Curtis was God sent today! We were stranded on 75 w a broken belt on a Sunday. He went to part store got belt and to make a long story short he helped us get back on the road. He is a great guy. From looking at all other reviews others feel the same way! Highly recommended.
Curtis came to the rescue for the best price we could find! I locked my keys in the car and he was very gentle with/ respectful of the car with a nice calm attitude. Best experience possible for the situation!
Just got my truck towed. Called every tow truck company in Athens and it was the cheapest. It’s cold and dark out and they got there quick. Excellent service
While traveling along I-75, 10 miles or so south of Sweetwater, Tn, we got a flat tire, called our insurance company for road service and waited, and waited. After more than an hour, and no promise of help coming, we called Courteous Towing, Curtis arrived within 15-20 minutes, changed the tire, followed us to the nearest tire store, stayed with us for a time while tire was being replaced, He was a truly considerate, caring man at a time when we were a little more than frustrated and flustered. A true Godsend. A thank you from way back in mid February!
My wife and three children were stranded on the side of I-75 with a flat tire (no jack, of course). He was there within minutes and took us to a tire shop. As someone who works in the towing industry, his rates are great and his prompt service along with his personable demeanor were awesome. Highly recommend!
Thought my battery/alternator died on the way to Tuscaloosa from Pigeon Forge and was stuck on the side of the road… after waiting on my insurance company’s roadsides assistance for 40 minutes I called Curtis and he was there super fast! Turns out my engine had let go, so he saved us from running around to AutoZone. Very polite and gave me some good information about cars that I didn’t know previously! Would recommend him to anyone in his area that needs a tow!
I ran out of gas on side of interstate with my daughter. The 1st company I contacted said it was too late to send someone out for that assistance (11:30 pm) I contacted this company & the gentleman said he would be there shortly. He arrived, put the gas in my vehicle, told me the cost then realized I had my child in the car with me & asked if I had a baby with me. I told him yes I had my daughter with & he said to go on don't worry about it. That was the greatest blessing to a nightmare of a night we had just been dealing with & goes to show there are still good GREAT people & businesses out there. I will definitely use this company again if need be!!
What a life saver. We were stranded on the side of the highway after our tire literally sheered off our car causing the fender to wreck on our way to Florida from Northeastern Ohio. We barely made it across the highway to the elbow safely and when our insurance company was zero help we called Curt. He answered immediately and made his way to us within 15 minutes after hanging up the phone ON A SUNDAY!!! He called and drove around Athens, TN (with us) to find the correct parts our car needed and fixed our car for us when we thought there was no hope. We are forever grateful for his help and made it the rest of the way safely. We will always remember this place and thank them dearly!!
I just want to thank the operator who came out on such short notice and took me and my family off the interstate at night in the pouring rain. We were left for dead by the Tennessee State Patrol and our insurance road side assistance that did not help at all. Truly I am so thankful that courteous towing was able to help. I recommend him 100 percent.
I got a flat tire during the night while on the interstate and Curt was the only person to respond when my insurance called over 20 people who were closer. He drove 25 miles to me, towed my car to a safe, well-lit parking lot and changed my flat for me. I really appreciated his help!
Called 6:30 am picked up and came right out to us! Had a blow out on the side of the interstate,was stuck in the mud on the side , every other place wanted 300 dollars. Great guy highly recommend!
They are amazing! Kurt helped me when I was in need! He towed my car on mother's day! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Very reasonably priced! Louie was also an amazing helper(fyi Louie is Kurt' s puppy)! All around amazing, I will definitely use them again!
