Stranded on the highway and they were absolutely fantastic! Would recommend to anyone. I called them directly on a Sunday and someone that works there actually picked up the phone and answered professionally. No “press 1 for” stuff. Driver was also very nice and extremely helpful.
Mann’s Wrecker Company did an outstanding job recovering my GMC Sierra 2500HD pick up truck after I got it stuck in about a foot deep in mud. The truck was in a tough position, but Mann’s driver handled it with real skill and confidence. He arrived quickly, worked carefully, and made sure no damage was done during the pull-out. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend Mann’s Wrecker for any difficult recovery job.

Andy was phenomenal !! I had an appointment to have my caddy moved between properties. I was 5 minutes early, and he there with his ramp lowered. Super smooth transfer and a great guy to chat with … very personal and professional.
I called another tow company first multiple times no answer and im happy they didn't. Michael came out and had to pull my truck backwards due to stripped out bolts on my driveline. He secured my farings so they would not break off due to Wind and my hood. Talk about good customer service and a good price. If you are reading this review and need a tow do yourself a favor and call them.
I was stranded and only had so much Money and they came and got me anyway and my puppies and brought me home safe. I'm so thankful for them and I highly recommend them to anyone
Please ask what the price for a tow is prior to signing anything. They don’t tell you that if THP called for the tow it’ll have an increased fee so a 15 minute tow ended up costing me 388 dollars. Just be careful
Manns Wrecker quoted an excessive and unjustifiable price. The truck was not broken down and did not require a full tow. It was simply stuck in the diesel lane at the fuel pumps due to ice accumulation.
Despite this, Manns Wrecker attempted to charge $1,500 just to move the truck a few feet. No clear explanation for the price was provided, and the cost was completely disproportionate to the minimal work required.
This felt like taking advantage of a driver in a vulnerable situation, with pricing that does not reflect fair or reasonable towing practices. There was no transparency and no effort to be reasonable.
Truck drivers should be very cautious when dealing with this company and should clarify pricing in writing before agreeing to any service.
Michael was awesome! He arrived quickly and got down to business, but not before cracking a joke or two. He's been at it for a lifetime so he speaks fluent trucker. Great positive attitude with a good sense of humor. Like a bulldogger at the rodeo, he got it done and quick. Thanks!!!

Mann’s Wrecker service came in and saved the day. Answered on the 1st ring. Very concern, courteous and professional . Extremely accurate on arrival time. Keeps you posted every step of the way. Andy provided great Customer Service. Pricing was reasonable. If you’re ever in need of Tow Service call Mann’s first, you wont regret it. P.S. we were grand parents stranded with grandkids.
Michael was an absolute lifesaver when my husband’s truck got stuck high centered in some knee deep mud. The service was timely, friendly, and professional. Hopefully we won’t be needing his services again anytime soon, but if we’re ever again in a bind this is definitely the business we’ll call!

My car died and after waiting 30 minutes for the battery to recharge, my car still wouldn’t start. A representative from Mann’s stopped and offered his help and provided us with a jump start box which instantly started the car up. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable. We really appreciate it and thank you!
I can’t say enough about Michael, the tow truck operator! He was kind, courteous and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond helping us find a reputable diesel repair shop when our road side assistance company completely dropped the ball. We were on our way from middle TN to see my dad in a physical rehab in Jackson TN. We had a nail in our tire. They plugged it for us really quickly. We had amazing service. They were so kind, friendly and helpful..
These guys and lady are fast and reliable. My Jeep Grand Cherokee overheated on me last night on the way home. I was able to rely on this company especially with it dropping below freezing. It didn’t take them long to get to me and get the vehicle loaded as well, and dropped off at the house with it. They are 24 hours and accept card payment made it better because every else around said that could only accept cash at that moment. Call Mann’s Wrecker Service for your towing needs. They been around a long time, and I have always heard nothing, but good things.
I had slid off the road and was barely hanging on from flipping over into the ditch. The first wrecker that came out was not able to get the truck out, so we called Mann’s to bring out the big rig. They showed up in 20 min and John Bates had my truck out unscathed in 15 min. Very quick, and very good at what he does!

Steven got to where I was stranded very quickly and helped turn a very rough day into a much better one. No one likes to have to deal with the inconvenience of a broken vehicle and being stranded but when it does happen again "down the road" I will be reaching out to Manns and asking if Steven is on shift to assist with my truck he was very friendly and helped my son and I to understand every step in getting us and our broken truck home.
My car broke down on the road. These guys fixed it so fast. Changed the alternator, fixed brakes, few more broken pipes and I’m again on the road. Their mechanic knows his job very well. Thank you, Manns Wrecker!
We called them to tow our truck from the ditch, at first they said $1500 then they call another wrecker and the price was double. We were ok with that, but a wrecker was suppose to save as much as they can from the vehicle, with two wreckers they bent our trailer really bad, we asked for their insurance but they declined
