaving out the door i noticed my car was gone so we left right away to go get my vehicle . It was was towed with out notice i only been there for two hours. The man was still there on you guys lot siting inside the tow truck and i asked how come he towed my blue ford vehicle and he replied it wasn’t in visitors parking and i said it was no space for parking but i made sure i park where one green line was and the other line was white. And he i said you’ve made a mistake, and i asked could i get my child’s car seat and bag and my wallet at least. And he tells me no because you should’ve never been out this late and rolls up the window and speeds away. Which i thought was very disrespectful he could at least let me get my one year old child’s car seats out of the car you guys workers have no respect!
Unfortunately, my lien holder isn’t very upstanding. However, the team at this business was very professional and understanding in my confusion. The person who picked up my vehicle made several attempts and finally was able to wake me despite being medicated with a horrible migraine in order to allow me to retrieve my personal property. Now that i have figured out the issues with the lien holder, i have high hopes for a similarly professional pick up of my vehicle. Thank you for having compassion and being considerate when doing what I’m sure is a very difficult and personally trying job. You saved my grades by allowing me to retrieve my computer two days before finals instead of just hooking up and taking off as I’m sure is fully within your legal rights. Merry Christmas to you all.
Joke of a company. If they get your car they will steal anything of value put of it. Take pictures after their done stealing what they want then asks you if you have pictures to prove the item was the car.
This is a great and professional recovery agent. If you are in need of having a vehicle recovered we highly recommend them. We have used them for years and have had nothing but a great experience with them.
