Willie is a great tow truck driver, hauled my Chevy truck for me. I'm a single mom & to get my truck was a "questionable" area. Willie didn't care, let's go get your truck Ma'am he said. We got it, hauled it after dark to the garage & I will always be grateful for them! Good ppl, very professional.

Pulled my truck out of the ditch. Bobby was nice and so helpful. Reasonable prices. Would use again and definitely recommend. They sent someone out right away.

My 2011 Chevy traverse pulled a no start on me.tried both my keys no luck.tow driver tried keys nothing so had hand push it out of parking spot at post office & let it roll down hill towards tow truck.as it was rolling he try key again it started.so didn't have tow it home. Very respectfully kind young man working there. I very highly recommend this company for your towing needs.

When our food truck was hit head on,I called Mr Evans absolutely in tears and he managed to get through my utter panic and had 2 trucks come to take care of us immediately. He also rebuilt our Escalade after the accident. More than once I have had to call on them to come to our aid and he and his crew have been spot on. You couldn't ask for better service anywhere, and I'd do anything for them.

Dustin was our saving grace! We had a blowout in the middle of the mountains…no clue where we were(out of towners). He found us and drove us quit a distance to Walmart. We were expecting a huge bill but be gave us a great discount. He was all around a great guy to deal with.

My entire front wheel broke off today and I was stranded. I called this company and their tow truck was loading my truck only 15 minutes after I called. The driver was extremely skilled on how to load my truck without causing anymore damage and it was not an easy load considering I only had 3 rolling wheels. To top it off, their price was incredibly reasonable. I hope I never need a tow again but if I do I will always use Evans from now on.

Evans Towing is top notch !I locked my keys in car had to call them at 6am they were there in 20 minutes He had it open in less than 5 minutes . Very reasonable rates !!

Great people! Can't say enough good things about this company. I got stuck in my work van today. Our company ALWAYS uses Evans Towing. I was an hour and a half out, and that's exactly how long it took them to get to me. It was a bad spot to get in and out of. The driver was professional and got me out quickly and safely.

Cannot stress enough how great the service was. Brennan and Willie did the impossible and recovered my vehicle damage free after an ice storm. Call them when you are in need. Great company and great guys.

I have been a loyal customer of Evan's for a few years now and I have always had great service and good treatment. I have purchased tires, oil changes, AC repair, and body work done on both of my Honda civic's. I've never had a complaint. Jeff and his crew are like family to me. Jeff has never done any work on my cars without telling me my options first and getting my approval. Very professional business in my opinion. I won't take my Honda cars any where else.

We broke down on the side of the road on a Saturday night when everything was closed. Luckily we called Evan’s towing! Not only were they quick to come get us but they went out of their way to help us find an after hours mechanic. Super friendly and affordable. Thank you so much you made a difference when we felt our situation was hopeless.

I was in an unfortunate situation after a 3-car accident on I-40 in TN. My home is in SC, I had to move on to Ohio, and my poor vehicle was not drivable in TN. After one repair shop could not do the needed repairs, Mr. Evans agreed to take my car home to SC. Within a 7 hour time frame, I contacted him, made arrangements with a body shop at home, and my car was delivered on a Friday night. Such wonderful service after quite a traumatic week for me. I could not be more grateful!

Me and my boyfriend were at the rod runs 9/16/22 when his 78 camaro started running hot and it blew out a freeze plug. We got stuck at food city. And we live in Greene County we started calling towing services and after the 5th one saying they didn't tow out of town we were about ready to give up and it was almost 1am. And my boyfriend said call this one and if we can't get help we will just camp out here until morning. So I called Evan's towing and asked about getting towed from food city to Greene County. And the guy said I can I was so relieved. And he was very nice even though it was 1am and didn't charge us an arm and a leg which I was very grateful being on a fixed income. We were both very happy with the service and if we ever need help again we will be calling Evan's towing. My boyfriend put their number in his phone that night. Thank YOU again for your help. On our way home from vacation, our vehicle broke down. We called Evans Towing for a tow, but they couldn't fit all six of us. They offered instead to pick up the part we needed from the auto parts store and bring it to us. Willie picked up the part, brought it to us, and waited until my husband got our car fixed. He brought us water when he brought the part and even took a washer off his mud flap because the part didn't have one. I know the South is known for their hospitality, but Willie and Evans Towing went above and beyond to help us. Don't bother price shopping or calling anyone else, Evans Towing is just who you need.

This tow service is one of the finest examples of courtesy, honesty, and character I have ever witnessed in any business large or small. I would never use or recommend any other. Their service and staff are impeccable, and likely the envy of any competitors.

Literally a life saver. I was stuck an hour from home with no hope of being towed. I called another local service and was told they could not do it. Evans towing were not only professional and did not damage my car during a wench out, but they were comforting and kind. He even helped me back out of the driveway!!!! 10/10 recommend.

We broke down unexpectedly in Tennessee on a trip to bring our daughter who is expecting her first child, furniture, crib, dresser, a bunch of baby stuff, etc. Jeff at Evans towing went out of his way to get it towed in, and repair our car so we could get home. In the midst of a genuine mess that rocked our schedule, turns out they specialize in repairing Honda's, so fixing my wife's Honda Odyssey was great. Being a tourist, they could have taken advantage of our situation and gouged us, but they did not. They were very fair, in good communication, and got us back on the road. Thank You to Jeff and his staff, you are highly recommended, and a bright light in auto repair.

This place goes to show you there are still good people in the world. Was traveling through with a car trailer when my Idler pulley in my truck locked up and slung a belt. I was a sitting duck on the side of the road on a Saturday and these boys didn’t hesitate to come help me out. They loaded my truck and car trailer went back to there shop and fixed it right then and there like it was there own. Best service I’ve seen super nice super reliable and I was back on the road in just a couple hours. Can’t thank y’all enough..

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience with Evans Towing! After a very stressful car accident and being in a town we have only traveled through before, this company was so helpful and kind. They kept in contact with me about my vehicle and when I could come see it. They even offered to send some things through the mail that we couldn’t take with us at the time! Awesome experience! Highly recommend!

Had a check engine light come on while traveling on I-40, pulled off in Newport to find car was idling very rough. Went to closest garage, 2-3 hour wait time - they recommended Evans as "good people". I found this to be true. Owner Jeff Evans popped out to plug in the diagnostic in no time. We needed a part that would take a day to get there, so rented a car next door to continue the family trip. The part didn't make it till Friday afternoon, and Evans did the work on a Saturday so we could pick up the car on our return on Sunday. Kept us updated by text and met us on a Sunday afternoon to pick up the car. I haven't worked with any garages willing to put in this kind of work to help out a family on the road. Car is running great, thanks Jeff!

Mr. Evans showed up almost immediately after he was called to come and tow me out of a bend in a road on a rainy day. He got me out of there in no time at all, put my spare tire on for me, and then found me a new wheel and two tires at a great price. After they were delivered, he and his staff installed them! Overall, it was really nice to have such kind people help so generously and swiftly in such a stressful situation (I drove into a pile of rocks in the road around a blind curve on a rainy day). If I ever have any kind of car problems anywhere near Knoxville, Asheville, or Newport again, I'll try to ask him for help first. Thanks, Mr. Evans!

This company has been such a blessing to me. I was in my first wreck today, with an 18 wheeler no less. It was very emotional for me and thankfully the other driver and I walked away unscathed. My car, however, was trashed, and thankfully the police dialed Evan's Towing Once they came they told me what needed to happen and the driver offered a lot of body shops and spoke well of them before offering his own company (Evan's Body shop) They offered me water once I got to their shop and one of the people drove me to Wendy's for food because I was hungry and my ride wouldn't be there for 3 hours. The kindness and warmth from these strangers were that of family. Plus, there was a sweet dog named Dixie who acted like an emotional support dog while I dealt with all my trauma. Glad I chose their body shop and glad the police called them to tow me. Couldn't have chose a better company to be with ❤?
