Always a great experience getting my Blazer maintained at Serra in Jackson TN. From scheduling the appt to paying the bill, it's always a breeze. And I really appreciate not having extra services pushed on me.

Went to look at a used infinity with very low miles i found online. The upper screen was messing up and I was informed that it was scheduled to be replaced. I didn’t even drive the car, I told them I liked it and was interested in buying it and would be happy to look at it when it was fixed. They urged me to drive the car and it was exactly what I was looking for. The sales manager said if the screen was the only thing stopping me that it wasn’t a concern because they wete installing a new “$4500.00” one. My salesman Greg was excellent to work with! But the sales manager used the cost of the screen as a reason he couldn’t negotiate on the price, “he’s already losing money “. So I do all the paperwork and agree to sign everything when the screen is in and I pick the car up. When I went back to get it they had put a salvage sceen in the car that looked like you gouged it in multiple places with a screwdriver or something. I told them I wasn’t accepting that, the car had 57k miles on it and was pretty much flawless. The sales manager said that screen cost him $1500.00 instead of $4500.00 so that’s what he did, and if I didn’t want the car “that’s fine, I’ll just sell it to someone else “. The tech guy came out and said he could get another screen. So the drew up a paper that a screen with no damage would be installed, we signed it, and I bought the car. New screen comes in, I drop the car off and tell them none of the navigation (which is in the screen they replaced) was working. They keep the car for a week and call me to inform me its ready but the navigation doesn’t work and I will have to take it to infinity to have it flashed on my own, they aren’t putting anymore money in the car! Mind you, the only issue they are spending any money or time on is the one issue they said would be like new from the first time I saw the car!! I go to pick it up and the backup camera doesn’t work now (has worked the entire time). I was told maybe if I took it to infinity and spent the $275.00 to have it flashed maybe it would fix it. I refused. They kept the car for a few more days. I had to call multiple departments and threaten to reach out to the main boss to get anyone to call me about it (other than Greg who was in constant communication with me but couldn’t get any info on what they were doing). I picked the car up and the backup camera works but the bluetooth doesn’t connect anymore (worked until they had it last) and the volume randomly goes up and down while driving now. Not sure what im going to have to spend on an issue that the sales manager assured me would be taken care of. This is my 16 year old daughters car. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SERRA USED CARS AT ALL!!! BEWARE!!!

Serra has been are dealership for approx 4 years, we have never had any problems and always treated with respect and not pushed to get or do something we didn’t want to do. We really love this dealership. Thanks to the sales people, service and parts and the great treatment you give us, we Always have a positive experience anytime we visit.

Got caught off guard with the oil change price increase. After a recall, I was told that it required a different oil which was higher than normal. But the service guy explained it and asked was I informed by GMC. Thanks to him for being informative.

Our GMC pickup broke down along I-40 on Friday late afternoon. We were towed into Serra after 5:00 pm on that Friday. Rebecca and her team kept the doors open for us after hours just to take care of us. Not only did Rebecca set up service for us, she actually loaned us one of their cars to complete our trip to Memphis to have an early Christmas with our daughter. When we returned the next morning, she had already arranged for us to have a rental car through Enterprise. Overall, Rebecca and Serra GMC went well above and beyond to take great care of our family. We are so appreciative of their wonderful service!$

The actual service went as expected. The service guys that do the work were friendly and were done in 20 minutes. The customer service side was awful. No greeting, the initial interaction was awkward. When my car was finished I couldn't leave because I was blocked in by another customer, customer service said "They will move in just a minute" instead I had to wait 5 more minutes. Not the end of the world, but when I bought my first brand new car from a dealership I expected better. I received better treatment at carmax and could get a bottle of water while I waited rather than out of an overpriced vending machine. Service crew great, customer service needs to do better.

Had two things done: 1. diagnosis of infotainment system failure to update - unsatisfied with outcome. Would like to hear from Service manager 2. Safety Recall replacement of steering wheel. - very satisfied.

My oil change went very well as always I was in and out in less than 45 mins. My service person was very professional and attentive. He came and got me as soon as my vehicle was ready. Thanks Serra of Jackson for a job well done!

I had a radio upgrade and repair. New parts. Customer Service was great . Thanks Vince and Stan. At the same time I had a sensor go down related to my tire monitoring system. I was told by people above Stan and Vince that I would be responsible for the repair of that > $ 600 dollars. Mind you I had not even owned the car for 2 months. In my opinion they should have stood behind the car and fixed it's problem at no cost to me. I am disappointed about that. I do appreciate everything that Vince did to help me . Vince is the reason that I will continue to buy from Serra but I am disappointed in the decision that the company is trying to make me pay for repair to replace the sensor. Serra should stand behind the car and make it right .

Brought car in for a inoperable horn on Tuesday. A new horn was ordered, Tuesday. When I called Friday morning to come pick up our car, I was told the part was received but the technician was taking the day off, it would be ready Monday. I called Monday around 11:00 am, was told the mechanic is working on another cars engine, mine would be ready Tuesday. Finally, Tuesday the horn was replaced and I was able to get our car. One week for a horn change. Not too happy with that.

We are very satisfied with the service we received from Serra. We took our Cadillac to a local dealership for some warranty work to be done on it. The parts were on back order. We left our vehicle there for 6 weeks waiting for the repairs to be completed. That dealership would not give us a loaner car so we picked up our vehicle, put it on a trailer and drove 3 hours from our home to Serra of Jackson where we purchased the vehicle to have the warranty work done. They provided us with a rental car to drive while they were waiting on the parts to come in to repair our vehicle. The service department employees were extremely helpful and friendly. We would recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle or needing repair work on the vehicle they currently have.

May 2022, I purchased a new Corvette from Serra. The first oil change was great, no problem. After the second oil changed, check engine light came on. Need a new muffler, great cover under warranty. May 2025 the sunroof cable broke, I asked to make sure it's under warranty. Yes, only 7000 miles it's under warranty. I have to take it in twice to get it replace. 2 days later, sitting at a red light in the rain, water coming in from the sunroof in two locations. Took it back to Serra, this time they told me the car is out of warranty in March. So, if I want them to fix the leaks, I will have to pay for it and I also owe them I don't remember exactly but some where around $350 for the cable repaired in May. I walked out.. Will never come back. Will never buy or use the service at Serra.

My experience at Serra Chevrolet has been awesome every time I have purchased a vehicle over the years and there have been many car purchases over the years 4 in the last 2 years. Sam the owner had always been wonderful, Vince always takes care of us along with everyone else. We will be back again

Done a great job. But they forgot to put the air cap back on my tires and didn’t notice till the next day. Hoping when I return for my next oil change and tire rotation they will put them back without a charge

Brought my C8 in due to a misfire on cylinder#1 on Saturday the 8th. No correspondence until I went into the service department personally on the following Thursday to find out what was going on with car and an ETA on finishing work. After finally finding it on the computer, I was told parts were ordered and it would be next week. Finally got a call on the 18th saying the car was ready for pickup ( this was the only time they called me about anything). Went to get the car prior to the weather coming in and the car was absolutely filthy. Couldn’t wash until the weather cleared but washed it this last wknd and the hood and top are severely faded and spotted. Called and asked for the service manager to call me ( just gave a name and #) and as of this review (Tuesday pm on the 25th) no response. I did go to the car PDF recording to see what had maybe happened and everything was erased from the 8th till the 18th.

I have purchased 2 vehicles so far and all I can say is that no matter when I walk in the door I feel among family. Everyone there is very knowledgeable as well as professional.
