Friendly person on the phone and they showed up when she said they would. The Gentleman who showed up was courteous and professional. The BEST part of all, it was AFFORDABLE!! I hope we don't need them again, but if we do, I will Definitely use them again!

They are a very reputable towing company. The guy came out right away and had to go further than we expected to drop it off, but did not charge extra. The price that was quoted on the phone was the price we paid. I would highly recommend them.

Jarrod done an amazing job! I have a lowered Mustang GT and he made sure that it was all safe/taken care of when loading and unloading! Super friendly and personable! He came out at 1 a.m. and do it with pleasure. Amazing work.
Hated having to go here, it's a wrecker service. That's usually a broke down vehicle, impounded, but in my case wrecked vehicle. Wasn't a happy visit, but the guys at Bo's Wrecker service were exceptional the morning they came to haul away my F150 Flo after our tragedy, they remained exceptional providing further service, treating me with friendliness and understanding. I'd recommend them to anyone, and if I ever need a tow by choice Bo's is the one.
If you are looking for a great towing service in the Dayton Tennessee area then Bo's is the place to call. I have driven a rollback for several years and needed a rollback late night and Bo's never hesitated to come tow my vehicle and was below what I consider a low price for hauling my vehicle. He has my business from now on. I had 2 hauled in 2 days and I am very, very proud of the service I received.
I got myself into a really bad situation on the ice and had to call for help. Shaun came very quickly and was so kind. I really appreciate that y’all are out working in this mess and doing what you can. My tires were literally at the edge of going over into this.
5 Stars! They definitely earned it, they were the cheapest and most reliable that I could find on short notice to help me get my Saab Arc home to Knoxville from Spring City. According to my wife, the driver was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and gentle with the car especially given the fact it is a low profile vehicle. My Wife managed to pull it from behind the car port where it began to sink into the dirt to where the driver could work it onto the rollback without damaging the bumper, something I was really worried about. It made the hour trip all the way to Knoxville, and is now safe home and in one piece. All the other tow services I reached out to wanted $300+ to move it. I still have a vehicle sitting in storage in Harriman which is my Jeep, but me and my wife both agree that we will definitely use Bo's again to have it towed home soon too! Thank you so much for working with us!
Great wrecker service and great people are a great asset to our greater community. Win, win, win so yes , you guessed it "big" win. They did a great job picking up my heavily damaged truck after an extremely horrible accident, which sent me to the local hospital ER, ( update on the ER at RMC the Doc on duty that evening Samuel missed all kinds of injuries that I received during this crash which has caused me a considerable amount of extra prolong suffering and a much longer recovery process so bottomline if you " must go to the local ER " and that Quack Samuel is on Duty do not waste your time far better to go somewhere else. With that now said, all the other great doctors and staff at rhea county Medical center that have treated me after that " bad apple " did not even attempt to help me that fateful evening have been great and very helpful in helping me heal up and hopefully someday get on with my life so great job doctors Bates, Chase Black, and Swaffords. You guys are great doctors and do care about helping your patients like me recover from their injuries.) but most importantly, they " the Bo 's wrecker crew safe guarded everything on the inside and the outside of my truck until I could physically make it by to pick up all my tools and equipment from it. Everything was accounted for , so how great is that. Many thanks, everyone including myself was amazed that I made it out of that horrible accident alive with only somewhat minor injuries being identified, so far anyway. Update: these guys provide heavy lift for very heavy items " like container units " off loading as well at very reasonable prices . Nissan truck s are build like a tank, if you own a Chevy HHR get rid of it because the other driver was not as fortunate as me when she lost control ( update according to the THP accident report she was DUI driver and the local sheriffs dept had a BOTL report out for that vehicle for excessive speed and wreckless driver , I was just I the wrong place at the wrong time) and hit me because her vehicle was cut in to two half s. I love to come to Pick a Part. They always have the parts that I'm looking for. Only thing that disappeared me was that they have went up on their prices.
A few Saturdays ago I broke down on Highway 27 heading North towards Spring City. There were two wrecker services I knew I could call... The first one I called never answered the phone. That second one, was the one that was the nicest, fastest, and answered the phone right away LOL .. it was Bo's Wrecker service. This gentleman was so polite and I could not believe how fast he came to help me especially with it being a Saturday afternoon!! SO.. if anything ever happens and you're in need a wrecker service definitely call them because they will definitely be there and it is very good price. AND he took my car to Spring City! I can't thank them enough !!! I was really worried about being stuck on the side of the road. Wl definitely use again if needed.
They had me pulled out of the ditch in about five minutes, but I think they over charge. For less than ten minutes work they charged me one hundred dollars.
Sean arrived very quickly. My vehicle was stuck in mud, wheels spinning and going deeply into the mud. Sean was extremely courteous and highly effective. I think he could not have been there more than 15 minutes. He saved the day, and I know if I ever need wrecker/roadside assistance, I will call Bo and plead to have Sean help me. Highest regard for his speedy and efficacious service. He is a gem.
Victor was great.,very polite, very professional. He was there fast and had our car home safely and quickly. They will definitely be the one I call in the future and recommend to friends.
They gave me a price to move a shed and said they’d leave shortly and call me when they were on their way. I never received a call. I called back, the guy told me he was busy and he’d call me back. No call back. I called again the next day and they said they couldn’t move a shed in Hamilton County. I’m not sure why that could have been said upfront.
They are the worst company do not use them. They got my ride and they do not care for the customer and the service is terrible. Also they are rude and charge to much.
