Very disappointing roadside service from KPS Truck and Trailer Repair. They charged us a service call fee but did not properly diagnose the issue and did not fix anything.We lost time and money. Would not recommend.
beaware from these guys they r highway robers charge me $900 for nothing the did they r unable to hook up there computer to my truck they r unable to find whats wrong with my truck when they dispatch there tech told me 30 min eta he spend no more then 1 hr with my truck charge me $900 becarefull before you call these guys
Do not use the shop or road service it is cheaper to tow your truck to somewhere else they charge me $4,250 to replace a brake pad and router on one side steer Tire took them 14 hours to do it because they didn't have a right tools they call other road service to bring the tools and charge me 14 hours roadside labor because they were waiting by the truck stay away from these people
Horrible service they took two hours to get a job done and charged us for three. Mechanic took his time and did the job slower so he could get 2 hour minimum! Would not recommend getting service with them it’s a scam!!! And all that just to replace a hose and a clamp they charged us $900!!!

They are confirming price before doing a job after adding crazy money. After that I didn’t planed to pay so much I told them ok let me collect money and after some time I am trying to pay the invoice I saw that I have another incvoince added for waiting time. So it’s crazy. Do not go there if you don’t want to spend your all money for nothing.
This shop is Great! David is a good hard working and honest person if I could give him a 100 ⭐️ I would . My seal hub and almost everything inside was damage but he somehow maintained to fix my freightliner cascadia outside in a freezing weather for over 5 hours I respect him for that and also his very professional the customers service everything when very well. Also the Prices are very good. I am an owner operator that works for my big brother . Believe me when I tell you Give Them A Try You Won't Be Disappointed

I want to express my gratitude to David at KPS Truck and Trailer Repair. While on the road, my Freight-liner truck had a major issue with the drive axle oil hub, which was completely dry so the whole thing broken i was stuck unable to move and smoke coming out of it. I initially called another company run by inexperienced individuals who asked for a service fee but left without working on my truck, claiming that parts wouldn’t be available until Tuesday—and this was on a Friday.
Fortunately, David arrived as soon as possible and immediately gave me hope, saying, “I’ll have you up and running by tomorrow, don’t worry.” Boy was he on time with that last statement.
He also took the time to show me some helpful tips for the future. David is truly an honorable man. After he completed the repairs, he even followed me for a while to ensure everything was working correctly.

Our truck’s battery malfunctioned while we were on the road, forcing us to stop for repairs. David was incredibly helpful, analyzing the issue and offering potential solutions. Although he wasn’t able to come out and repair our truck in the end, his patience and excellent service attitude left a great impression. Definitely recommend!
Awesome company, they were responsive and honest. They provided an estimate and their invoice was spot on with that. They helped us out when no one else would. If your in need these are the folks to use hands down. I really wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

I had two check engine lights that were not properly diagnosed by them. Truck started to leak coolant while I was driving. Called them after the two check engine lights came back on. And later the truck started to leak coolant.
Mitchell came that night and said nothing can be done until tomorrow morning.
Very negative person, talking about parts potentially not being available.
I called TAG Freightliner, and they said the parts were available. I do give him credit. He did go early in the morning and got the parts. And came to me to replace the leaking pipes.
He did mention a small leak that I should be mindful of. Thanks

5 hours of labor was charged.
and $50 for a call out fee.
Why was a call out fee charged when labor and transit is being charged.
I personally think I had a coolant problem when the two check lights came on. But the Mechanic didn't even check the truck. The truck gave a warning, but it was ignored.
Fast Forward to today, I still have major coolant loss. only the pipes were replaced but thorough check was not done.
To KPS, why am I leaving this bad review. Because I was accused by Mitchell of calling the bank and saying the KPS charge was fraud.
I told him that I did not do that. Even though I do feel like I got ripped off by KPS. Next time double check and triple check before you call your customer to ask if they committed fraud or not. It's something I take very serious. Clearly KPS does not. Very little was done for me but a $1500+ bill. But I have integrity. I know he came and arrived on time and replaced the pipes. I did not call the bank and commit fraud. Even though your Mobile Repair Service is super expensive and not worth it.
Again, If you would like I can send you the invoice that I paid to Stoops Freightliner to "fix" the same engine codes and coolant.
I don't think I should have been charged more than $800 for everything that was done.

I called very late at night with a blown water pump. He got all my info in minutes and answered all my questions. He asked if I was safe and off the side of the road and would be there first thing in the morning. We were pulling an RV also so we just camped out over night and when I woke up there was a great gentleman that helped me right out and had me on the road in no time. Very well priced and very knowledgeable. I will definitely use these guys again trucks back on the road and I couldn't be more thankful.
Sunday afternoon I had problem with my battery on my semi truck. I called this company and they jumping me for 150$. They was there in 45 minutes. Excellent job guys, David is great guy and he jump me in 2 minutes! Very good job guys, thank you by the way!

we had been at Integrity Auto & Diesel Repair previously and they failed our TRK and TRL on a DOT inspection and qoted $3200+ for the repairs, i declined the repairs paid $300 for the failed DOT's and went to KPS for a second oppionion and they did the DOT's for the TRK and TRL at a fraction of the price ($39.99 per unit) , said there is nothing wrong with the truck or trailer and they both passed. Saved us a lot of time and money with their honnesty and made us aware that scammers exist in this industry and we have to stay very cautios.

Devin was great, he definitely was more than a mechanic he was a lifesaver,, he stayed in touch with me giving updates all the way until he arrived… also he was considerate enough to bring me water and food??
So I called and spoke to David almost at midnight and explained that the serpentine belt was gone on one of my trucks even tho he didn't have the part but he start calling around different places trying to see if anyone would have the belt and he wasn't having any luck and I list every hope of getting the truck fixed and to deliver my load on time then he asked me if I had a generator on the truck and luckily I do he said then I'll be able to get you going to make our deliveryon time and explained the process that he will run the generator and use one of his battery charger to keep the battery charged since it's night time and we need the headlights to keep driving then luckily my driver found a belt in the side box that we didn't know we had so he installed it and got us going
Now here's why I'm impressed
First it wasn't just a simple no sorry we don't have the part but he went the extra mile trying to find us the part then when he couldn't find the part he was willing to do a temporary fix to get us moving and he was there at the truck in less then 30 minutes and got us all fixed up within 10 minutes,
With all honesty they don't make them like that anymore
I would give him 10 stars not just 5
The dominoes effects that he prevented by getting us moving is truly out standing
Other wise we would've paid a late fee for our delivery and lost the following 2 reloads,

David was awesome, we had a trailer bearing blow on a double axle trailer and he came out within 15 minutes. He let us borrow his chain to hold the axle up so we could limp the trailer home. I would definitely recommend using him if you run into trouble in the Jackson area.
