New to the are and first time needing anything done to my jeep. Did a Google search and Auto Logic seemed to be the place based on reviews. This was a Sunday so I drove up to see if they had a drop off box so we didnt have to worry about bringing it early Monday morning and they did. Dropped it off Sunday afternoon and had a text around 9am Monday explaining everything that needed to be done. I selected what I wanted done, approved it and go the call Wednesday afternoon that is was done. Very easy process and we didnt have to take time away from work to drop off or pick up. We will be back.
I was beyond pleased with my service at Athens Auto Logic...They explained everything very well, as I zero vehicle maintenance knowledge. My truck was done quickly. I will definitely return for maintenance or any problems I have in the future.

After discovering a coolant leak on our 2002 Lincoln Town Car, Auto Logic was able to determine the cause which turned out to be a cracked intake manifold. They ordered the new parts and installed. We are very happy with their work and timely manner.

Up to this point very happy with service. The price in some areas is a bit much, and right in the park on others. The professionalism is great. Jim and the guys are top notch, and have huge concern in not returning or getting a customer back into their vehicle, if they feel it will break down, or cause an accident. I trust if I have an issue , concerning service I can return to them and trust they will resolve it. They give loaner care until your vehicle is fixed. That helps alot , so your not stranded at home, and can go to the store or work. Some are pretty cynical of their prices, but Jim and the crew went above and beyond in helping me with new tires, and what I thought I had to pay, I paid alot less, and they kept me safe. I also like how they promote the Lord Jesus Christ. Thats one if the deciding factors of my doing business there. I Will be going back soon.

I had a bad coiled pack last week of January, took it to the shop, Jim got me in a loaner quickly, day after was told it was a coil pack , they replaced it, . Ending up at 316.00. I thought that was way too high seeingbit did not have to go on a lift, and oil was leaking unnoticed, have no idea what else was checked , like air, fluids etc. Simple cut and dry, but price a little much for one coil pack. One guy I was talking to, acted a bit like he didnt want to talk only said Jim would be in , guess he had a bad day. Other than that Tjough Jim is the main reason I go there, because though expensive, he takes care of me. I must be a moron in not finding a place cheaper, but I know if I have issues I can take it to Jim , at Auto Logic. So Im glad I dont have to communicate with anyone but him. I just wish the cost would be easier. Thats all.
Thankfully they were able to fix the real issue caused by Midas Muffler in
Springfield Va., ( I will never use Midas again!).
Due to my self diagnosis it cost me a few EXTRA thousand dollars, I really didn’t need to spend. But now my car is up and RUNNING!!
Oh BTW this will be the only place that works on my car from this point forward!!
Friendly, kind, fast, efficient, helpful. I called and confirmed they could work on my model and my issue, they assured me they could. I brought is in for something specific and they let me know a few other things they found that I knew existed. Discussed some options, made a plan and they worked hard to get me my vehicle back quick… and they did. Excited to bring my other car in to get these issues finally addressed where others tried and could not fix.
I was traveling from FL. to Canada on I-75 near Athens, TN. recently when the unthinkable happened, my engine seized up from water leaking into my crank case. It was a terrible situation to be in, but thankfully a local towing company, Quality Towing got me to Auto Logic in Athens, TN. The owner along with his incredible staff of skilled technicians figured a way to help me out and to fix my car. The bottom line is that they were the kindest and most skillful auto repair shop that I think I’ve ever been to, and I highly recommend them. I also thank them kindly for all they did for me.

I was there an hour early because of a misunderstanding, before they were even open, and they still took my car fairly quickly and got it back to me just as fast. After it was done they showed me what had been wrong and what they changed. They gave me a fair price and sent me on my way. They were friendly. I have no complaints.

They do good honest work, have used them on 4 different vehicles in the past, always excellent service and job done right. Just purchased a new set of tires from them, no complaints.
The fine folks at Athens Auto Logic were able to get me seen and took care of my routine maintenance needs, just before I had big travel plans for this year.
I had my vehicle back within 2 hours of dropping it off, and the people that assisted me were very friendly and professional throughout the whole experience.
I will be seeing them again, in the future for any repairs and maintenance that my car needs. Well done, guys!
Update 2025: I decided to go with Athens Auto Logic again for my routine maintenance needs and again I am very happy with the results. My car is almost at 100k miles, so the fine people here had some recommendations for me. When I dropped my car off at the shop, I was provided a list of services that they wanted me to approve or deny. I approved what I felt was necessary and within 2 hours I had my car back. I'm so thankful that these folks are close by and they can expect to see more of me in the future.
Honestly, I doubt I'll be back. I went in for an alignment, but wasn't sure that's what I needed. I just knew my car was having symptoms. I recently had to get new tires, because they had rubbed. I paid for my alignment, and didn't really get a good explanation as to why that would be happening. Then I left there, and got a flat tire. I didn't run over anything, and the tire isn't punctured. That's either a strange coincidence, or something happened along the way of doing maintenance. Reached out to them, and they were no help afterwards.
Having been going to Auto Logic for about 12 years excellent service I just recently had a problem with my starting system. Turn out to be a bad alternator and a battery within about two hours. I was out of the shop thanks a lot guys.
Your shop was highly recommended by Matlock. My visit was my 1st time ever.
Jim was very professional and pleasant to work with. He listened to my needs. He offered one of the courtesy vehicles so I could return to work. That evening he called to say we found something else wrong with the car and will need to keep it over night and to just hang onto the keys. I will definitely be back.

Auto logic repaired my daughter’s AC so quickly I got whiplash! Seriously though, it probably took them an hour or two and. I fully expected at least a couple of days. They presented options and solutions and I’ll be using them again for repairs. I wish I’d known about them sooner.

The service Jim and you guys did on my wife's car. So far Everything was perfect, haven't seen any leaks from the thermostat. I'm going to look a little closer in the next few days. Phenomenal experience. Nissan Frontier stalling unexpectedly. They could not get the symptom to repeat but were quite sure what the problem was. I got the truck back in just a few hours, no further problems. Owner called me a week or two later to confirm that indeed the problem had been completely fixed. Man of few words, and in my experience that bodes well. They know what they're doing and don't need to baffle you with B.S. to get a sale. Highly recommend!
