They’re selling junk on the side stuff that don’t work I paid Jim $300 for a window unit they mounted it in my car without letting me test. Then later told me I should’ve tested it before purchase and now they won’t return my hard earned money! They are crooks stay away!

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!! If you have an 18 wheeler.. we took ours here and it was a nightmare 3 and half weeks later and when we went to pick it up stuff that was fine before hand was tore up after. Yes it was a big job but when you do a job big or small make sure everything works as it should when you're finished. Had to leave it longer so they could fix what they messed up and when we went to get it a second time it was still messed up and had to have a mechanic at work fix it before we could use it. We were quoted one price at the beginning and ended up being 6,000 more, they mark parts up way to much. They hardly ever answer the phone which is bad business especially if they have your vehicle and you are trying to get some information on it. The owner did go over and fix some stuff but he shouldn't have to if you have mechanics that would do the job right the first time. Never again!!
After pit axle snapped we were up shit creek without a paddle. These guys not only picked up our trailer but put us back on the road in less than 5 days (3 of those being the weekend)

Dylan came out to help me when I was stuck in the middle of the road with a dead alternator. Got me off the highway free of charge while I waited on my insurance to get roadside to me. Seems like a friendly and helpful guy
Please don't believe the comments on Google review, they are liars and scammers. They will rob you of your wallet, and if you do not consent to their towing, they will secretly tamper with your truck, and then prevent your truck from starting. They're not good people anyway. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone if you were a truck driver. Please stay away from this repair shop. We used their road assistance the day before yesterday, it was only 30 miles and on the phone the guy said $500, and they did not solve my problem but charged me $820 for the service. The point is that they said my turck have to towing into their repair shop, and I didn't agree that he had their repairman secretly pull the fuse from my truck and cause my truck to not start the engine. before they touch the truck my driver never have an engine start issue. I ended up using another company's towing service to get my tuck into the dealership and they diagnosed it find out there is a fuse is missing placed for the CPC. That's all I've experienced in the last two days. So I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.They're trash people from trash company.

These guys are legit, I thought I had a problem so I wanted them to check it out before I headed out west, they spent a few minutes looking and confirm that everything was OK at no charge. They will be my go to shop when I’m up in this neck of the woods, highly recommended.
Our camper trailer bearing went bad on the Interstate outside Athens on Sunday. They towed us quickly and fixed it on Monday and saved our vacation. The price was fair and our #Mockturtle2 rolled on down the road and into GSMNP.

Towing was good quick and friendly fox, receptionist supposed to order a tire she said will take 5 days, we came back 5 days after and she said she will refund the money because this and that …. It sounds like she never actually ordered, we went to tire pross they ordered the tire around 11 am and tire was delivered and installed same day.
I cannot say enough good things about this business or every single employee that works here! They were honest, I never felt like they were trying to tell me something that needed to be done that didn't to add extra cost to the bill, they drove me to my hotel and even came and picked me up the next day. They even stayed several hours after closing time when an unexpected code popped up after the initial repair was completed. 5 stars isn't enough for this exceptional business and it's employees!
I have used J-Pro a couple of times and found them to be honest and trustworthy. They tell you if there is no repair needed but what could be causing an issues. I will use them as my primary service facility.
Amazing experience. The owner came to assist us on the side I-75 at 12:30 AM when our tire busted and we didn't have a good spare. We had to be towed to the shop and he took care of all our issues quickly. Got the spare back on the rim and filled up so we could get to a tire shop.. He was friendly and really got the job done at a decent price.. If we are ever in this area, J Pro is the only place we'll use.
At the first time i got there i thought they will choped me up with the price، but i found out my self like family every body there is awsem anjila mason jim they fixed my truck it yook longer but its ok no part aval they took me to lunch and put me in motel. They really really did good job to my truck and hospitality، their prices are reasnoable their service is the best I recommand this place. Mohamad
