They were professional and friendly. There was no damage to the car and everything was untouched inside of it. They were fair and transparent with pricing. Everything was conducted in a professional manner and they are great people with great morals. I highly recommend them.
First time having to use a tow truck I was In an awkward position on a hill with a dead car, I called them. They were there in less than 10 minutes. They were amazing, the tech was very nice. He was concerned about my well-being so he made sure I was off the road so I didn’t get hit. I highly recommend this team.
I have used Tracy's towing for taking my SUV to the mechanic back in January, they answered the phone quickly and got to my car asap. I called them again today April the 2, 2025 to ask if they offered services where they can pop a door open cause I locked myself out and they got to me again asap. Kyle was friendly, quick, and got straight to the point no time wasted. I will continue to keep using this towing company. Never have had an issue with them and they're affordable! Thank you Kyle!
I had a hybrid van that was very difficult to tow, and Tracy's towing was able to take excellent care of it. The communication was prompt and polite, and Kyle was able to help quickly and professionally. The price was also lower than other towing companies in the area. I couldn't recommend this service enough.
Never using these people again. They've towed a dozen cars for me over the years. Trying to have one moved yesterday and dude forgets my address I guess. I have bad service so I didn't receive his call. Now he just won't tow it for me I guess. Spent all day yesterday waiting on him thinking he's on the way. Costing me thousands I was about to make flipping this car. Would not recommend.

I was stranded on the side of back valley road in Dayton and received a Tow to pikeville it was affordable about he was willing to give me a ride home with the tow. I highly recommend them for your towing needs. Wonderful and fast service. Thank you so much for your help today
We are on a fishing trip and the breaks on our truck got stuck. The towing company arrived in about 5 minutes! Very professional and helpful!! I got stuck in my driveway with all this snow and ice. I needed to get out after 3 days of being snowed in and Kyle came to help out. He was extremely helpful and very professional. We were able to get my car up my long driveway so I can park it closer to the road until all this ice melts. Thank you!
Wish you didn’t even have to leave a star to do a review. dealing with the attitude Kyle showed today during our time there to get our vehicle.. wow- First off I do have to say, I’m thankful you met us to get our vehicle today. I’m sorry your grandpa got hurt. I was trying to show sympathy and care about your situation when I asked if you could pull the truck past the gate so it could be plugged up for a few to help it start. I asked that question so you could close up and go be with your grandpa. I just lost my grandpa. So my heart was there for you. But man, the way you rolled your eyes and told that person on phone you’d call them back because of me asking you that question.. your tone in your voice, the way you replied back. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!! The know it all attitude you displayed. However, you didn’t know it all. Sure the truck was acting like it wanted to start.. but see what you DIDNT KNOW.. is that we’ve been working on that vehicle and it’s needing some new batteries.. him cranking and cranking was just draining those faster and faster. I asked you that question because I didn’t want you to wait longer then necessary.. we already paid for the service provided and we would not of left without the vehicle. Also I was trying to have a conversation with you so it wasn’t an awkward silence when I was showing you that registration app.. I didn’t care that you wouldn’t accept it.. the registration was in the vehicle.. but I was simply trying to have a conversation and then you became so defensive over it.. I get the idea of it could be tampered with..however, now that I have a second to speak without you interrupting … I don’t think it would be on our state website or heavily encouraged by the county clerk’s office.. I get your theory.. but that wasn’t our case, so I was trying to be neighborly and just initiate a conversation.. trust me lesson learned.. i don’t know if this is your demeanor all the time or not.. if it was the stress, I can get that, to a point. but you still could show a little more kindness. This wasn’t our ideal situation either. We don’t live that close to where the truck was left. We told them we was getting it .. we couldn’t help we didn’t make it within the time frame that no one ever gave us. If you had to bring everything that was going to be needed to help get it out by foot .. I don’t think anyone would be there in a hours time. We are a family of 7.. giving out an unnecessary $150 didn’t make our day to easy either. Maybe if rhea county would do a better job budgeting and be able to pay their road workers to work so that roads can be somewhat prepped before things like this happen - then maybe we wouldn’t have ever had to cross paths. However that wasn’t the case. I again am thankful for you meeting us there today .. I just wish we wasn’t treated as such a burden when you are in a towing job.. the business is set around helping people .. or that’s my thought of a towing business.. someone to show up in awful situations to provide a sense of relief.. I felt no sense of relief dealing with Tracy’s Towing today at all. I left there more frustrated today then I did yesterday getting stuck in the snow.
Locked my keys in my car early morning and was able to get to me in under 30mins. Went beyond by repairing a mess up from a prior lock out. Very professional and nice.
We used Tracy when my college son's vehicle broke down in the area. He was at the vehicle in less than 10 minutes, and very skillfully got it loaded with obstacles all around! Very reasonable and professional towing service, would highly recommend.
My son got the car stuck in the ditch at his grandparents house. He came out within 30 minutes on a Saturday. The car was out within 10 minutes. He worked very carefully and efficiently. Thanks
Very nice and helpful! I had a flat tire and he got me back on the road and followed me to the repair shop to make sure I had no more issues until it was really safe to be driven.

You can call this person with very specific details pick up and drop off even provide him with times and prepayment he’ll say he only has 1 truck blah blah blah no telling where it’ll be in the morning blah blah blah. It’ll cost you $100 more buck BLAH BLAH BLAH. The 1 thing he won’t tell you is how lazy he and a totally unprofessional businessguy he is. This dude said hey “ I just don’t wanna do it”. Now I buy and sell cars often and have them towed never have I ever realized such a pathetic toy tow truck company. Very good losers man

Was trying to get a tow and the man who answered the phone was condescending and rude. Will never use a company that doesn't offer halfway decent customer service over the phone. I gave the guy on the phone the road the car was at but in his reply he states I did not. Another company was able to help me out perfectly fine with the same exact information I provided him.
Excellent experience!! Kyle drove a full hour from another job to come rescue my fiancé’s car while we were in between college classes. Super friendly, honest, and professional. I guarantee you, any bad reviews that Tracy’s has received are from people who are impatient and disrespectful. These guys are AWESOME.

Kyle always does a good job and is a great guy. Always got a joke to tell or has a way to make you not so angry when you are broke down. They've been in the recovery business for a long time. Highly recommend them.
