What customer services is supposed to be. I called so many places to find a small, hard to find part, for my truck and none of them cared to go look for a small part. I drove almost 4 hours here and couldn't even find where to go in and I called and still didn't get to talk to someone in person. They didn't even have the car they was showing parts for on car-part. Guy wasn't very nice.

Overwhelmed too easily and not particularly accomodating. Drove from Georgia and they didn't make much of an effort to help with the part. The lady who took me to see the part was kind though was unable to help further. Part was also not as advertised.

Way to high on there price I was looking for an engine closer to where I live everywhere else it's 300 to 450 they wanted 650 and I think they asked about core not worth the time

Excellent experience purchasing used carpeting out of a vintage BMW from thousands of miles away. I wish every automotive recycler was this helpful. Ryan took photos and kept me up to date on removal and shipping; he even went above and beyond in asking UPS to hold onto the package longer when travel kept me from getting home in time.
